문화관광 체험요소와 체험가치가 만족과 재방문에 미치는 영향 : 충청남도 홍성군 관광지를 중심으로

This study is to investigate the effects of culture tourism experience factors and experience value on tourism satisfaction and re-visit to cultural tourism sites in small and medium cities. To research, survey was conducted by people who experienced cultural tourism in Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. 320 respondents answered and 315 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Analysis was done using spss 20.0 and amos 20.0. Demographic characteristics were analyzed by frequency. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability were used for questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used structural equations. The results of the study are as follows. Among the elements of cultural tourism experience, education, deviance, and aesthetics influenced experience value. Among the cultural tourism experience factors, aesthetics and amusement have influenced tourism satisfaction. Experience value did not affect tourism satisfaction. Experience value influenced revisit. Tourism satisfaction had an impact on revisits. Based on the results of the study, the following implications were derived. Cultural tourism products and development of sightseeing spots should be considered in consideration of cultural tourism spots and natural sight spots. Efforts to enhance the value of experience should be preceded by the success of cultural tourism. It is necessary to discuss development for tourism satisfaction in culture tourism.

This paper attempts to identify the importance of tourism carrying capacity and tourism policy capacity to tourism resources and tourism infrastructure to enhance tourism satisfaction. In particular, I tried to verify the mediating effect of tourism policy capacity on the relationship between tourism carrying capacity and tourism satisfaction. For this purpose, I conducted the multi-mediated effect analysis of the parallel structure by the Process macro method using the standard model of the local tourism development index announced by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2016. The results of the analysis are as follows; First, as a result of correlation analysis, there was a positive correlation between tourism capacity, tourism policy capacity and tourism satisfaction. Second, the mediating effect of tourism policy capacity on tourism resource distribution and tourism satisfaction is a mediating effect of human capacity, which has a positive partial mediation. Third, the mediating effect of tourism policy capacity on tourism infrastructure and tourism satisfaction is a mediating effect of human capacity, which has a positive partial mediation. Based on the above results, it is the mediative tourism policy capacity that plays the most important role in enhancing the satisfaction of the local tourism by expanding the tourism carrying system such as development of tourism resources and tourism infrastructure. I was able to identify that the mediative tourism policy capacity was a human capacity such as a tourism policy human resources and tourism education. In this regards, I suggested that the specialization of tourist policy personnel and various support systems should be strengthened so that the satisfaction of tourists can be improved through the improvement of the quality of tourist products and the development of various tourist contents.

The purpose of this study is to present management measures for hotel employees by analyzing the difference in structural stress and office stress depending on the work experience of the staff of hotels in Seoul and Kyung-gi. The survey was conducted for an employees at nine hotels in Seoul and the Kyonggi Province for about two months from June 1 to July 30, 2017. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed. 26 unsuitable questionnaires were removed and the final use of the analysis was made by the 224. The collected data was processed by SPSS for windows, after data coding. As a result of the analysis, the structural stress differed according to the work experience of the hotel staff and there was no difference in the office stress. Hotels employees with less than one year of work experience were under both structural stress and office stress, and hotel employees with more than 10 years of work experience had the highest levels of structural stress and office stress.

The main objective of this study is to research the effects of interpersonal relationship stress on tourism addiction of tourists working as employees in society. This study aims to understand the effects of stress occurring in relationships with bosses, colleagues, junior staffs, and customers which could be causes for interpersonal relationship stress of tourists on tourism addiction caused by excessive tourism, and also to establish the definition of tourism addiction. The sub-factors of interpersonal relationship stress included boss relationship, colleague relationship, junior staff relationship, and customer relationship while the sub-factors of tourism addiction included tolerance, obsession, withdrawal, and disturbance of daily living. Conducting the regression analysis, the results were suggested. In the results of the study, interpersonal relationship stress had significant effects on tourism addiction. As stresses from bosses, colleagues, and customers had huge effects on tourism addiction, tourism was selected as a method to relieve stress. Even though such tourism activity could be helpful to relief of stress, excessive tourism activity could generate additional stresses in daily life or work life, so that it would be necessary to adjust the proper number. However, when getting stresses from junior staff relationship, tourism activity could not be immersed due to job stress and work smoothness, which had negative(-) effects on tourism addiction. Even though this study just revealed the degree of significance in the exploratory level, it could be an important suggestion to the future researches in the aspect of revealing the relations between interpersonal relationship stress and tourism addiction through empirical research, and also suggesting significant implications to managers of tourism industry and in the aspect of corporate management. Just like the results of this study, when exposing to lots of stresses, it is easy to be addicted to tourism. Companies should work hard not to have losses by solving essential problems of employees' stress. When the limitations like family or cost are less, more money and time could be consumed. Therefore, the tourism industry should develop tourist items for a single-person tourist.

In this research, the effect of unstable employment on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention was studied. In addition, multidimensional trust as a variable which buffers the effect of unstable employment in the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention. The survey method was used for this paper, and data from a total of 284 hotel new employees were used for the analysis. And structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of the research were generated as follows. First, unstable employment was shown to lower organizational citizenship behavior. Second, unstable employment was shown to higher turnover intention. Third, organizational citizenship behavior was shown to lower turnover intention. Forth, multidimensional trust was not shown to have moderating effect on unstable employment and organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, multidimensional trust was shown to have moderating effect on unstable employment and turnover intention. Sixth, multidimensional trust was shown to have moderating effect on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention.

Bucheon International Comics Festival, which is the Asia's leading comics festival, which presents the vision of Korean comics held for the 20th in 2017, is the best global comics festival of Asia selected as one of the 10 Greatest Festivals of Gyeonggi Province for two consecutive years including 2015 and 2016. It is also recognized as one of the representative comics festivals in Asia, and it is the largest festival in Korea that is filled with sights and imagination where you can make a comics travel. This study assumed that there is a need and value to develop and utilize contents reflecting the identity of local festivals, and on the subject of the 20th Bucheon International Comics Festival, this study analyzed the effect of local festival content identity on festival image and local development performance. As a result, as social awareness continues to improve, the proportion of cosplayers who make cosplay as comics festivals is increasingly growing at Bucheon International Comics Festival. As you can go on a festival as a member of the staff, you get dressed as a protagonist appearing in comics, animation, computer games, and movies, you participate in the parade, one of the main programs of the festival, or you take photographs all over the festival ground when the festival visitor requests, it was a good content to provide festival participation and sightseeing. Thus, it is a festival that will raise pride for local residents, and festival visitors will be attracted to festival space and cultural contents, which will encourage re‐participation and return visits in the future by planting a better festival image, suggesting a significant influence upon the potential for regional development.

The objective of this study is to examine empirically the mediated effect of psychological contract breach on the relation between employment instability and turnover intention for hotel employees. To achieve this aim, an empirical research based on literature review was conducted deploying a survey method. The subjects were the employees of hotels located in Daejeon city, and the answered survey results were coded. Based on the collected data using SPSS 23.0(for Windows) and AMOS released 23.0, conducted are a frequency analysis; exploratory factor analysis on employment instability, psychological contract breach, and turnover intention; and reliability analysis. In addition, regression analysis was exploited to see the effects among variables, and structural equational model to verify the hypothesis to examine the causal effect on this study. Also, statistical significance test on indirect effect was conducted using Sobel’s Z test to verify the mediated effect of psychological contract breach. The test results support the followings: First, the mechanism between employment instability and turnover intention did not show a significant result, while a positive relationship was expected previously. From the model on this study, it could not be concluded that employment instability affects turnover intention. Second, the test results supported that employment instability has a positive relation with psychological contract breach. Third, the psychological contract breach was also verified to have statistically positive relation with turnover intention. Fourth, the psychological contract breach showed a full medicated effect in the mechanism between employment instability and turnover intention. These results suggested the need of the programs between manager groups and workers, a training program to minimize the psychological contract breach, improvements on net payment and welfare, and fare, transparent human resource management.

몽골인들의 한류에 대한 인식이 국가이미지, 관광지이미지 및 관광지 선택의도에 미치는 구조관계 분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of Mongolians' perception of Korean Wave on the structural relationships among national image, tourism destination image and choice-intention to tourism destination. To accomplish the purposes, the data were collected by the questionnaire survey from Monglians living in both South Korea and Mongolia from July 25 to August 26, 2015. The data were analyzed by such statistical tests as factor analysis, reliability test, multivariate analysis, and Baron & Kenny(1986)'s method for validating the mediating effects. The results showed that the relationships among the korean wave, national image, tourism destination image and choice-intention are statistically significant, but each relations are not strongly significant. Results also revealed that there exists the mediation effects of Korean Wave on the structural relationship among the three variables. The findings suggest that Korean Wave should be more considered as a key factor in developing strategies to increase Mongolian tourists in Korea. The government would be run for the first to set up developing the globalization and modernization image of the Korean national brand that cause of a decisive influence on the favorable or positive recognition of Korean Wave. For doing so, the government and tourism industries should actively invest in building up a positive image of Korea both nationally and socially, as well as in reinforcing competitive advantages over the competitors as one of tourism destinations in the world.

A Effect of Employee Support on Critical Employee Response and Customer Service Evaluation for Deluxe Hotel

This paper examines several sources of support for employees in service encounters at hotel. These sources of support, including organization support, supervisory support, and hotel customer's participation, are proposed to affect the attitudes and behavior of employees in hotel, and consequently affect customer's perceptions of employees' service quality. This study which combines perceptions from customers and their contact employees, shows that three sources of support for employees contribute significantly to job satisfaction and employee service quality, while perceived organizational support and customer participation affect service effort. Also, the empirical results indicate that both employee service effort and job satisfaction play strong, central roles in determining customer perceptions of employee service quality. They were found to be effective mediators linking employees' cognitive appraisal of support to service quality. An executive summary for hotels’managers and executive readers can be found at the end of this article. much a hotel service research has emphasized the importance of customer-employees as bound. however, little attention has been given to the importance of the multiple support that service employees receive from other concerned parties, even though they can affect the responses of service employees and ultimately influence customers' perception of the employee service performance.

For the hotel corporations to pursue persistent competitive predominance, it must accompany innovation behavior; in the perspective of service industry centered perspective, innovation behavior will provide new value to customer and define process of interaction. The research result of empirical analysis can be summarized as the following. First, environmental dynamism showed positive influence on Innovation Behavior. Second, environmental dynamism showed positive influence on the level of perception of ambidexterity innovation. Third, environmental dynamism has on Innovation Behavior showed mediation by the level of perception of ambidexterity innovation. This study is significant as it provided theoretical proof and practical implications for the development of innovation behavior that can interact with customers based on efficient management of human resources through the study on ambidexterity innovation that hasn’t been performed in hotel companies.

People who use travel agencies' smartphone applications in China are quickly increasing. The research develops and tests a theoretical extension of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that explains perceived usefulness and perceived usage intentions of travel agencies' smartphone applications. A survey was conducted on Chinese nationals using the smartphone application of the travel agency. Research has demonstrated that information quality and system quality have been directly impacted by perceived usefulness and ease of use. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on the use attitude toward using. And the use attitude toward using have a positive effect on the intention to reuse. These results mean that when a travel agent develops a smartphone application, it creates a user centered application to improve the information quality and system quality.

This study is intended to figure out the moderating effect of organizational justice in a process that human resource management systems have an effect on job engagement in hotel firms that have a high level of dependence on human resources compared to other industries. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 300 employees who work at luxury hotels in Seoul. The results of empirical analysis were as follows. First, the effect of human resource management systems on job engagement showed that all information sharing/participatory job design/status gap solution, selective employment, performance -related reward, extended training and job security of sub-factors in human resource management system had a significantly positive effect on job engagement. Second, the moderating effect of organizational justice in the effect of human resource management systems on job engagement showed that the moderating effect of distributive and procedural justice was significant in a process that human resource management systems have an effect on job engagement, and the variables of distributive/procedural justice had a significant positive effect on job engagement. The moderating effect of interactional justice was significant in a process that human resource management systems have an effect on job engagement, and the variables of interactional justice had a significant positive effect on job engagement.

The purpose of this study was to suggest effectual human resources strategy with the Structural Relationships among pygmalion leader behavior, psychological empowerment and job performance of flight crew. This paper chose flight crews as a population of this study who was working in the domestic airline using convenience sampling. For the analysis of data, 291 questionnaires were used using PASW 18.0 Windows Version and Amos 20.0. Frequency analysis and reliability analysis were processed. To examine convergent validity analysis and discriminant validity, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted. Finally, structural equation model(SEM) was made for the verification of model suitability and research hypotheses. The results of this research is presented as follows: First, the pygmalion leader behavior on psychological empowerment showed that task delegation had a significant effect on flight crews' psychological empowerment. Second, the pygmalion leader behavior on job performance showed that humane treat and task delegation had a significant effect on flight crews' job performance. Third, the psychological empowerment on job performance showed that psychological empowerment had a significant effect on flight crews' job performance.

The purpose of this study was to identify how emotional labor(surface acting and deep acting) affected job burnout and turnover intention, and how social support(supervisor support and peer support) had moderator roles on the social support between job burnout and turnover intention. To achieve these purposes, the data were collected from questionnaires distributed to employees of 5-star hotels of Seoul, Incheon, Busan, Gyeongju and Jeju using convenience sampling method. 200 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 195 questionnaires were used for the research. The research findings were as follows. The significant relationships between surface acting and job burnout, job burnout and turnover intention are supported. Our study shows a non-significant relationship between deep acting and job burnout. Hotel supervisor and deep support had moderating roles on the causal relationship between job burnout and turnover intention.

This study aims to prove the effect of characteristics of mobile information service platform confirming the relation between characteristics of mobile information and experiential value and by verifying its influence on mobile word-of-mouth intention. First, the characteristics of mobile tourism information service platform have been verified to have strong relationship with the tourist's experiential value. The three factors of the characteristics of mobile information, namely ubiquitous connectivity, context awareness and interactivity, significantly influence on all the factors of the tourist’s experiential value, namely practical value, hedonic value. Second, the experiential value has a directly positive effect on mobile word-of-mouth intention. The two factors of the experiential value, namely practical and hedonic value, statistically influence on the mobile word-of-mouth in detail. Third, the characteristics of mobile information service platform have positive influence on the mobile word-of-mouth. The three factors of the characteristics of mobile tourism information service platform have positive influence on the mobile word-of-mouth intention.

Human resources are the most important means in achieving the purpose of a Hotel company and are recognized as a key source for strengthening competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Hotel employees’ perception of organizational justice on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Theoretical studies and empirical analyzes were conducted to achieve the research objectives. And it is meaningful to suggest implications for efficient human resource management. The independent variable are three subordinate factors of organizational justice(distributional justice, procedural justice, and interpersonal justice). The dependent variable is customer orientation, and the mediating variable is job satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the organizational justice had a positive effect on job satisfaction and customer orientation of Hotel employees. Therefore, in order to improve the level of customer orientation, it is necessary to improve not only the level of job satisfaction but also the level of organizational justice. However, this study has limitations in that it can not generalize the results of the study. We expect further research to overcome these limitations in the future.

This study aims to determine the effect of high performance human resource management on career management and career success. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed the survey of flight attendants by using SPSS 18.0 statistics package and AMOS 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, there was direct effect between training and empowerment and career success. Second, there was indirect effect between selective staffing, incentives, teamwork and career success by mediated effect of career management. Third, career management had a positive impact on career success.

Russian Far East area is now one of the newly rising Tourism Destinations to Korean outbound Tourism market. Tourists, in general, select destination through the comparison with other attributes of destination. This study aimed to research how the Tourism attributes of Russian Far East tourism areas are influenceable to the satisfaction and behavior intentions to Korean Tourists. Accordingly, the survey for Korean Tourists were conducted in Vladivostok through the Local Tour Guiders for two weeks from July 15, 2017. The Findings are as follows ; Firstly, according to the Factor analysis about the Destination attributes, 4 factors (Attractions, Activities, Amenities, Accessability) had chosen to effect to the selection of destination. Secondly, Attractions, Activities and Accessability are effective to the Visitors' Satisfaction but Amenities were showed statistically no significance. Thirdly, Total Satisfaction level of Korean tourists' were influenced to revisit this area and motivated to recommend to other peoples. Conclusively this research showed that the overall visitors' satisfaction with the Russian Far East area had positively affected to Korean tourisits' behavior intentions.

This study aimed to examine empirically the impact of customer orientation and service inside behaviors on career preparation behavior of the college students majoring Hotel, Tourism and Service. To this end, we distributed 295 copies of questionnaires and used them for the analysis with the exception of inappropriate 14 copies, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multi-regression analysis were used. The results of this study is presented as follows: First, customer orientation had significant positive effect on the career preparation behavior. Secondly, service inside behaviors were found to have significant positive effect on the career preparation behavior, too. The findings of this research carried important implications for career education and person to person counselling for building customized career preparation plan. Among the factors of customer orientation, relationship to customers showed the significant ones with all factors of service inside behaviors on career preparation behavior.
