관광리조트 선택속성이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 관계마케팅의 조절효과를 중심으로

The main purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of relationship marketing between the selection attributes of tourism resorts and the re-visit intention of tourist. To achieve the purpose, questionnaires were distributed at 4 tourism resorts in the north of Gangwon-do for 17 days from December 24th, 2010 to January 9th, 2011 and the total was 301 samples for the empirical analysis. The results are as follows; Frist, The main factors of selection attributes (Convenience, Economics, Aesthetics, Diversity) are positively influenced the re-visit intention. Second, Relationship marketing implement factors (Long-term relationship orientation, Service Orientation) are positively influenced between the selection attributes of tourism resorts and the re-visit intention. On the basis of these results, Relationship marketing showed that the important moderating factor in the influence between the selection attributes of tourism resorts and the re-visit intention. Therefore, The developers of tourism resort and researchers first will have to understand the importance of relationship marketing to perform the service marketing strategy. Based on results of this research, we discussed about meaning and limited of the research, and future study.

국내관광객의 가치, 라이프스타일, 사회계층이 숙박시설 구매의도에 미치는 영향

The researches about personal value, lifestyle, social stratum of domestic tourist have not been almost done in the area of accommodations, even if these values are important factors for market segmentation researches. Therefore I studied the impact of personal values, lifestyle and social stratum on accommodation purchase intention of domestic tourist. The survey questionnaires were sent to 300 people in capital area and all of 300 questionnaires were returned. But 292 samples were used for empirical analysis, excluding 8 samples which were not completed. The results from this study are that in the case of hotel purchase intention is changed according to personal value and lifestyle of domestic tourist, in the case of minbak and yogan purchase intention is changed according to social stratum of domestic tourist and in the case of the other accommodations purchase intention is not changed according to personal value, lifestyle, social stratum of domestic tourist.

This study analyzes the several factors that cause people to participate in the local festival, and evaluates major behavioral motivations to the local festival. Based on the participation motivations, participants were separated into groups, and the level of the satisfaction among groups was conducted. In the study the relationships between participative motivation and overall satisfaction/behavioral intention were investigatedand provides current affairs in the practical businesses. The results are reported as following; the motivations are determined as the objective to the festival: harmonious family life, new experience/refreshment, amusement, friendship and cultural experiences; and the factors of satisfaction are described as information/festival contents, food/ local special products, conveniences, and program and its staffs. The motivations deduct three groups, and the groups were named as the purpose of the participation: a new experience/ amusement – oriented group, a harmonious family life/refreshment – oriented group, and a cultural experience/harmonious family life –oriented group. The regression result shows the highes level of the overall satisfaction/behavioral intention to a cultural experience/harmonious family life –oriented group. Moreover, the two regressions were conducted with different dependent variables, overall satisfaction and behavioral intention, respectively. The common participation motivations to both regressions areamusement and cultural experiences. The influence on the groups is examined by the regression methodology, and each group is differently influenced. The new experience /amusement-oriented group shows the highest level of the satisfaction, and the cultural experience/harmonious family life –oriented group reports the highest degree of the behavioral intention. The cultural experience/harmonious family life –oriented group can be explained that the clear purpose to the festival brings the high level of the satisfaction.

The convention industry, a very high economic value-added industry, is an environment-friendly field of the tourism industry and is recognized as having high potential for further gaining its importance in the future. This study analyzes and examines on the cultural tourism Outcomes of Gyeong-Ju⋅An-Dong. And discovering problem of system from evaluation, there is ultimate purpose though wish to contribute in development of cultural tourism of Gyeong-Ju⋅An-Dong. Therefore, the purpose of this study is as following. First, I wish to find key performance indicators to display cultural tourism of Gyeong-Ju⋅An-Dong in financial performance measurement and non-financial performance measurement. Second, decide key performance indicators' importance to use AHP method. Third, develop model that can estimate cultural tourism of Gyeong-Ju⋅An-Dong's competitive power through Fuzzy Set Theory. Fourth, do empirical analysis about cultural tourism of Gyeong-Ju⋅An-Dong through developed model.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differential impact of transactional contract violation and relational contract violation on continuance commitment and affective commitment, respectively. Furthermore the moderating role of transaction characteristics which are asset specificity, environmental uncertainty, and behavioral uncertainty is examined. Critical review of the previous studies reveals that transactional contract violation and relational contract violation have differential impact on continuance commitment and affective commitment, and transaction characteristics moderate the relationship between the two relationships, The results from the empirical study with 208 hotel employees in Seoul shows that 1) transactional contract violation has negative impact on continuance commitment and 2) relational contract violation has negative impact on affective commitment and 3) only asset specificity and behavioral uncertainty moderate the relationship between transactional contract violation and continuance commitment. Especially, relational contract violation must be prohibited beacause it directly damges organizational commitment.

Job stress has become an important issue in today's world. One must recognize that not all stress is negative. A certain amount of stress is needed for an employee to remain motivated in their position. Especially, Job stress is related to propensity to leave and is also an explanatory factor in the decision to terminate employment, which is a vital problem to companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between foodservice industry employee's job stress and their type and to provide useful information and considerable suggestion about human resources management through DISC behaviour test and questionnaire about job stress factors. Also, this study is to investigate the impacts of foodservice industry employee's job stress on turnover intention and to verify the DISC behavior type between the job stress and the turnover intention. As a result, job stress was discovered to be statistically significant concerning the DISC behavioral type and turnover intention, and the DISC behavioral type was found to play a mediating role in turnover intention which was a dependent variable. In conclusion, job stress was revealed to affect turnover intention and, also, the DISC behavioral type was mediated to turnover intention.

This study aims to analyze the effects upon the residents recognition on golf course development and attitude to golf course development by analyzing their recognition on golf, the structural equation model was utilized. According to the result of it, first, recognition on golf was a variable that significantly affected positive recognition on golf course development. Second, it was found that recognition on golf was a variable that significantly affected negative recognition on golf course development. Third, it was also shown that recognition on golf course development was a variable that did not significantly affect the attitude to golf course development. Fourth, it was proved that recognition on golf was, too, a variable that did not significantly affect the attitude to golf course development. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are many kinds of variables affecting the process of golf course development according to how the residents recognize the sport of golf.

This research is an empirical study of how knowledge management activities of tourism industry influences the organizational effectiveness and management performance and how organizational effectiveness influences management performance. As the result of factor analysis, knowledge management activity is subdivided into knowledge sharing and knowledge creation, organizational effectiveness classified into job satisfaction and the organizational commitment, management performance was separated into financial performance and non-financial performance. As the result of hypothesis test, tourism industry's knowledge sharing and knowledge creation influence meaningfully upon the employee's job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of organizational effectiveness. Also organizational effectiveness influences in meaningful way on the management performance. However, knowledge creation has show beneficial influence upon non-financial performance, but no effect has been show related to financial performance. In conclusion, knowledge management of tourism industry is now identified as a new management technique which can improve both organizational effectiveness and management performance of employees.

Women are still scarce in top leadership positions in wealthy industrialized societies in spite of substantial gender equity in education and the entrance of an increasing number of women into high prestige professions and managerial jobs long dominated by men. This phenomenon has been called the glass ceiling. The glass ceiling refers to a specific type of labor market disadvantage encountered by woman and minorities in advancing to the top position in organizational hierarchies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between work-family conflict and glass ceiling perceived by hotel women employees and perceived service quality. The result of analysis as followings. First, the higher work-family conflict is perceived by hotel women workers, the more they have positive influence on their glass ceiling. Second, glass ceiling has negative influence on perceived service quality.
