프랜차이즈 베이커리 전문점의 고객정서가 몰입과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of customer's affect of franchise bakery on commitment and behavioral intention. The questionnaire was distributed over a four weeks period from October 1st to 31st of the 300 distributed questionnaire 270 copies were used in the analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was found that perception of customers regarding customer's affect of a franchise bakery are positive affect and negative affect. Second, it appeared that customer's affect of a franchise bakery had an influence on commitment and behavioral intention. To put it concretely, the factors of positive affect and negative affect had an influence on commitment. And the factors of positive affect and negative affect had an influence on behavioral intention also. Third, it indicated that commitment had an influence on behavioral intention. Through this, it is proved customer's affect is a very important variables that can increase customers in hotel continuously. Management of hotel have to invest their resources more efficiently making changes to customer's affect to improve the commitment and attitude.

호텔기업 아웃소싱 근로자의 근로생활의 질이 이중몰입에 미치는 영향연구

The attainment of this research is to identify how the outsourcing employee's quality of working life effects the dual commitment. The samples are the surveys of the outsourcing employees, who work at 10 of the five-stars ranked hotels, which are located in Seoul, Busan, and Jeju Island. Among the 500 samples, the 480 of the surveys are used for the analysis. The survey is composed with 2 sections: demographics, quality of working life, and dual commitment. And the SPSS 18.0. Window version was used for accomplishing the research. The outcome of Cronbach’s alpha was as follows: the quality of working life was rated 0.902 and dual commitment was 0.924. It was showed that the personal level of quality of working life was sharply influencing the commitment to the company of employed. Through the cooperative relation between the employed company and the company of customer, the attention and also the support for the subcontract workers are needed. And the critical point of this survey is the deficiency of the representative nature, as the convey was not aimed at all of the hotels in nation.

The purpose of this study is to provide the medical tourism businesses and managers of medical tourism industry with basic materials for an efficient medical tourism management by investigating how the factors of psychological distance in conjunction with selection attributes of medical tourism have an effect on the behavioral intention and also by examining how it is different between Chinese and Russian customers on the determinants of choosing the destination such as Korea. For the purpose of this study, the data was collected from 254 potential Chinese and Russian customers, using multinomial logit model. Results has revealed that the cultural closeness as a factor of psychological distance, medical competency and travelling programs are considered to be the important determinants of destination choice for medical tourism service. In addition, the cultural closeness and medical competency were shown to have signigicant effects on behavioral intention of the potential Chinese customers while the cultural similarity as a factor of psychological distance, medical competency and travelling programs were shown to have signigicant effects on the visiting intention of the potential Russian customers.

고객접점서비스가 고객만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 : 대안부족의 조절효과

This study investigated the relationships among service encounter, customer satisfaction, lack of alternatives, and revisit intention. Mediation analysis, moderation analysis and moderated mediation analysis were performed to examine these relationships. Of the 400 questionnaires distributed to restaurant customers, 185 complete responses were received. Results showed that service encounter significantly influenced customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction completely mediated the effect of service encounter on revisit intention. And switching barrier(lack of alternatives) moderated the relation between customer satisfaction and revisit intention, indicating that the customer satisfaction-revisit intention relationship was stronger in low lack of alternatives group than in high lack of alternatives group. In particular, lack of alternatives has a moderating effect on the mediation relationship between service encounter and revisit intention via customer satisfaction. That means that the mediating effect of service encounter was stronger and significant in the low lack of alternatives group but were not significant in the high lack of alternatives group. Given the significance of lack of alternatives in forming revisit intention, the use of lack of alternatives will be helpful in retaining restaurant customers. Theoretical and practical implications are identified and discussed.

This study aims to examine the relationships among airline practice training facility condition in college, career decision making self-efficacy and satisfaction of major using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results suggest that the concept of airline practice training facility condition in college was comprised 2 factors such as intangible and tangible environment. Besides, career decision making self-efficacy was composed of 5 factors and 2 factors in satisfaction of major. The analysis results were as follow: First, airline practice training facility condition in college has positive influence on career decision making self-efficacy and satisfaction of major. Second, career decision making self-efficacy has partially positive influence on satisfaction of major. Thus, it is the best to keep and make well use of the current airline practice training facility condition in college to educate students so that they can play important role in their work place.

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship of corporate responsibility activities of five star hotels in Daejeon, brand assets and loyalty. For this purpose, a theoretical background was figured out through previous studies, and executed empirical analysis focusing on a hypothesis using a research model. 3 hypotheses were established based on theoretical background. The study attempted to analyze the effects of corporate responsibility activities of hotels on brand assets and effect of brand assets on loyalty and the effect of corporate responsibility activity of hotels on loyalty. When the hypothesis was verified through the research model, it was proved that social responsibility activities of hotels had significant effects on brand assets and that brand asset had significant influence on loyalty. And, it was also proven that corporate responsibility activities of hotels had significant effects on loyalty. Accordingly, it can be seen that the hypothesis suggested through the theoretical base of previous studies were adopted. The study suggested implications as well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among Communication Environment, Job satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment. In this process, Communication Environment was consisted with Toward, Horizontal, and Informal Communication. Organizational Commitment was consisted with Affective, Continuance, and Normative Commitment. The self-Communication method was adopted to collect the data for March 2014. It was found as follows: There is positive relationship between Communication Environment and Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, and Communication Environment and Organizational Commitment. For details, first, Toward, Horizontal, and Informal Communication positively effect to Job Satisfaction and Toward Communication effect most to Job Satisfaction. Second, Job Satisfaction positively effect to all of Affective, Continuance, and Normative Commitment. It was certain that Job Satisfaction was an antecedent of Organization Commitment. Third, Communication Environment positively effect to Organizational Commitment. For details, all of Toward, Horizontal, and Informal Communication positively effect to Affective Commitment. Both of Horizontal and Toward Communication positively effect to Continuance Commitment. Also, Both of Toward and Informal Communication positively effect to Normative Commitment. Result of study shows that smooth Communication Environment is critical in order to increase employee's Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment.

CVM을 이용한 지불수단 별 무등산 국립공원 가치평가

The aim of this study is to evaluate the economic value of Mudeungsan National Park that has been designated as a national park recently. For doing that the Double-bounded dichotmous choice Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) was adopted to calculate the Respondents` Difference of Willingness to Pay Amount. In particularly, a Comparison of the WTPs according to the payment vehicle(tax/fund) was conducted. Survey was used for over 20 years of age people who were residence in Gwangju and Jeonnam. As a result, a total of 763 questionnaires were used for data analysis. The empirical results of WTP for fund showed that the public value of Mudeungsan National Park was estimated to be 8,541 Won per household. Meanwhile, in case of tax, the value was estimated to be 7,863 won. This means that the whole annual value was calculated 10,280 million won for fund and 9,460 million won for tax. In addition, the result of comparison between WTP Means of fund and tax showed the significant difference and implications of the results were discussed in the conclusion.

공간회귀모형을 이용한 어메니티자원의 지역경제 영향력

Amenities including natural and sociocultural resources have affected to regional economy development and income distribution. This study intends to analyze the correlation of natural amenities and sociocultural amenities, and clarify the influence between regional economy indicators and diverse amenities using OLS, SLM and SEM. For these purposes, this study chooses 17 natural and sociocultural amenities based on the literature reviews, and collects the statistical data of these amenities. The spatial analysis unit of this study is nationwide 146 Si and Gun except Gu areas of metropolitan city. The main results of this study show that the of SLM and SEM are higher than OLS because natural and sociocultural amenities are relevant to regional spaces and have spatial autocorrelation. In addition, both natural and sociocultural amenities have affected to the regional economy, therefore the policy makers of regions should adopt both amenities in order to boost the regional economy. In conclusion, it is suggested that further researches need to use additional spatial regression models considering diverse amenity resources.

관광경찰제도에 대한 정책PR, 정책이해, 정책지지 간의 관계구조 분석

This study aimed at examining the structural relationships among policy PR, policy understanding and policy support for the purpose of solving the problem to have the residents’ support for the newly enforced tourism police system. The literature review covered the concepts of tourism police system, policy PR, policy understanding, policy support, and following this, previous researches related to these concepts were discussed. A research model was designed and hypotheses were established based on the characteristics of tourism police system and the previous researches. Survey data were collected from the residents of major tourism districts in Seoul where the tourism police system is in action. For the analysis, a structural equation model method was employed. The results indicated that policy PR of tourism police system did not have significant influence on policy support, but policy understanding of tourism police system had mediation effects on the relationship between policy PR and policy support. In conclusion, this study emphasized that policy understanding of the residents regarding tourism police system is an important mediating mechanism for ensuring the residents’ support, and thereby balanced communication strategies for policy PR should be implemented.

Despite recent increases in educational institutions, it is perceived that their systematization and education service are insufficient for training airline service professionals. This study is to analyze the impacts relationships among varibles of airline education service, collegian satisfaction and education performance. Advanced researches were analyzed and a theatrical system was established to conduct analysis. Through this research, students are expected to improve in practical ability and major theory. Moreover it can contribute to establish management ability of educational institutions. In order to achieve efficient ends, the study set up the theoratical system to present structuring varibles and concept establishment for airline education system, Student satisfaction and Education performance. This study is aimed to find an impact on the airline education service to the collegian satisfaction and education performance. This finding is expected to use in relative research as useful information in near future. It appears to be applicable to basic data on the education program development, student management, education performance, index development.

This study is to analyze the effects of benefits through regional tourism brand collaboration between Seoul and Paris on the regional tourism brand(Hi Seoul) attitude of the residents living in Seoul city. The ultimate objective is to verify the effect of collaboration in regional tourism brand, and suggest the good direction how to make the competitive regional tourism brand in tourism market. In order to achieve this purpose, the study limited Seoul city as the regional range, the subject of study were selected as the residents living in the city, and asked them to assume the situation collaborating Seoul and Paris tourism brands. The 339 copies were used for the final analysis. IBM SPSS 21.0 program was used for the empirical analysis. The results are as following; First, the regional tourism brand benefits, symbolic and economic benefits, affected significantly residents’ regional tourism brand attitude. Second, regional tourism brand benefits affected its collaboration benefits. Fourth, the benefits of regional tourism brand collaboration, with the exception of the experiential benefits, affected the residents’ attitude to the original regional tourism brand in a positive way after finishing its collaboration between Seoul and Paris. Fifth, the average of the numerical value of residents’ attitude to the original regional tourism brand after finishing brand collaboration is higher than its average before the collaboration. The managerial implications stemming from the empirical findings were also discussed.

基於地方理論的古村落居民地方意義特徵分析 ­- 以西遞、宏村、南屛爲例

Place-based theories and research on sense of place, place attachment, and place identity have made a critical contribution to the understanding of our relationships to place. There are three popular conceptualizations of the idea of place, namely sense of place, place attachment and place meanings. The western researches on the theory and methodology become increasingly mature. By taking three ancient villages in China for instance, the article measured place meanings of ancient village residents by designing measurement scale, and analyzed the general characteristics and dimensional structure. The findings showed place meanings was comprised by two dimensions-family and individual identity, community and continuity. Place meanings came more from family and individual identity than from community and continuity. Birthplace was the main factor in the formation of residents place meanings, and family and individual identity is influenced by the residence time in ancient villages as well. Understanding contested meanings of place is important for managers because sense of place and place meanings are often connected to attitudes and expectations about appropriate and inappropriate management or use. Place meanings research in ancient village presented a new perspective for ancient village planning, protection and management research, which also offered basis for the establishment of ancient village protection and management measures.
