Despite recent increases in educational institutions, it is perceived that their systematization and education service are insufficient for training airline service professionals. This study is to analyze the impacts relationships among varibles of airline education service, collegian satisfaction and education performance. Advanced researches were analyzed and a theatrical system was established to conduct analysis. Through this research, students are expected to improve in practical ability and major theory. Moreover it can contribute to establish management ability of educational institutions. In order to achieve efficient ends, the study set up the theoratical system to present structuring varibles and concept establishment for airline education system, Student satisfaction and Education performance. This study is aimed to find an impact on the airline education service to the collegian satisfaction and education performance. This finding is expected to use in relative research as useful information in near future. It appears to be applicable to basic data on the education program development, student management, education performance, index development.
