홀리스틱 학습조직을 통한 학습 사례 연구

‘홀리스틱 학습조직’이란 개인, 팀, 조직을 포괄하는 교육훈련의 형태이다. Senge(1990)가 강조하는 학습조직 요인 즉, ‘비전공유, 시스템사고, 사고모형, 자아완성, 팀 학습’과 홀리스틱 교육이론과 접목시켜 지식기반사회에서 요구하는 지식자본의 현실적 가치창출 기여를 목적으로 한다. 이유로는 지식의 life cycle이 짧을수록 학습내용이 생활훈련과 밀접하여야 동기유발이 강화되기 때문이다. 활용 가능한 지식이 될수록 가치창출력을 높다는 가정으로 본 연구는 다음 두 가지 목적을 가진다. 첫째, 홀리스틱 학습조직 이론을 교육훈련과 연계하여 잠재 능력을 발휘하도록 한다. 둘째, 의식 강화와 학습조직 요인을 활용하여 학급 성적 향상을 이룬다. 연구결과 우울증, 불안증, 분노의 치료에 효과가 있었고, 학급성적향상과 진로지도에 효과가 있었다. 이 결과는 학습조직 과정에서 얻은 결과로 해석한다. 앞으로 평생 학습사회에서는 학습조직과 교육훈련이 연계되어야 함을 시사해 준다.

The Holistic Learning Organization is made by adding the theory of Learning Organization to individual learning. That is to say, Holistic educational perspectives are combined with the factors of Learning Organization by Senge - Shared vision, System thinking, Mental model and Self-esteem. This theory is focused on practicability. This case study aims to upgrade academic accomplishments by healing pains hidden in the subconsciousness and reinforcing consciousness. As a result of this study, anxiety and anger were healed and academic accomplishments were fulfilled considerably.

Confronting modern competitive crisis, people should be reborned, being embedded with ethics of friendship. Cultivation of friendship will be enlarged into communitarian spirit and national royalty. But the ethics of friendship must be coexisted with justice ethics. Because ethics of friendship may regard the care of friend, it may disregard ethics of impartiality. In this case we should satisfy both 'fair friendship' and ‘friendly fairness.’ Most desirable friendship must be ‘inclusive friendship' of two elements. Ethics of friendship is to require for our communitarian life and happiness. Friendship is not locked in private morality but should be transformed into enlarged friendship as public morality. In this dimension the moral education for cultivation of friendship is important for elementary school child.

The aim of this study is to find paradigm shift of 21C education from the viewpoints of holistic education, which is now considered as an alternative approach to modernistic education. The methodology of this study is basically theoretical approaches with the analysis and synthesis of ideas from the existing literatures and the proceeding experiments. This study began with the criticisms of modernistic education as a background of the necessity of alternative method by way of the ecological perspective. and then, investigation of the revolutionary changes in contemporary science, pschology, and understanding of human nature and existence. III summaries main findings produced in each chapter and a recommendation.

This study is focused on finding out Group Work Model Design for reduced to Family violence effect on Negative cross-lagged prophecy effects influencing the self esteem of Adolescent. In regard to the collection of materials for this study, the researcher has conducted a survey at three different middle schools situated at N district in Seoul, and has collected 1,161 copies of it to have data on the adolescent from wife-battering families and those who are not. There are two kinds of measurement tools used in this study. two measurement tools are the first kind, and those are: 1. Straus' CTS, 2. Self-esteem measurement by Moos and others, The analytical strategies of the outcome using SAS/pc are the following: x²inspection and t-test conducted to inquire about the difference of self esteem variable between the adolescent from Family violence and non-family violence, As a result, a significant difference(P=0.00) of adolescent from Family violence is shown compared with the other group concerning self-esteem. This study, therefore, has made an effort to develop a program which is the practical application of this self-esteem variable concept, or to approach a social work by combining the previous programs with the concepts presented in this study.

Holistic education has an innovative possibilities in education settings. Implementing of Environmental Education in Science classroom is a way of approach in holistic education. The Environmental Education, an approach of holistic education in connection with natural science is valued as the integrated curriculum that gives and understands the world of nature. Moreover, among various of educational strategies, learning aid with TV program will help students expand their understanding of the context of their lives, scientific conceptions, inquiry skills, and applications of their learning. This study is to provide the synthetic and particular method of approach.

This study was conducted to examine the effectiveness and analyze the possibility of applications by developing of the strength-based Case Management Model using Motivational Interviewing for Problem Drinkers in the Community. The approach to the drink problem in Korea has mostly been hospital-centered treatments so far, but it was evaluated to be ineffective due to the high rates of relapses. Social Work Practice programs based on the results of this study are as follows. First, community-centered systematic case management should be activated. In other words, formal and informal organizations should be closely related to provide the proper services for clients. Secondly, case manager should have various information about external resources to obtain the networks of social supports.
