It is required of various conditions to activate the education using ICT. The will and the ability of teachers are the most important things among them. It's available thing as manage the education using ICT efficiently and systematically through the curriculum of teacher's college. But, special emphasis is attached to the cultivation of information literacy at teacher's college until now. The present state of the curriculum of teacher's college is insufficient in fostering well-balanced basic ability required to preliminary teachers who should do the education using ICT in elementary and secondary school.We need to gather real data through synthetic inquiry and analysis how the education using ICT is being conducted in teahcer's college to find rational management plan of the curriculum about education using ICT.According to these requirements, in this study we aimed to collect basic curriculum data related to the educatin using ICT at the university of education and the college of education and to analyze the present status. Also, we intended to find the real state and the problems of education using ICT at teacher's college based on the opinion survey of elementary and secondary teachers.

This study was performed to present an activation plan with an operation actual condition of research school for practical arts subject in elementary school. The main contents of this study were to consider theoretical background about the research school, to select the school to be specified with research school for practical arts subject, to analyze the curriculum for practical arts education. And then this study were to analyze the teaching-learning method, organization, study environment for research school for practical arts subject. Finally, this study were to present an improvement and activation plan to the natural disposition the actual condition of research school for practical arts subject.The conclusions and suggestions drawn from this study are as follows;First, The curriculum for practical arts education should be reconstructed on the assumption of the consolidation and reconfiguration which has the link.Second, reconstructed curriculum would be avoided the duplicate of the content of the 7th curriculum.Third, the content such as a career guidance and an environment education would be groped the plan to guide commonly, the content which the training will be cored would be used the team teaching.Fourth, an each class charge teacher guides a commonness field to the blanket, team teaching were distinguished to home economics, life science, technology education, information science, career and environmental education, and team teaching is applied taking the characteristic of area, school.Fifth, systematic research about reconfiguration and consolidation of the content of the practical arts subject for apply team teaching must be processed .Sixth, a study and training opportunity of teachers must be extended for efficient team teaching.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate of bio-related technology contents in Practical arts education and to establish the teaching content areas. The contents of this study were to analyze curriculum content from the 1st to the 7th curriculum, to synthesis related researches, and to establish bio-related technology content areas in Practical arts education. The study was carried out through review of literatures. The method of this study was used content analysis. The Major findings of the study were as follows;(1) Bio-related technology defined that any techniques that uses living organisms(or parts of organisms) to make or modify product, to improve plants or animals, or to development microorganisms for specific purposes.(2) The bio-related technology content areas in Practical arts education was established (a) Foundations of Biotechnology, (b) life, environment and agriculture, (c) plants and animal production, (d) processing and marketing of bio-products

The purpose of this was to verify the effects of students' intellectual level-based learning on scholastic achievement in practical arts classes based on environment-related units such as 'Environment and My Life'. The subjects were 37 elementary school students in Korea (6th grade). They were grouped A, B, and C by their intellectual level (Group A, 12 students in the higher level; Group B, 17 students in the middle level; Group C, 8 students in the lower level). Experimental classes were designed using one group pretest-posttest design. The results were analyzed in terms of the average and standard deviation of intellectual domain, skill domain, and attitude domain. The results of this study were as follows:First, the improvement of students' scholastic achievement in Group C was greatest in intellectual domain. This result suggests that intellectual level-based learning may effect on lower level students' scholastic achievement in intellectual domain.Second, the improvement of students' scholastic achievement in Group A was greatest in skill domain. So intellectual level-based learning may effect on higher level students' scholastic achievement in skill domain.Third, the improvement of students' scholastic achievement in Group C was greater than Group A and B in attitude domain . From this result, it is proposed that intellectual level-based learning effects on lower level students' scholastic achievement in attitude domain.

가정에서 발생되는 재활용 쓰레기에 관한 분석

The purpose of this study is (was)to measure and compare how much amount of recyclable waste is (was) discharged by our homes between general residential area and apartment area according to their occupation(education) and income. The result of this survey is (was) as follows.: First, the more education and income people have(had), the more amount of recyclable waste they discharged. Secondly, the most amount of recyclable waste was discharged by teachers' homes compared to other people's homes with other occupations. According to the comparison between Yangchon(Seoul) area and Kilhun Apartment area (Kimpo), Kilhun Apartment area produced higher amount of recyclable trash than Seoul Yanchon area as follows; 55% of waste paper, 400% of plastic items, 200% of glass bottles(Soju), 300% of metal items (cans). Considering Kilhun apartment area consists of only apartments and the people have(had) higher education and income, it's clear the discharge amount of recyclable waste is (was) correlated to the people's education and income.

The purpose of this study was to search for the change of contents on clothing education in practical arts. Total of 225 sophomore enrolled in the G national university of education were employed as subject. The subjects was instructed learning material on clothing education, after that, investigated to interest in the teaching-learning material, satisfaction, executive ability, possibility for application after instructed. Major results of this study were as follows. Teaching-learning materials of this study was composed of new contents (making a goods by natural dyeing, making a doll by nonwoven fabric, making a goods by cross stitch, making a department shirts by blopens) and old contents (making a bag by knitting, making a bag by sewing machine, making a goods by skill needlework). Interest in the teaching-learning materials, satisfaction, executive ability, possibility for application about new contents were higher than that of old contents. There were positive correlations between interest in teaching-learning materials and satisfaction, executive ability, possibility for application.. There were positive correlations between executive ability and possibility for application. Therefore, it is clear that the development of contents will be needed to let prospective teachers are interested in learning and to apply the educated contents in the field. The prospective teachers should understand and act what they learn. To do so, it is necessary that concerned parts of universities teach prospective teachers to have competent executive abilities and satisfy with the contents after classes.

예비 초등 교사의 기술과 과학의 본성에 대한 관점

This study was explored views held by pre-service elementary teachers regarding the nature of technology and science particularly: (1) the characteristics of technology and science; (2) the aim of science and scientific research; (3) the characteristics of scientific knowledge and scientific theories; and (4) relationship between technology and science. The views held by pre-service elementary teachers were assessed using a Nature of Science and Technology Questionnaire (NSTQ) which was developed by Tairab(2001). The instrument contains 8 items measuring various aspects of the nature of technology and science. Item 1 to 7 require respondents to select from given responses the one that best reflects their personal representation. Item 8 on the other hands requires the respondents to provide written views about the differences between technology and science. The findings revealed that generally the views were spread unevenly along the line of naive, merited and realistic perspectives. While the subjects displayed mix views regarding science as content oriented or process oriented, technology was viewed as an application of science. Implications of these views for classroom teaching and learning are presented.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the rose of sharon program on the patriotism inspiration by developing a potplanting program of the rose of sharon. With the collected data, t-test, standard deviation and percentage were operated and it was compared and analyzed in all directions.The results of the analysis are as followingFirstly, the cultivation skill study achievement of the experiment group was higher in average than the comparative group in the evaluation after the application of the rose of sharon the of potplanting program .Secondly, in the evaluation of the application of the rose of sharon knowledge program, the achievement on the rose of sharon knowledge such as the origin of the rose of sharon and the racial characteristics included in the rose of sharon, which were not learned before of the experiment group was higher in average than the comparative group.Thirdly, after applying various rose of sharon events program, the degree of patriotism inspiration of the experiment group was higher in average than the comparative group.
