The purpose of this study is to enhance the academic understanding of personal values and organizational cultural fit. The study looked at the impact of person-organizational cultural fit on organizational commitment and empowerment. The survey was conducted on the staff of a hotel company located in Seoul from February 1 to 15, 2018, and the survey was collected by the surveyors themselves. Of the total of 230 questionnaires, 216 were analyzed except for 14 false questionnaires. The results of the study based on the research method and procedures are as follows. First, personorganizational cultural fit appear to affect organizational commitment. Second, personorganizational cultural fit were affecting the empowerment. Third, Impowerment is shown to affect organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study is aims to understand the MICE industry environment in Jeonbuk, propose a plan to improve the MICE industry in Jeonbuk through a case study of MICE industry in Sarawak, Malaysia, which is considered as a leading example of MICE activation in small cities. Based on Sarahwak's advanced case studies, Jeonbuk needs to establish the MICE Association such as SCB, which has a high level of understanding and loyalty to the region. Second, Jeonbuk should cooperate with the government, academia, and Convention Bureau and Alliance to hold International MICE events. Third, it is necessary to unify the image of tourist attractions and MICE images in the region. Finally, it is necessary to care for local people more than tourists to the improvement of infrastructure in future. The purpose of this study is to conjugate as basic data for MICE industry in Jeonbuk. In 2018, Jeonbuk has variety issues as 2023 World Jamboree Competition and Muju Global Martial Arts Culture Festival and ‘year of Jeolla Millennium’. Jeonbuk will be a year to become a more competitive MICE event venue through improving the MICE industry environment.

The ultimate goal of this study is to set the target market depending on the tourist product with consumer attribute group, to suggest the travel agency the beneficial implications which factors have meaningful relationship with loyalty and conversion intention among many selection factors of tour product. The questionnaires were collected through the persons involved in the tourism business in Seoul and metropolitan areas, and the survey through e-mail from 5th June to 31th June, 2017. Total 500 questionnaires were distributed and total 388 questionnaires were collected, 350 questionnaires were used except for 38 cases in which the double response was not completed or a non-sample error occurred due to an unfaithful response. Factor analysis and reliability verification were carried out by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0, Covariance structure analysis was carried out to verify the proposed research hypothesis. The analysis result showed, first, the business characteristics, online information have a significant positive effect(+) to the loyalty of travel agencies. But human services, suitability of travel products, and reputation of travel agencies did not significantly affect the loyalty of travel agencies. Second, the business characteristics, suitability of travel products, and online information have a significant effect on the conversion intention of travel agency. On the other hand, human services and travel agency reputation did not have significant effect. Third, the loyalty of the travel agent showed a positive (+) influence on the intention to switch to the travel agency. Therefore, based on the results of this analysis, this study suggested some useful implications for the operation of the travel agency.

본 연구는 서울, 경기권내 관광관련 학과 대학생을 대상으로 진로적응성이 구직 강도의 매개효과를 통한 고용만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 진로적응성과 진로만족 의 관계를 이해하는데 구직강도의 중요성을 살펴보자 하였다. 또한 진로적응성과 고 용만족과의 관계에서 구직강도의 중요한 역할을 확인하기 위하여 매개효과를 검증하 였다. AMOS를 통해 분석한 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 인과적 모형은 지지된 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 가설은 지지된 것으로 밝혀졌다. 구체적으로 진로관심은 구직강도 에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로통제 또한 구직강도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으 로 밝혀졌다. 진로호기심 또한 구직강도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 진로자신감도 구직강도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구직강도 또한 고 용만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 매개효과 검증으로 진로적응성은 구직강도를 통해 고용만족에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과 는 진로적응성과 고용만족을 이해하는데 구직강도의 중요한 역학을 살펴 볼 수 있었 으며, 구직활동을 준비하는 대학생들에게 효과적인 진로성과를 위한 취업 교육 프로 그램과 카운슬링 개발의 중요한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between cultural tourism attraction and visitor usage intention of masan fish market, which is the traditional market of changwon city. The questionnaire was distributed to 350 in the masan fish market and the final 255 were used for the analysis. The results of SPSS 21. hierarchical regression analysis: First, the relationship between cultural tourism attraction(culture, attractiveness) and External usage intention of masan fish market in changwon city, 'culture'(.009), 'attractiveness'(.000)was significant and <Hypothesis1-1, Hypothesis1-2>was adopted. Second, the relationship between cultural tourism attraction(culture, attractiveness) and Internal usage intention of masan fish market in changwon city, 'culture'(.000), 'attractiveness'(.000)was significant and <Hypothesis2-1, Hypothesis2-2>was adopted. Third, the relationship between culture tourism attraction(culture, attractiveness) and External usage intention of Masan fish market in Changwon city, The 'attractiveness'(β=.406)was more influential than the 'culture'(β=.149). the relationship between culture tourism attraction(culture, attractiveness) and usage Internal intention of masan fish market in changwon city, The 'attractiveness'(β=.319)was more influential than the 'culture'(β=.248). Through this study, 'attractiveness' among the 'cultural tourism attractions' of masan fish market has been identified as an important factor for the intrinsic enjoyment of visitors and in enhancing motivation for external users.

We conducted a theoretical study on the Big Data Analyzer method and analysis software for the study. We used Leevi 's analysis tool, MediaLand, for 1 year from May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2016,Based on the keywords that measure tourism factors, environmental factors, traffic factors, civic factors, and cultural factors, which are urban reputation measurement factors in the data,As a result of analyzing the data for one year, a total of 104,810 data were collected with 33,399 media channels and 71,411 social channels, of which 71,411 tourist factors, 17,796 traffic factors, 9,396 cultural factors, 7,999 environmental factors And 7,986 civic factors. The results of analysis related to urban reputation measurement factors are as follows. First, the tourist factors are largely mentioned in terms of attractions and food related keywords. The most famous places were seaside places such as Haeundae and Gwanganri. Most of them were fish cake, pork soup, and seed loaf. Second, environmental factors of Pusan were cleaned, public facilities environment and natural environment, and 1,055 seas were surveyed, followed by a lot of search terms related to the beach. Third, the transportation elements of Busan were various transportation means such as automobile, train, taxi, KTX, etc. Fourth, the citizens' elements of Pusan were the keywords of citizens, honesty and kindness of Busan, and the words related to the communication with local residents when using the facilities and moving were searched. Fifth, the cultural elements of Busan showed many contents related to festival, Haeundae, museum, park, Pusan International Film Festival as a result of searching for cultural festivals, cultural events and cultural facilities.

The purpose of this study is to present a strategy for tourist safety management of communicable diseases by analyzing the ability of coping with tourism diseases and analyzing IPA for tourism safety management system by conducting questionnaires to tourists and general tourists. As a result, both the tourism industry workers and general tourists were not able to cope with communicable diseases. Especially, general tourists were more vulnerable. As a result of the IPA-analysis of tourism industry workers and general tourists, 13 out of 19 items are recognized in common, while six have expressed differences in perception. Based on the analysis results, a tourist safety management strategy is presented as follows. First, the safety management system should be reorganized around the response phase rather than the prevention and preparation phase. Second, the manual should be reinforced through field survey of tourism industry workers. Third, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation among countries on communicable diseases. Fourth, it is necessary to ensure the safety of tourists by providing communicable disease safety education for the tourism industry workers.

This study aims to investigate the present state of tour guide signs and induce some useful suggestions centered on Pyeongchang-gun. For this we have observed and investigated tour guide signs established around the streets of Pyeongchang-gun. We drew some evaluation categories from the preceding studies and related guides. Those categories are composed of component, mark factor, and manufacturing and installation. As a result of our observation and investigation of the tour guide signs of Pyeongchang-gun, some problems are revealed in the aspect of component such as excess of draft, confusion of distance informations, missing of arrows, omission of guide informations. In the aspect of mark factor, some problems are found such as error or incongruence of symbols, and insufficiency of readability. Finally, in the aspect of manufacturing and installation, insufficient maintenance, too much installation, lack of harmony with surroundings, and of consideration for human body are revealed. It’s been concluded that these problems should be improved immediately. For this, total investigation of tour guide signs needs to be made. And after constructing DB about them, some efforts should be made to improve problems systematically. Also, we need to make guideline of tour guide signs appropriate to local characteristics, and develop new designs of tour guide signs, and install them.

In order to strengthen the attachment to dependent places and to improve the attachment of places as an identity tourist spot, it can be said that a strategy to reinforce cultural motivation factors in tourism is needed. In other words, tourism sites should be changed to enjoy continuous adventure and thrill, to develop programs that can feel the sense of accomplishment, to introduce resources to recognize newness, to promote curiosity, to promote different cultural experience programs, and to enhance historical and cultural culture. When these cultural motivational factors are met, it is expected that the place of attraction as a sightseeing spot will be strengthened and ongoing visits will be possible. There are many levels of marine tourism in domestic tourism. It is necessary to improve the cultural motivation factors and the conditions to enjoy the physical motivation factors in order to induce continuous visit in summer and attract new tourists. In addition, in order to enhance the loyalty of sightseeing spots, it is important that all places of attachment are important. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the satisfaction of recognizing that they are differentiated from other sightseeing spots when tourists visit, There is a need for a way to help.

This study aimed to reveal the dimension of employment barrier and the effect of the employment barrier and social support, as a correspondence variable of employment barrier, to career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behaviors. Through on&offline survey of MICE job seekers, 241 valid responses were collected. The result of analysis showed that lack of employment information and low self-understanding have negative effects on career decision-making self-efficacy and low self-understanding, and low competences for employment have negative effects on employment preparation behavior. The study also proved that only emotional support and appraisal support among the social supports have positive effects on career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior. In addition, this research affirmed the results of previous studies by confirming the positive relation between career decision-making self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior. Based on the results, this study presents academic and practical implications for improving MICE job market. These will contribute to lower the perceived level of employment barriers by job seekers who are looking for the entry into the MICE field, and enhance their employment preparation behavior as well. The findings of this paper also could provide empirical basement for policy formation.

Casino industry has been getting attention worldwide, in particular, in terms of tourism promotion and economic benefit. The purpose of this study was investigate the changing perceptions about hotel casino by the general public, using social network analysis. Textom was used to collect text data from Naver search engines over the period of 2012-2016. A total of 96,532 words were accumulated for the analysis. The analysis focused on the relationships among the words selected. Semantic network analysis and CONCOR analysis provided some interesting results and implications. The general public tended to positively perceive hotel casino as both leisure activity and travel destination rather than having negative mind on it. In summary, casino is a part of leisure culture. As time went, this tendency became stronger. Some implications related to casino policy stem from the result: development of standardized casino program and aggressive promotion of positive functions of casino. These policies are expected to contribute to building up the foundation of positive perception about casino as leisure.

The purpose of this study is to examine how hotels’ educational training influence employees’ job performance and how correlation between educational training and job performance change in relation to goal setting, a moderating variable. For research, employees working for deluxe hotels located in Seoul were selected. For 45 days from October 11th to November 24th, 2017, a survey was done. 358 questionnaire sheets were used for positive analysis. As a result, this author has found there are three educational training factors, service attitudes, service quality, and hotel operation, and learned job performance and goal setting are a single factor. All the factors of educational training are found to influence job performance. Goal setting has regulating effects in correlation between educational training and job performance. This implies that if hotels design and operate desirable educational training programs, it is possible to enhance employees’ job performance and also if they induce employees to set a goal on their own through educational training, their job performance will be improved even more.

University students choose their majors that are appropriate for their academic performance without having to choose a majors that match their aptitude at high school in order to enter university. I experience many things that I have not experienced in school life that I have not been able to achieve by high school. However, expectations, responsibilities, and autonomy of various roles are required and much effort is required for adaptation. This effort is one of the key factors for successful university life. It is important to adapt to the new environment such as academic achievement and interpersonal relations in the right university life. The correct establishment of a university major affects career paths after graduation and also affects self-esteem. Proper recognition and loyalty to the major and self-esteem of the university should be formed. The spatial scope of this study is the students of Jeollabuk-do Private University. The time frame is March 2018 month. During the period, we received a total of 220 questionnaires from the students in university. The content range is composed of 4 chapters. First, there is a difference in self - esteem among university students. Second, there is a difference in loyalty among college students. Third, the resilience of college students' mental immersion will have a moderating effect on self – esteem. Finally, the major involvement of university students will study whether resilience in the relation of loyalty is moderating.

본 연구는 문화관광의 대표 목적지 중 하나인 역사도시에 있어, 문화관광유인물 에 대한 지역주민의 인지와 그 지역의 장소이미지, 관광개발과의 영향관계를 밝히는 것을 주요한 연구목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 동남아시아의 저명한 유네스코 세계유산인 라오스의 루앙프라방을 연구대상지로 선정하였다. 주요 연구결과, 역사도 시의 문화관광유인물에 대한 지역주민의 인지는 그들이 살고 있는 역사도시의 사회문 화와 환경, 정책과 경제관련 장소이미지와 관광개발 지지에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지역주민의 장소이미지 역시 지역의 관광개발 지지에 긍정 적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 역사도시에 있어 문화관광유 인물에 대한 지역주민의 긍정적 인지와 긍정적 장소이미지가 성공적인 문화관광과 지 속가능한 관광개발에 있어 모두 중요함을 보여주는 의미있는 연구결과라고 판단된다.

This study is focused on the relationship between job stress and organization citizenship behavior which is the key of operating hotel enterprises especially at individual and organizational level rather than focused on the relationship between job instability and various variables as before. After a close review on moderating effects of mindfulness, the variable that manages effect relationship between employment unstableness and job stress, this study will proceed to cover the effect relationship between job stress and organization citizenship behavior. Empirical analysis to achieve the purpose of this study has concluded the following results: First, the higher the perception of employment unstableness, the higher the job stress and turnover intentions. In this regard, hotel enterprises should devote themselves: to build up trust in the organization to lower employment unstableness perceived by the employees, to raise job satisfaction by using training programs that can build teamwork or interactive activities that enable interaction among employees, to reduce job instabilities by paying higher attention to employees and welfare problems, and to give employees various opportunities such as career development at an organizational level. Secondly, job stress was not influence on organization citizenship behavior. Thirdly, mindfulness is found to have moderating effects on influence of employment unstableness on job stress. Therefore it would be helpful for hotel enterprises running programs to support employees to spend time looking back on themselves or meditate.

The International Standard for Social Responsibility (ISSR) becomes a mandatory task in the International Organization for Standardization (IOS), and there is a growing interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities throughout society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and trust and organizational effectiveness, and to test whether there is a moderating effect of trust in the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and organizational effectiveness. The time range of the study is from August 2017 to September 2017, and total of 350 copies were distributed and 311 copies were analyzed. This study found that organizational trust has partial moderating effect on the relationship between corporate social responsibility activities and organizational effectiveness. Of the respondents indicated that there was a partial moderating effect on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational effectiveness. Therefore, employees' perceptions vary according to trust level, and is an important role in company development. This study can be applied to the study of corporate social responsibility activities in China based on this paper. In order to make more specific research, it is necessary to overcome the shortcomings of this study and to go for a better direction.

The purpose of this study is to identify selection attributes of slow tourism and mindfulness and to verify the influence of those factors on tourists' recommendation intention. To achieve the goal of the study, total of 400 surveys were distributed to the tourism industry workers and college students(majored in tourism) who were willing to participated in the study. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 version program. As a result, slow tourism selection attributes were classified 'functional factor', 'emotional factor', 'cultural factor', and 'natural factor'. Slow tourism selection attributes had effects on mindfulness and slow tourism selection attributes, mindfulness factors had effects on recommendation intention. The findings showed that emotional factor is more influential than functional factor. Based on these results, this study paves the way for investigating the possibility for developing slow tourism through travel systematic planning and commercialization. Implications were discussed based on the results of the study.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of overseas travel experience factors on travel satisfaction and psychological well-being. The subjects of this empirical study were college students who had overseas travel experience in the last one year. The convenience sampling was used for the sampling method. We conducted a 20-day survey from September 1, 2017 to September 20, 2017 to investigate college student. Among the collected questionnaires, 212 valid samples were used, except for 37 cases with inappropriate responses. For the analysis of the date, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS version 20.0. The results of the hypothesis test are as follows. First, the three overseas travel experience factors (entertainment experience, escape experience, and education experience) were found to have positive effects on travel satisfaction. Second, the entertainment experience factor, the escape experience factor, and the educational experience factor of the overseas travel experience were found to have the strongest effects on competence out of psychological well-being. In addition, the escape experience and the education experience had significant effects on euphoria, the entertainment experience had significant effects on pleasure, and the education experience had significant effects on influence on bonds. Third, travel satisfaction was identified to have significant effects on competence, euphoria, and pleasure out of psychological well-being. In particular, out of psychological well-being, 'competence' was shown to play the most important role for travel satisfaction. The results of this study can be utilized as practical basic data for travel marketing.

This study is going to examine with undergraduates of tourism how career decision-making influences learning commitment and transfer of learning and analyze the mediating effect of learning commitment in it positively. The results of positive analysis are as follows: First, according to the results of examining the effects of career decision-making on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral commitment, career decisionmaking influences cognitive, emotional, and behavioral commitment positively. Second, according to the results of examining the effects of learning commitment on transfer of learning, among the areas of learning commitment, only emotional commitment and behavioral commitment influence transfer of learning positively. Also, according to the results of verifying how learning commitment influences transfer of learning differently, transfer of learning is influenced by emotional commitment and behavioral commitment in order. Third, according to the results of examining the effects of career decision-making on transfer of learning, career decision-making influences transfer of learning positively. Fourth, according to the results of verifying the mediating effect of learning commitment in correlation between career decision-making and transfer of learning, cognitive commitment has complete mediation while career decision-making influences transfer of learning. Emotional commitment and behavioral commitment have partial mediation in correlation between career decision-making and transfer of learning.

This study investigated the perception of residents’ marine environmental pollution in Busan, one of the representative marine tourism cities in Korea as well as analyzed the relationship between marine environmental pollution and their marine tourism activities. This also conducted a survey to know the status and preference of Busan marine tourism used by local residents. As a result, the residents of Busan showed a medium level of interest in marine environmental pollution, not as high. Particularly, respondents in their 30s and 50s showed that their interest level were below the medium score. Respondents thought that 'waste' was the most important factor that polluted the marine environment. They responded that 'the enhancement of each private individual awareness towards marine environment protection' is the most important way to solve the problem. Some of the respondents have suffered direct or indirect damage due to the marine environmental pollution. Respondents rated that pollution of the marine environment has a significant impact on the reduction of marine tourism. The respondents who prefer marine tourism showed higher interest in marine environmental pollution. Meanwhile, the residents’ preference level of Busan marine tourism was more than average. The residents, responded that they do not prefer marine tourism in Busan, pointed to the 'crowded people' and the 'expensive price in the tourist sights’ as the main reasons for their negative response.

The purpose of this study is the effects of self leadership perceived by the subject of local college students majoring in catering & cooking on self-directed learning ability and career preparation actions. According to the study results, the following results have been derived. First, when the self leadership is high, the self-directed learning ability and the career preparation actions have been found to be enhanced. In particular, the greater influence is shown to be exerted on the learning plan as a sub variable for the self-directed ability in the order of constructive thinking strategy, natural compensation strategy, and behavior-oriented strategy, and on the learning evaluation in the order of constructive thinking strategy, and behavior-oriented strategy. Namely, the self leadership with the greatest effects on self-directed learning ability among self leaderships may be considered as the constructive thinking strategy. Secondly, when the self-directed learning ability is high, career preparation behavior is shown to be satisfactory. In particular, in self-directed learning ability, the greater influence was shown to be exerted on the collection activity for information and tools in the order of learning implementation, and learning evaluation, and on the other collection activity in the order of learning evaluation, and learning planning.

중국의 전통 음식 브랜드는 각 지역의 지역성을 구분하는데 있어 상징적인 역할 을 해 왔다. 중국에서는 음식 관광객의 증가에 따라 관광 명소의 특성인 지역 음식 및 음료에 더 많은 관심이 집중되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 중국 하남성 개봉 (Kaifeng)시 지역의 전통음식 브랜드 식당을 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 중국 전통 음 식 브랜드를 이용한 고객의 지각된 품질, 지각된 가치, 만족도 및 행동 의도에 영향을 미치는 변수들 간의 구조적 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 중국 전통 음식 브랜드의 지각 된 품질을 3요인(음식의 질, 서비스 품질, 분위기)으로 추출하였고, 음식의 질, 서비스 품질, 분위기는 지각된 가치의 중요한 예측 요인으로 나타났다. 관광객의 만족도요인 은 음식의 질과 지각된 가치로 조사되었고, 지각된 가치와 관광객의 만족도는 행동의 도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과를 바탕 으로 오랜 전통을 자랑하는 식당 브랜드의 실질적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
