Imagination is a root for creation for artists. It becomes an ability for ingenuity and is the most important inner ability. When we create a work, we use the imagination. Immanuel Kant said that originality is the first characteristic. Goethe thinks the natural instinct as a supernatural power, and considers the genius talent, which leads to positive life energy through inspiration and unconsciousness, creative power. William Blake is genius in his imagination. He expressed his inner feelings with superman power and got his thinking as the true source of art. And Blake seeking for nature is consistent with the opinion of Kant who insists that genius is the child of nature. This study looks into Blake's illustration through contents and forms. Blake criticizes the material experience which is deficient of the vision of the spirit and shows the image of surmount in the experienced world. The point of this study is the analysis of work which is in the imagination through innocence and experience dealt by Blake. Though The theme of the world of innocence and the world of experience are separated substantially, they are formally combined in the imagination of Blake. This fact is the image of analyzed substance through iconology and form and also the synthetic world reminding dream and reality. I wish the world of Blake's imagination dealt in this study could surmount the difference between concept and formative and reconsider the problem of these two matters in creating.

환경에 대한 관심이 높아지고 이에 대한 환경적 해결방안의 필요성이 제시되면서 도시녹지의 양적 확대를 목표로 한 도시공원의 조성, 도시 내 녹지네트워크 형성 등의 방안이 제기되었으며, 이를 통하여 도시 곳곳에 조성된 도시공원들은 시민들의 여가생활에 전환점을 갖게 한 동시에 휴양에 많은 도움을 주었다. 그러나 녹지공간의 양적 확대를 우선시한 결과 우리도시는 전통적 가치관 및 조형의식을 담지 못한채 외국의 유행에 따른 디자인의 답습 및 정부 정책 중심의 획일적인 디자인 등에 의해 계획되었다. 결과적으로 도시민들에게 공원은 그저 이름 없는 ‘휴식공간’ 그 자체일 뿐이고, 도시공원의 입지에 따른 장소적 특징들로 이루어진 디자인, 조경가의 미적인 감각과 이론에 의해서 이루어진 디자인을 통하여 도시공간에 보다 생기를 불어넣을 수 있는 잠재력의 활용은 기능 중심적이고 정책적인 측면에 의해서 외면당해왔던 것이다. 삶에 질을 중요시하는 현대사회에 있어 획일적인 공공 외부공간은 제고되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 설계의 질을 높이기 위한 다른 예술분야와의 연계, 특히 미술회화를 중심으로 조경에 있어서 예술의 무한한 응용가능성에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다. 하나의 회화 작품이 가지는 의미와 상징들은 커다란 도시공간 속에서 작은 캔버스로 인식될 수 있는 공원에서도 표현될 수 있으며, 그러한 공원 디자인을 통해 기능위주의 획일적인 구성의 휴게공간이 아닌 개성 있는 공원으로 변화시킬 수 있는 하나의 가능성을 엿볼 수 있을 것이다. 디자인에서 가장 중요하게 요구되는 것은 창의성, 즉 참신함이지만 실제로 생활에서 이용하여야 한다는 실용의 목적(실용성) 때문에 여러 가지 제약조건이 따르기 마련이다. 조경설계를 보다 심도 깊게 연구하기 위해서는 디자인의 기본원리에서부터 치밀한 연구와 실험이 이루어져야할 것이다.

Along with change of philosophic thinking, our contemporary society has gradually respected and spotlighted the importance of human being as principal, and conventional awareness about urban environment has been changing owing to higher interest in ‘a livable city' than ever. However, a lot of abandoned space would bring the design concept of cities to shame in the shade when we observe deeply the modern cities. Even though the design quality has been affected by the basic ability and knowledge of designer, the design methodology can improve the ability and quality of design. This study is concentrated on the connection of landscape architecture and other art fields for improving "the design quality". Especially, the unlimited applicable possibility of art is considered for the landscape architecture by focusing on the artistic pictures in this article. The fine art has affected directly and indirectly the landscape architecture activities. The meaning and symbolism for a piece of picture can express a city park as a small canvas in the modern mega-city. The picturesque concept of park design can give the possibility of not functional module but individually creativeness to the rest space of cities. Even though the most important element of design is the creativeness or originality, this element can have the limitation by the practical purpose in the real world. Therefore, the depth of design research can be deepen by the harder work through the basic functions and accurate studies.

환경조형물은 공간을 점유하면서 주변의 모든 대상을 조화롭게 연결하는 교량역할을 한다. 오늘날 환경조형물은 대중사회의 상징이나 상호 협력적 이미지로서의 기능을 추구하고 있으나, 이것들은 문화적인 역할과 동시에 상업적인 목적으로 세워지기도 한다.오늘날 환경도자조형물은 대중사회의 상징이나 상호 협력적 이미지로서의 기능에 접근하고, 이것들은 문화적인 역할과 마찬가지로서 상업적인 목적으로 세워 지기도 하고 기념을 위한 환경도자 조형물의 Monument 들은 우리에게 과거의 사건들과 인물들을 회상 시켜주고 감회를 갖게 하며 어떤 면에서는 교육적인 역할을 하며, 주위 환경 속에 놓여 있는 예술 작품은 그들의 환경을 보다 풍요롭게 하며 인간적인 분위기를 통하여 새로운 차원을 더해주는 역할을 한다. 이와 같은 목적으로 현재 설치되어 있는 환경도자 조형물의 형태적 특성은 장소성 변수, 형태적 변수, 재료적 변수 및 이미지적 변수에 의하여 설명이 가능하며, 형태적 특성을 설명해 주고 있는 이와 같은 제반 변수를 이용한 유형분류는 타당성이 있음을 통계분석을 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 향후 환경도자 조형물을 대상으로 하는 모든 연구를 수행하는 과정에서 연구의 효율성을 위한 환경도자 조형물의 유형구분에 상당한 도움이 될 것으로 생각되며, 이와 같은 작품유형 분류 방법을 이용하여 환경도자 조형물의 선호성, 인지적 특성 등 다양한 방면에서의 후속연구가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Environmental sculpture functions as a bridge to make all things around in a space to be harmonized.Today, Environmental sculpture pursues a function of mutual cooperation and a symbol of mass society, however it could be also made for cultural part and commercial purpose at the same time.Monumental ceramic sculptures are for memories people and issues of the past, expressing sentiments, educational roles, making an affluent society with art works in environment and giving an ideal world in a humane atmosphere.The characteristic of environmental ceramic sculpture's form with above purposes can be explained by variable place, form, material and image.The classified type which is contained many variable things to explain the characteristic could be defined by statistical analysis. It will be helpful for improving the efficiency to classify type of environmental ceramic sculpture, in terms of progressing for a research as a subject matter of ceramic sculpture for the future.I also hope it will be possible to further research in various ways such as a matter of preference and human knowledge.

In modern society, Color is getting important. There exist color and shape in every place and space we live, design, and manufacture. Almost all space in our society has a certain shape and color in its area such as visual one, space, fashion, and image stages. They need special colors as the nature of color can change human emotion and feeling. Each Color shows its unique nature and there will be a stronger effect when they are harmonized each other.Design, arts, and animations need to be applied with colors to be a work. Thus, color specialists should have plenty of knowledge about color. In addition, to use the colors properly, there must be professional study or research of color tone. This study will classify characteristics of color and image tone and research the relation between the characters and background color in animations.To do so, this study researches the color concentrating around animation, "Howl's Moving Castle". It will show some ways how to apply colors in future animations and find directions for future color researches for successful animations.
