코로나 19 이후 한국 사회의 탈 대중화 현상과 개인주의 성향은 더욱더 가속화되 었다. 교회 안에서도 이러한 성향은 계속되고 있어 갈수록 공동체성과 결속감이 약화 되고 있는 것을 볼 수 있다. 또한, 사회에서 바라보는 교회에 대한 신뢰도는 갈수록 하락 하고 있다. 한국교회가 직면한 내부와 외부의 모습은 건강한 교회에 대한 관심 을 증대시킨다. 그동안 건강한 교회 공동체를 위한 한국교회 리더십에 관한 연구가 꾸준히 나오고 있다. 지금까지 수행된 연구는 다양한 문화권의 연구들을 바탕으로 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십을 비롯하여 다양한 리더십 이론을 한국 교회에 적용한 사례들이 대부 분이다. 하지만 건강한 교회를 위한 리더의 자질과 리더십 요소에 대한 연구는 여전 히 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 건강한 리더십으로 건강한 공동체를 이루려고 했던 다산 정약용의 『목민심서』를 통해서 한국교회의 건강한 리더십 요소를 제시하 고자 하였다. 본 논문의 결과로 제시된 건강한 교회를 위한 리더십 요소는 ‘CHURCH’로 요약할 수 있다. 즉, 청렴을 가진 인성(Character), 자신을 낮게 여기는 겸손(Humility), 가르 치는 자로서의 양육(Upbringing), 해관(解官)으로서의 공적인 책임(Responsibility), 경 청을 통한 소통(Communication), 돌봄과 수용을 위한 환대(Hospitality)이다. 이 여섯 가지 리더십 요소를 통해서 한국교회가 예수 그리스도를 닮은 건강한 교회 리더십을 갖추어 본래 사명을 충실히 감당하도록 제안하고자 하였다.

After COVID-19, society has become more depopular than before, and individualistic tendencies have deepened. Without exception, in Korean churches, as individualism was maximized, the sense of solidarity in gathering together weakened, and the meaning of community disappeared. Additionally, the values that became the standard for living as a Christian were shaken. What is unfortunate is that society's view of the church is less positive than the crisis situation within the church. The internal and external aspects facing the Korean church remind us to reflect on the church and think about a healthy church. In order to rebuild a healthy church, a healthy leader is needed to lead a healthy community. Accordingly, this study examined healthy church leadership in Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's 『Mokminsimseo』, written with love for the people. Additionally, this study looked for the concepts of leader (牧) and people (民) in 『Mokminsimseo』and selected six healthy church leadership qualities. This can be summarized in English as ‘CHURCH’. 'C' stands for character with integrity, 'H' stands for humility in thinking lowly of oneself, 'U' stands for upbringing as a teacher, and 'R' stands for public responsibility by leaving one's position, 'C' is communication through listening, and the last 'H' is hospitality for care and acceptance. Through these six leadership elements, we hope that the Korean church will have healthy church leadership that resembles Jesus Christ, faithfully fulfill its original mission, and grow into a healthy church.

본 논문은 디지털미디어 기술을 활용한 기독교 인물기념관의 전시기법에 관한 연 구이다. 이 연구는 두 가지를 제안하고자 한다. 첫째 기독교 인물기념관의 전시 현대 화를 위한 시대의 흐름인 디지털미디어의 도입이다. 디지털미디어는 체험형 전시로 정적이고 고정적인 전시로 인해 관람객의 전시 정보 제한의 한계를 벗어날 수 있으며 실감 미디어인 VR, AR, MR과 시대의 흐름인 AI인공지능을 활용한 디지털 휴먼을 통해 과거를 경험하고 인물의 서사를 경험하게 함으로써 인물의 정신세계와 신앙관, 그리고 그의 삶에 나타난 그리스도의 정신을 경험하는 과정을 통해 기독교 세계관 배 양 및 신앙의 교육적 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 둘째 본 논문이 추구하고자 하는 목적은 기독교 인물기념관의 신학적 정의를 내리 고 기념관 전시기법의 새로운 패러다임의 제시를 통해 기독교 신앙의 전승과 보전, 보존을 위해 그리고 인물이 남긴 발자취를 통해 신앙의 고취를 위한 방편으로 세우고 자 한다. 기독교 인물기념관은 한 인물을 조명함으로써 우리나라의 역사 속에서 기독교가 어떤 발자취를 남겼는지를 보여주는 장소로서 온전한 역할을 담당하는 기독교 문화의 또 다른 콘텐츠가 되어야 한다. 이를 위해선 학문적 관심과 신학적 접근이 좀 더, 활성화 되어야 하며 이를 위한 연구와 더불어 한국 기독교 역사에 남겨진 인물을 조명함으로써 기독교인에게는 신앙 고취의 장으로서 비기독교인에겐 기독교 전파의 장으로서 활용될 수 있도록 제안하고자 한다. 두 가지 제안을 통해 종교적 친근감을 도모하고 기독교 인물이 보여준 신앙의 자 세를 디지털에 익숙한 이들에게 보여줌으로써 신앙에 대한 교육적 접근과 신앙적 도 전을 갖도록 유도고 기독교의 관심에서 벗어나 있는 기독교 인물기념관이 갖는 기독 교 역사성과 공동체 아카이브로서 자리매김할 수 있는 첫 단추를 열고자 하였다. 따 라서 본 논문은 디지털미디어를 통해 제한적 전시, 유물이나 유품 위주의 전시에서 벗어나 인물이 보여준 신앙적, 철학적, 정신적 산물을 디지털미디어를 통해 전시할 수 있음을 제시하고자 하였다.

This paper is a study on exhibition techniques for Christian figure museums utilizing digital media technology. This research aims to propose two main points. Firstly, the introduction of digital media as a contemporary trend for the modernization of Christian figure museum exhibitions. Digital media offers the potential to go beyond the limitations of static and fixed exhibitions, engaging visitors in experiential displays. Utilizing immersive media such as VR, AR, MR, and AI-driven digital humans in the portrayal of historical experiences and the narratives of figures, it allows for an exploration of the spiritual world, faith perspectives, and the manifestation of Christ's spirit in their lives. Through this process, it is possible to cultivate Christian worldviews and educational effects of faith. Secondly, the purpose of this paper is to establish a theological foundation for Christian figure museums and present a new paradigm for exhibition techniques. This aims to contribute to the transmission, preservation, and conservation of Christian faith through the footprints left by historical figures. Christian figure museums should serve as places that shed light on the Christian influence in Korea's history by illuminating individual figures. To achieve this, there needs to be increased scholarly interest and theological approaches. Alongside research efforts, it is proposed that by highlighting individuals from the history of Christianity in Korea, these museums can serve as a means of spiritual inspiration for Christians and a tool for the propagation of Christianity to non-Christians. Through these two proposals, the aim was to foster religious familiarity and encourage educational engagement with faith, as well as present the attitudes of Christian figures in a digital-friendly manner. It sought to prompt an educational approach to faith and provoke spiritual contemplation among those comfortable with digital media. Additionally, it aimed to initiate the establishment of Christian figure museums as repositories of Christian history and community archives, transcending their current status outside of mainstream Christian interests. Therefore, this paper aimed to demonstrate the capability of digital media to showcase the spiritual, philosophical, and intellectual contributions made by individuals, moving beyond restrictive exhibitions focused on artifacts and relics. It aimed to open the first door towards establishing Christian figure museums as places that exhibit the spiritual, philosophical, and intellectual legacies presented by these figures through digital media.
