The emergence of LCC(Low Cost Airline), airline companies have begun to unbundle their service offerings by introducing ancillary fees for airline services that were provided as free. So this study examined the effect of acceptability of airline service additional charges on negative emotion(betrayal and anger) and customer behavior. This study used AMOS ver 18.0 for analyzing hypotheses. To provide a detailed picture of results and to test hypotheses comprehensibly, split calculations in a step-by-step analysis. Hypothesis 1, 3, 4 was partially supported. But hypothesis 2, 4, 6 was totally rejected. The seven items which we choose are baggage charges, reservation change charges, food and beverages, seating and comfort, in-flight entertainment, Wifi, airport lounge charges included. Findings identify the strongest effects on betrayal in the case seating and comfort, followed by baggage charges, airport lounge charges, reservation change charges, food and beverages in order.

This study conducted a questionnaire survey of airline flight attendants. The convenience sampling was used for the sampling method, and the questionnaire survey was conducted for about three months from August 2018 to October 2018. 272 questionnaire copies were used for data analysis. As a result of testing hypotheses, first, it was found that customer dysfunctional behavior perceived by airline flight attendants had significant positive (+) effects on their job burnout, implying that the higher the perceived customer dysfunctional behavior, the higher the burnout. Second, it was found that airline flight attendants’ job burnout had significant negative (-) effects on their organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, it was found that the effects of customer dysfunctional behavior on job burnout varied according to the degrees of perceived organizational support, and thus the moderating effect of perceived organizational support was confirmed. This study carries significant theoretical implications in that it identified the moderating effect by using as a moderator variable the perceived organizational support, which is a variable that had scarcely been dealt with by the existing studies on airline flight attendants in connection with the relationship between customer dysfunctional behavior and job burnout.

Regarding corporate management, ethical management has been an object of interest for a long time. This study is aimed to understand whistle blowing not as a mere function of making unethical behavior known but as a management strategy related to practicing the ethical management system. To address the goal, this author selected employees from a casino company in Korea and examined the effects of practicing ethical management on whistle blowing intention and organizational commitment based on their attitudes about whistle blowing, subjective norms, and perception of control over their behavior. According to the study results, first, ethical management is found to influence their attitudes about whistle blowing and subjective norms positively. Second, attitudes about whistle blowing and subjective norms influence whistle blowing intention positively. Third, ethical management is found to influence organizational commitment positively. Lastly, whistle blowing intention influences organizational commitment positively. Based on the results above, this researcher suggests managerial implications for practicing ethical management in the conclusion.

The purpose of this study was to establish the same concept in Jeju Island and the same concept, and to examine the degree of operational stability by setting up accommodation facilities and accommodation facilities, and to provide basic data on location and development directions for the resident-type theme facilities based on the deviation in the operation rate. The analysis showed that the residential entertainment facilities operated in Jeju Island showed superior operation rates compared to the same concept facilities operated in inland areas, and that there was little differentiation between the sex and the off-season, especially when the monthly visitors did not differ much, making a significant contribution to operational stability. Some confirmed that the Jeju Island needs to be reviewed for the development of guest-type theme facilities as candidates, and that if developed, it could increase the possibility of securing more stable operating income compared to inland. However, not all guest-type entertainment facilities in Jeju Island will be affected by this visit. It is believed that it will be possible only when facilities and themes of a certain size are backed up. In this respect, the areas that the study failed to address due to problems such as data could be pointed out as quite disappointing.

This research analyzed empirically the effect of Organizational Justice on Creativity for cooks. The results of the analysis were generated as follows. First, as a result of verifying the relationship between Organizational Justice and individual creativity, it was found that interpersonal justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on individual creativity. and informational justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on knowledge and experience, task motivation among sub-variables of individual creativity. Second, as a result of verifying the relationship between Organizational Justice and group creativity, all of the sub-variables of group creativity are proved to have positive influence on relationship, autonomy among sub-variables of group creativity. and informational justice, distributive justice, interpersonal justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on cohesiveness among sub-variables of group creativity. and procedural justice interpersonal justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on diversity among sub-variables of group creativity. Third, as a result of verifying the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational creativity, it was found that procedural justice, distributive justice, informational justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on Organizational creativity.

The purpose of this study is to prove the impact relationship between the factors of tourism readiness and visitor’s post-trip attitude(satisfaction, revisit, and recommendation intention). In addition, it will analyze the differences in the competitiveness in Regional Tourism Readiness between stakeholders(tourists, residents tourism workers). Through this measure, local governments are strengthening their tourism competitiveness and reflecting it in related policies, ultimately promoting the revitalization of regional tourism. This study selected five areas to be investigated and surveyed for people who have experienced all of the tourist facilities and services in the area. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted using techniques of regression analysis and analysis of variance(ANOVA). The results showed that the competitiveness of the tourism readiness has a significant impact on the visitor’s post-trip attitude and It was found that there were significant differences in all aspects between the stakeholders. Thus, it became clear that the government should improve the Tourism Readiness in order to revitalize Regional tourism.

This study was designed to identify the relationship between the service quality of airlines(human and physical service quality, and systemic service quality) on the satisfaction of the service and the image of airlines on national airlines. The purpose of the study is to present strategic implications for the differentiated and competitive airline's service policies to provide the basic information necessary to establish strategies for international flights by national airlines and to improve ongoing customer maintenance. As a result of the analysis, first of all, the impact of the airline's international service quality and service satisfaction on the airline's international flights was having a positive influence. They also tend to be consistent with previous research results. Second, the existing research results are consistent with the existing research results, as both the satisfaction of the international service of the nationality airline and its impact on the airline's image are also affected. Third, the existing research results are consistent with the existing research results, as the quality of service of the international airline of the nationality airline and its relationship with the airline's image are affected. These results suggest that the human service quality, systemic service quality, and material service quality of the airline should be recognized as the top priority in order to secure loyal customers through satisfaction of the service. It also suggests that national airlines alone need differentiated and competitive service marketing to generate profits on international routes.

This paper described and presented an empirical verification of the effects of work ability perceived by hotel cooks on their job satisfaction. In addition, this paper empirically verified the moderating effect of hotel cooks’ locus of control on the effect of their work ability on their job satisfaction, thereby providing meaningful suggestions to the hotel industry and the academic world. The results of the empirical analyses are summarized as follows: First, according to the empirical analysis of the effects of hotel cooks’ work ability factors on their job satisfaction, only their qualifications affected their job satisfaction. The factors of their awareness of the importance of cooking, enterprising will for growth, and menu development/communication with customers did not influence their job satisfaction. Second, according to the results of moderated regression analysis aimed at verifying the moderating effect of hotel cooks’ locus of control on the effect of their work ability factors on their job satisfaction, only the factor of their awareness of the importance of cooking had a moderating effect. The factors of their qualifications, enterprising will for growth, and menu development/communication with customers did not have a moderating effect.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of exhibition organizer’s service quality on the relationship quality and relationship continuity intention and to verify the mediating effect of relationship quality. To achieve this goal, a survey was conducted to exhibitors for the empirical analysis. The total number of samples used to meet the objectives of the study was 312, and the analytical tool was used in SSPS 21.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, exhibition organizer’s service quality has a significant effect on relationship quality and relationship continuity intention. Second, relationship quality has a significant effect on relationship continuity intention. Third, mediating effects of relationship quality were verified. Therefore, for the successful exhibition, the organizer should maintain long-term and positive relationship with exhibitors by managing service quality and relationship quality. In this study, theoretical and practical implications are suggested based on the results of this study.

Festivals have a sustainable tourist development that contributes as an alternative to the major role blowing life into the area being the most visible public-oriented activities. This paper is focused on the Service quality, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention of Local Festival of Imsil Cheese. The objectives of the research were to explore whether or not the service quality of local festival affects overall satisfaction and revisit intention Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires at the Imsil Cheese Festival on October 6-9, 2017. A total of 207 valid samples were used for the analysis. In order to analyze this impacts, the structural equation model was used to the statistics package of AMOS. The results of the study indicate that service quality of program, festival souvenir lead to visitors' satisfaction. But festival information service and festival facilities does not affect on satisfaction of visitors. Second, The service quality of program and facilities lead to visitors' Revisit Intention. And The visitors' satisfaction influenced revisit intention. The results concludes with a discussion of implication for future research.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of emotional leadership on supervisor trust as a factor affecting organizational effectiveness of employees and to suggest strategic implications of emotional leadership for hotel business to gain competitiveness advantage. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic research data that can contribute to the maximization of hotel organization capacity. First, hypothesis 1 emotional leadership 's relationship management ability, self-recognition ability, and self -management ability had a positive effect on' superior trust ' Were not significant. Second, Hypothesis 2-1 'Superior trust' has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2-2 that 'boss trust' has a positive effect on 'organizational commitment’. Third, Hypothesis 3-1 showed that 'relationship management ability', 'self-recognition ability' and 'self- management ability' of 'emotional leadership' had a positive effect on 'job satisfaction' The factors were not significant. The results of this study are as follows. Hypothesis 3-2, emotional leadership 'relationship management ability' and 'self-recognition ability' showed positive influence on 'organizational commitment' Were not significant.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship related to the participation and the quality of life of local residents focusing on social, economic and environmental aspects of village regeneration. A total of 134 samples were taken from the local residents in Gamcheon Culture Village in Busan, and basic data analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were conducted by utilizing SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. There was an analysis to find out the effects of social, economic and environmental factors of village regeneration on the residents’ consensual and cooperative participation, and according to the result, social and environmental factors except the economic factor had a positive effect on the residents’ consensual and cooperative participation. Unlike previous studies, the result showing that the economic factor had a negative effect is considered to explain that village regeneration has not directly affected the local residents in economic aspects. In terms of the participation of local residents, an analysis related to two factors― consensual participation and cooperative participation―was carried out, and the result showed that the two factors had a positive effect. Regarding the social aspect, especially, positive aspects such as educational environment, participation in activities, neighboring solidarity and change in awareness were evaluated more highly after the village regeneration project. In terms of the environmental aspect, the regeneration project including public facilities, transportation system, convenient facilities and cleanliness made the local residents have positive feelings, which created a positive effect. There was an analysis of the local residents’ quality of life through the village regeneration project, and the result showed that the project had a positive effect on the quality of life of consensually and cooperatively participating residents. This result suggests that the local residents are satisfied with their lives through improvement in life environment, relationship with other residents, sense of reward and sense of accomplishment.
