In order to eliminate the fear of entrepreneurship, this study aims to understand the future professions of college students and to develop the competence of students in the school and the effect of learning through the relationship between the competence- This study examines the effects of the capacity-building education on the willingness to start a business. In addition, career orientation in college is intended to help improve competency-building education and entrepreneurial willingness to develop students' competencies in schools. In addition, other prior researches are different from the one in which education participation is used as a control variable. By correctly understanding the effect of modifying the effect of student education on the capacity building education, it is necessary to improve the willingness of the university students to start their own business. I would like to propose the educational program and the environment for college students.

중소창업기업성장과 기술혁신역량의 실증분석

The role of the national economy of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs is important in the environment of rapid competition and global competition. In this study, technology innovation ability and degree of its influence are measured by quintile as a key factor determining the size of Korean small and medium start-up companies. We apply the method of the quintile regression method as a method to overcome the theoretical limit of the existing research method which is focused on the application of the general regression analysis method. Next, as shown in the data to be empirically analyzed, the problem is explained in the traditional regression methods in the cross-analysis environment between the quintile of the response variables, and the alternative quintile regression method which improves the problem is applied.

This study investigated differences by university student’s socio-demographic feature to spinoff regulation, company, business restriction, and preference of founding with student graduating next semester living in capital area or near by. Also, tested factors influencing preference of founding of students to the attitude of spinoff regulation, company and business restriction by covariance structure analysis. In this case, this study also tested regulation effect of parent’s self-employed experience. The results are as follow. First, case of parent’s self-employed experience, case of founding failure factors influencing hesitation, university student who has lower than 600,000won pocket money had positive attitude towards company. Male student, parent’s not having self-employed experience had positive attitude towards government’s business restriction. In the other hand, male student who has higher pocket money and household income had positive attitude towards preference of founding. Second, By covariance structure analysis job and economic outlook environment statically effects the attitude of company. Meanwhile, variable effects business restriction was only economic view. If university student’s economic view was positive, it was also positive on government’s business restriction and if the economic view was negative, it was negative to the other hand too. Third, company’s attitude towards university student’s and business restriction influenced student’s preference of founding. If the attitude of company was positive, the preference of founding was higher, but if the student has positive attitude to business restriction, the preference of founding was getting lower. Forth, by testing the regulation effects on university student 3rd type spinoff regulation and attitude towards company. In case of assistance business starters actively were depend on parent’s self-employed experience. Also, Attitude towards company and business restriction showed regulation effect on preference of founding by parent’s self-employed experience. In case of parent’s self-employed experience, there was much more influence to positive attitude towards company. On the other hand, positive attitude towards business restriction influenced negative attitude towards preference of founding if parent has no experience on self-employed.

창업보육센터의 매니저 역량 및 경영/법률 지원과 입주기업 창업자의 역량이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향

The Korean government emphasizes the role of start-up companies in revitalizing the economy. As the business environment in Korea is not favorable to start-up companies yet, the government has been actively establishing business incubators for start-up companies. The number of people who desire to develop their own businesses in business incubators is also increasing. The objective of this study is to investigate the following research questions: (1) what are the effects of business incubator manager’s capabilities and management/law support on strategic thinking and organizational competency of the tenants? (2) what are the effects of the tenants’ strategic thinking and organizational competency on their technological and economic performance indicators? The data of 250 tenants of business incubators in Gyeonggi-Do were analyzed to test the hypotheses. The result indicates that business incubator manager’s capabilities and management/law support positively affect strategic thinking and organizational competency of the tenants. Also, the tenants’ strategic thinking and organizational competency positively affect their technological and economic performance as hypothesized. This study sheds light on the structural relationships among business incubator’s service, founder’s capabilities, and start-up company’s performance.

창업가의 기술지향성, 마케팅지향성, 배경적 특성이 창업 교육 만족도를 통해 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study desires to investigate the relation between market orientation, technology orientation, founder’s background, and foundation result, and which effect such variables bring to foundation result according to mediated relation of satisfaction for entrepreneurship education targeting new firm formations less than 7 years(Article 2 of Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act), and did analysis of actual proof of such influence factors. Findings of this study are as follows. First, the background characteristics of the founder of the founding companies, gave a positive impact on the education satisfaction. Second, the education satisfaction of the founder had a positive impact on its founding results. Third, marketing-oriented properties had a positive impact on its founding results. Fourth, technology-oriented properties had a positive impact on its founding results. Finally, marketing orientation of the founding companies, technology-oriented property, did not have a positive impact on the establishment education satisfaction.

균형 잡힌 시간관과 창업시도태도의 관계

The purpose of this study examined the relationships between BTP(balanced time perspective) and attitude toward trying startup. For this study, a survey was conducted with 218 students in college. The result of analysis indicated that the BTP had positive effects on attitude toward success of trying. The result of analysis indicated that the BTP had negative effects on attitude toward failure of trying. The result of analysis indicated that the BTP had positive effects on attitude toward process of trying. The result of analysis indicated that the attitude toward success, failure and process of trying had positive effects on attitude toward trying. Finally, this study concluded with a discussion of the implications of the research findings and directions for future research.

Over the years, as mobile devices come into wide use, the number of SMS users are increasing. Accordingly, companies of social networking service(SNS) are providing a variety of services which can be used easily in mobile environment. This study investigated causal relationship between SNS use characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions with involving SMS commitment as mediating variable. The results of this study are as follows. SNS user characteristics show (-) effect on entrepreneurial intentions. However, it is (+) effect on SNS commitment and the SNS commitment of users demonstrate (+) effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, SNS commitment plays a role of mediating between SNS use characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions. It presents a perspective that SNS would create a business opportunity and, furthermore, it would become a strategic means for new business as well as a fundamental function of two-way communication media.

창업기업의 연구 개발역량과 조직유효성 간의 상호작용효과에 관한 연구

This study, in order to find out how research and development capability that could influence organization effectiveness can differ depending on whether it is a startup business or a small and medium business, conducted a survey targeting executives and staff members of small and medium businesses and startup businesses located in Busan and Gyeongnam area and executed verification of interaction effect caused by analysis of variance of general linear models. The results are as follows. First, it is shown that research and development capability, learning ability, and external networking ability related to the job satisfaction, which is a factor of organization effectiveness, have significant interaction effect with enterprise types, and it is also shown that it is more effective in startup businesses than in small and medium businesses considering the relevant interaction effect. Second, it is shown that research and development capability, learning ability, and external networking ability related to organizational commitment, which is a factor of organization effectiveness, have significant interaction effect with enterprise types, and it is also shown that it is more effective in startup businesses than in small and medium businesses considering the relevant interaction effect. This result implies that finding an alternative policy that could support the research and development capability of startup businesses and cooperation and coexistence spirit among businesses are urgently needed.

스마트폰 뉴스의 이용행태가 만족도와 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향

Smartphones optimized for the mobile Internet environment are shaking the media ecosystem. News has also emerged as a new way of producing and distributing news based on mobile, and in particular, especially the use of applications to receive news. This study focuses on smartphone news applications as a new form of using news. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of smartphone news application usage motivation and news value evaluating on the satisfaction and usage intention of news application. As for the motives of smartphone news viewing, five factors were constructed: participation seeking, rest seeking, information seeking, active seeking, habitual viewing. News value appeared as three factors: reliability value, diversity value, understand ability value. The motivation for smartphone news use has a statistically significant effect on the satisfaction and the intention of continuous use. In addition, the news value of smartphone has a statistically significant effect on satisfaction and the intention of continuous use. These findings will help guide smartphone news application development and contribute substantially to the commercial growth of smartphone news applications.

사회적기업의 지원유형과 성과에 관한 연구

In this study, I try to analyze the difference of social performance and economic performance according to the support type of social enterprises. Based on this analysis, we try to find a way for social enterprises to create better social and economic performance. As a result, social performance and economic performance of social enterprise showed significant difference due to differences in support for social enterprises, types of support, and support subjects. Currently, many changes are needed to support policies for social enterprises. In addition, most of the support for social enterprises is concentrated in large companies, but in case of large enterprises, economic performance is rather low. Of course, social performance and economic performance are mutually exclusive, which can create trade-offs, but economic performance can not be neglected in terms of sustainability and independence of social enterprises. Therefore, it is thought that evaluation method and support policy that can consider economic performance should be prepared in social enterprise support policy.

To enhance the performance, the effectiveness, the efficiency of business performance in an organization, it has become popular to adopt IT systems into the organization. However, even though it is quite popular that an IT system would be enough to manage complex business processes more easily and more meaningfully, still the agricultural fields may not accept the IT as much as in other industries. There are diverse studies on investing the gap between agricultural industries and others, but many previous studies might focus on defining and illustrating the effect of factors in quantitative views. This study investigates the case of implementing an agricultural information system in NACF(National Agricultural Cooperative Federation). In the results, it cannot be adopted easily when the users may not understood the practical/realizable values of the system, so motivating the users to adopt IT into organizations would be less effective or meaningless when an end user of the systems would not understand the relationship between the improved performance and their own personal/private benefits. It could be understand the reason why an agricultural organization would hesitate to adopt agricultural IT system despite of its usefulness – First, when reducing costs by adopting IT system would not be considered as to cause the explicit revenues of the organizations. Second, when an individual employee would not consider the reduced costs not to be essential to their personal interests even though the benefit in their organizations to be possible.

Recently, the start-up venture company A, which manufactures and sells digital X-ray, has become more severe in its business environment due to the increase in new entrants and intensified price competition. and new competition strategies are required. Thus, in this research, we investigated the degree of customer satisfaction of A company’s products currently on sale and the importance for decision making of purchase, and derived resonable concentration improvement factors. This study progressed to three steps. First, Step Ⅰ extracted a suggestion through an analysis of internal and external environments, and presented strategic directions. In Step Ⅱ, a questionnaire evaluation factor was selected through prior documents and deep interviews, and we carried out an empirical investigation. Since then, the degree of importance and satisfaction are calculated based on the collected questionnaire results, and concentration improvement factors were derived through quadrant analysis. Finally Step Ⅲ presented detailed implementation tasks of the derived improvement factors. As a result of the research, No.2(reliability) and No.5(battery capacity) are top priority factors to be improved. Therefore, as a detailed implementation task of No.2, design improvement must precede from the development stage toughness design and FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) for improving reliability. In addition, No.5 presented a plan to extend the use time to improve consumption strategies, such as changing circuits, changing parts, and changing driving algorithms, while maintaining existing batteries. In this study, we gained more accurate understanding of users’ needs by deriving improvements and supplements that can be applied to practice using Kano model. And this will be useful as a tool to drive the attractive needs in initial stage of planning new product development in the future study.

중소 · 중견기업의 서비타이제이션 사례 연구

Recognizing that they cannot take a competitive edge over their rivals in the market by selling products for profit, manufacturing companies are making active use of servitization to combine products with service to generate new profit. Previous studies on servitization are, however, limited to the case study of big corporations with capital, which means that their cases put limits on benchmarking by SMEs. This study set out to observe the process of servitization through the analysis of SME cases and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of servitization at SMEs, thus figuring the characteristics and strategic implications of their servitization. Analyzed in the study were five companies, which include Kyungdong Navien, iloom, Aurora World, Epik System, and Golfzon. Their case analysis results indicate that SMEs should pursue the following servitization strategies: first, they should contemplate over the organic fusion of service and product since the amount of service is not proportionate to the quality of servitization; secondly, they should base their servitization on their core technologies and products; and finally, they should generate profit with a comprehensive strategy to create a competitive edge through servitization and enter the global markets.
