The fast development of the Internet drives new vigor and opportunities to the world’s economy, especially, with the development of the new commercial technology and network technology, the Internet technology application has achieved the unprecedented progress. The network is not only a latent big market, but also a new commercial carrier with huge potential. In the network economy age, the commodity retail has a new way network marketing. Shopping on-line also becomes one fashion which the consumers now pursuing. The investigation demonstrates that the consumers shopping on line every year are growing steadily; the growing interests of users to the network shopping mean that in the future several years, China will be cultivating a huge expense market of electronic commerce. This paper about benefit segmentation of network market was discussed as follows: firstly the development of the research in the field was explained in and abroad, including several important methods and the traits and defaults of the method application in research reports; Secondly, we outlined the benefit segmentation for network marketing.
The present study sought to examine the effects of small medium sized business CEOs’ entrepreneurship innovativeness, need for achievement, and risk taking on management performance; furthermore, the moderating effects of marketing capacity and financial capacity in the foregoing influencing relationships were reviewed. In summary, the results are as follows. First, small medium sized business CEOs’ entrepreneurship the need for achievement and risk taking were shown to have statistically significant positive (+) influences on management performance. Second, marketing capacity was shown to have moderating effects on the relationships between management performance and entrepreneurship innovativeness/ need for achievement and the moderating effects of financial capacity were found only in the relationship between management performance and the need for achievement. Finally, the results of the present study emphasize the importance of cultivation of entrepreneurship that affects small medium sized business CEOs’ management performance and imply that this cultivation can reinforce the effects of managers’ marketing capacity and financial capacity on management performance. The study concludes with discussing the limitations and directions of further research.

This research aims at investigating dominant factors of technological start-ups’ performance based on behavioural/psychological perspective, resource-based perspective, strategic perspective, and population ecology perspective. Technological start-ups are increasingly considered as an important source of economic growth in national and regional levels. The Government has promoted successful start-ups by designing and implementing various policy instruments. However, most technological start-ups tend to face financial, technological, and organization obstacles, in particular, in early stage of growth. This paper measures impact of entrepreneur’s characteristics, new product development capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation, rational innovation infrastructure, and support of the intermediate institute on firm performance. We collect data from survey on technological start-ups in incubators including universities, public institutes and associations. 119 responded out of 1,503, and finally 104 data was used. Empirical results show that the entrepreneurship education, experience in the line of business, need for achievement, technical capability, marketing capability, proactiveness, innovativeness, rational innovation infrastructure, and support of the intermediate institute exhibit significant positive impact on performance. Support of the intermediate institute appears to moderate positively the relationships between marketing capability, managerial capability and performance.

As a resolution to the youth unemployment problem, interest in the effects of entrepreneurship education (BizCool)⋅assistance activity for the entrepreneurship of a university has expanded to not only to the domestic level but is expanding to a global trend. Therefore, in this study, deduction of factors for conceptual consideration and the promoting factors for activation of entrepreneurial intention of the entrepreneurship education (BizCool) ⋅assistance activity of a university, was subjected to empirical analysis. Until now, the scope of the entrepreneurship education of the university had the tendency of being very theoretical and lectured by rote perspective. Also, entrepreneurship education(BizCool) and assistance activity are centered on the system and quantitative indicators for students participating in entrepreneurship education meanwhile, the recognition of the importance of entrepreneurial activities and mentoring in the stages of an entrepreneurial start-up is relatively insufficient. Therefore it can be judged that traditional entrepreneurship education is primarily focused on the quantitative results such of the patent registration and application, etc. Therefore, through this study, it is deducted that, entrepreneurship education (BizCool)⋅Assistance activity of a university to rather serve only as a mean for securing quantitative achievements for entrepreneurial intention, university entrepreneurial bodies should promote entrepreneurial ecosystem through secure entrepreneurial activity support and mentoring and in accordance with it, the need to change the recognition to focus more on the interest of environmental construction for implementing the vitalizations of the economy.
대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로적응성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향

Recently, entrepreneurship education for college students has influenced students' experiences in career and career decision making. Nevertheless, there are not many studies investigating the relationship between college students' career decision making and start-up preparation activities. The purpose of this study examined the relationships between career decision self-efficacy, career adaptability and entrepreneurial intention. Data for this study were collected by the survey on university students who are strongly interested in new business start up, and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The result of analysis indicated that the career decision self-efficacy had positive effects on career adaptability. The result of analysis indicated that the career adaptability had positive effects on entrepreneurial intention. Finally, this study concluded with a discussion of the implications of the research findings and directions for future research.
In this study, a study was conducted to find ways to revitalize small and medium enterprises in Chungbuk province centering on mini cluster companies in Chungbuk area. To do this, we interviewed the experts in the region through brainstorming. In order to understand the status, characteristics and necessity of mini cluster companies in Chungbuk area, we conducted a survey and analyzed the results. In particular, this study is meaningful in that it surveyed the current status and characteristics of mini cluster companies in Chungbuk based on the opinion of actual companies through the questionnaire, and found out implications for activating SMEs in Chungbuk province. As can be seen from the survey results, the mini cluster SMEs in Chungbuk province are very less likely to receive help from these agencies to solve technical difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the linkage between industry, academia and industry to create an environment where companies can seek technical advice more easily when faced with technical difficulties. To this end, while expanding opportunities for exchanges and cooperation between companies, universities and research institutes through mini cluster activities, companies are expanding recruitment opportunities by providing incentives for local university talents, thereby securing excellent talents and strengthening networks with local universities. Based on this, I think that research institutes and universities in the region will be able to play a role as an axis for providing technical support to mini cluster small and medium enterprises.

The aim of this research is to compare the entrepreneurial national culture of the OECD countries and draw implications for Korea. To this end, various data sources including the Hofsede’s classification, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Adult Population Survey/National Expert Survey, the Global Entrepreneurship and Development Index, EU, and the OECD were employed. As a result, Korea was ranked in the lowest group, when measured with the culture-related indicators. The comparison results have four implications: first, Korean entrepreneurs should change their attitudes toward their business from mere profit-seeking to the contribution to their society; second, Korea should create a social environment where entrepreneurs are well respected; third, since the freedom and creativity of individuals are the important factors to boost entrepreneurship, the organization-oriented culture of Korea needs to be transformed into the one that values individuals’ diversities; and lastly, the Korean government should formulate policies not only to foster entrepreneurial culture but to support failed entrepreneurs.

Recently, Idea generation tool is getting more important in industrial design because idea generation tool affects to innovative products and Enterprise value. Due to this reason, it is necessary that active concern about creative idea generation tool to develop innovative products and new businesses of industrial design. Therefore, This research suggests Business Creativity Codes(BCC) for Idea generation tool to industrial design and reveals Effectiveness of BCC as creative idea generation tool. Also, this research was analyzed inherent properties and creativity of overseas idea products from Korea International Trade Association(kita). Using these results, this research proposes efficient methods for new product, new business, and new service in industrial design field.
대형할인마트 규제에 대한 이해관계자 인식유형 탐구 : Q-방법론을 중심으로

This study intends to analyze in detail the mega store and SSM(Super Supermarket) regulatory issues that have been controversial in Korea since 2012. In particular, from the point of view of problem definition, Q methodology was used to identify the in-depth recognition types of stakeholders towards business regulations on mega stores and SSMs. According to this study, the viewpoint of regulation of mega stores is complicated and multi-layered with various factors such as economic and social effects of regulation, consumer utility, and policy side-effects as well as ideological and moral frame. As a result of this study, five kinds of frames were revealed: a) argument against the infringement of the right of large-scale merchandise, b) argument for protection of small and medium merchants, c) argument stressing positive effect of regulatory effect, d) argument empathizing ineffectiveness of regulation, and e) argument focusing on regulatory side effect. At the existing debate about the regulations on the large-scale shopping mall, however, there are only two main points: (a) an argument against the infringement of the rights of mega stores based on free marketism and (b) an argument for small- and medium-sized merchant protection based on joint growth theory. However, according to the in-depth study, three additional frames were found in addition to these two frames. As the previous two frames focus on the market ecosystem based on the political and moral point of view of the mega store regulations, the three newly discovered frames focus on whether this regulation can produce policy effects or cause any adverse effects. This suggests that large mart regulatory policies should be watched according to the frames of market efficiency and consumer utility, rather than being buried in existing political and moral frames.
Going into the homo hundred may seem like a significant achievement and blessing as it is the realization of a dream that men have had for so long. However, if health and personal finances do not support such a longevity, homo hundred may not be a blessing but a curse. The homo hundred may bring about unwanted consequence of longer years in the workplace. People need to plan ahead for their whole lives and in this age where there are no permanent jobs, people will have multiple jobs during their lives and will come across the choice of self entrepreneurship. This paper provided insight as to what people think about self entrepreneurship in this day of homo hundred. Since everybody will come across self entrepreneurship in the hundred-year age, people need to plan ahead for their business ideas. People will need to consider the following: there is a need to encourage people who are not receptive towards starting a business to start up lover, there needs to be millions of people starting up businesses of different sizes, the startups of elderly will vitalize the economy but will require restructuring of society, there needs to social support for entrepreneurship at every stage of life, people should create a business start up portfolio throughout their lives.
중소기업의 유효특허가 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study examines the effect of valid patents held by SMEs in the small and medium - sized manufacturing sector on the firm 's performance. First, while the valid patent rate affects negatively(-) on the business performance, the number of effective patent registrations affects the positive(+) effect. This requires a strategy that focuses on finding valid patents that can be applied to products manufactured and sold by companies. In addition, it is important to invest more valuable patent technology and obtain valid patent in order to obtain economic performance of companies when examining patent application activities of companies. Second, the number of valid patent claims and the period required for privatization have a negative(-) effect on business performance. This requires a portfolio strategy that can demonstrate a strong patent power even if the number of claims is small, rather than a strategy to enhance the economic effect of a patent by increasing the number of claims at the time of patent application. Third, it was confirmed that the cost of privatization had a negative(-) effect on business performance. This means that the cost difference is large according to the number of patent claims, so that the lower the right cost of privatization, the higher the business performance. Fourth, it is confirmed that the number of employees affects positively (+) while the business performance affects negative(-). The number of employees of the company supports that the higher the number of patents indexed to the valid patent, the richer the human capital, and the more it affects the business performance of the enterprise. In future plans, it is important to analyze how the patents are utilized in the enterprise. In addition, it is necessary to sort and analyze the patents by business scale, business field, and development technology with interest in how they are managed and applied with companies’ technologies.

Recently the importance of start-up increases and a government policy for supporting start-up is actively being made. However, the success rate of start-up is not very high. The purpose of this study is to suggest a start-up support business model to increase the success rate of start-up. In this research, failure factors of start-up business was analyzed based on literature reviews, and several cases of start-up support business model were studied. Finally we developed a web-based business model for start-up support was developed applying ‘Living lab’ platform and ‘Lean start-up’ process, and analyzed differences between previous models and the new model.

This study aims to explore the effects of TEC education’s satisfaction on entrepreneurial intentions and moderating effect of entrepreneur competence between the two variables. To achieve this goal, we first review the situation of entrepreneurship education and TEC Algorism education program. In Korea, entrepreneurship education is one of the key educational program among the government-driven start-up support programs which aim to invigorate the economic condition under the global economic recession and serious unemployment rate. Nevertheless, the relevant study about the effect on the entrepreneurship education’s satisfaction is not yet actively conducted. Thus, this study focus on the relationship between the satisfactory level of the entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. It present that the satisfaction of TEC entrepreneurship education affects entrepreneurial intention, and it can be seen that entrepreneurial competence has a moderating effect in this relationship.

Recently, sustainable management is a hot issue as a management strategy these days. And semiconductor industry is expected to be growing in the future as new industries such as IoT, smart car, AI, VR and drone are going to prosper in the market. But there is no enough study about sustainable management in the semiconductor industry. So, this study was proceeded with a case of innovative global semiconductor companies, and tried to analyze how well they performed sustainable management in the semiconductor industry. Regarding sustainable management, it was categorized into 3 aspects such as economic responsibility, environmental responsibility and social responsibility in many studies. So, this study analyzed the sustainable management of innovative global semiconductor companies into 3 aspects. Also, the result of this study was as follows. According to the analysis of this study, the case of 4 companies was doing an excellent job in sustainable management of economic, environmental and social aspect. Lastly, based on the result of this study, this study suggested some implications to other semiconductor companies which are helpful for their sustainable management.

This study is a meaningful study that derived the implications of ecosystem cycle from macroscopic environmental analysis of Pangyo Techno Valley and London Tech City, which are specialized clusters of ICT industry, which have been actively involved in the fusion and merger. As a result of the macroeconomic analysis, both Pangyo and London showed more than industrial districts, which were matched to the ecosystem development cycle, and suggested implications for fostering, maintaining and developing the cluster. In addition, as implications for cluster development, it is necessary to develop cluster-wide growth through co-evolution, open networks and the need for collaborative research among industry, academia, and research, suggestions for benchmarking overseas excellent cases.

In Korea, manufacturing industry has been the driving force behind Korea's economic growth for the last 40 years, but there are concerns that the competitiveness of domestic manufacturing industry has been declining in recent years. How can we strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs? The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship and corporate performance in the domestic manufacturing industry based on the findings that entrepreneurship plays a key role in enhancing the competitive advantage and business performance of companies Respectively. The main results are as follows. First, CEO entrepreneurship and Corporate entrepreneurship have a significant effect on competitiveness and significant mediating effects of Corporate entrepreneurship are found in CEO entrepreneurship and firm competitiveness. Second, as a result of analyzing the sample into large companies and small and medium enterprises, the direct effect of CEO entrepreneurship on competitiveness was 0.52, which was higher than that of small and medium enterprises, while indirect effect was 0.239 The direct effect of CEO entrepreneurship on competitiveness was 0.42, which was slightly higher than that of small and medium enterprises, while the indirect effect was higher than that of small firms The service industry was 0.296, which was higher than the manufacturing industry 0.211. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary for the government to establish a policy plan for enhancing entrepreneurial spirit by deviating from the material support methods such as regulatory reform, financial support, In addition, SMEs are urged to encourage employees to take drastic challenges in finding new opportunities, and to establish an institutional and cultural basis for organizational units that accept them even if these challenges fail.
