Recently the importance of research on opportunity as a core of entrepreneurship is increasing. The process with which, among lots of objective opportunities, entrepreneur could reify a unique subjective opportunity, transform a focal opportunity into business, and create sustained performance was investigated. Based on several analytic tools of Blue Ocean approach, we conducted a exploratory case study on ‘BonJuk’, one of representative franchise start-ups in Korean food-service industry. According to the results, entrepreneur executed 4-step process of strategic opportunity management in order to recognize opportunity, create business, and realize wealth creation.

This study explored the current status on job creation of social enterprise and social venture and search to valid job category to elderly generation. Elderly family have economically weak point due to unexpected labor income. Social enterprise have dual factor(publicity on social service to the vulnerable members and profitability to economic activity). Social enterprise to elderly generation are fitting to market oriented category to elderly job project by labor ministries. This market oriented category characterized to long term experience and knowledge based labor of elderly generation. This study suggested the necessity of social venture entrepreneur. This concept based on venture company which is publicity, regional based and sales and profit.
e-러닝 콘텐츠 및 서비스 품질이 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In the higher education, the quality of e-learning contents and services are critical success factors. Especially, it determine the intention to use and reuse of e-learning system. The technology acceptance model(TAM) and the information systems success model has formed the basis of our research model. The quality of e-learning contents and services were classified into two or three factors, and also the SERVQUAL variables were used to measure the factors. The survey questionnaire was distributed to the college students who had experienced in e-Learning. The measurement and structural equation model was verified by model fitness indexes. The test result was enough to validate the research model. But the results of hypotheses test was some disappointed. Most service quality and content design factors didn't affected on the learner's attitude and learning satisfaction, but the quality of contents itself strongly affected on them. The path analysis proved that the mediating variables, attitude and satisfaction, were also very important factors to relate between the quality factors and the intention to reuse.
일자리창출 컨설턴트의 역량이 업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The responsibility of a job consultant is to help people prepare themselves for looking for a job. They can more advanced advice and assistance to many individuals and firms who want to find job placement. If a person is looking for help finding work in a specific industry or field, they can receive consulting services about their job finding. A job consultant should be able to assist a job seeker with choosing the best companies to work for, understanding the financial aspects of the job including how much should it pay, preparing interview questions, identifying the necessary skills for a specific position, knowing the newest industry buzzwords or keywords, and many other important aspects for a successful job search. The competencies of the job consults are very important to match job seeker and enterprise employers. This paper suggest some important factors that affect to the performance of job consultants. To test the suggestion, we gather data, 258 respondents, from the job consultants who work for the Women New Job Creation Center which was established by Korea government. The empirical test showed that the IT and management competences of job consultants are prerequisite factors, which affect to the customer communication and job seeking guide. These independent and mediating variables are also effect on the perception of customer evaluation and job satisfaction of consultants. Concludingly, to improve the job performance of the consultants, the enhancement of their competences are most important. The service qualities of job consulting centers will be improved by the competences of job consulting personnels and their faithful customer oriented service activities.
Recently social enterprise is recognized as new alternative of solving the problem of high gap between the rich and the poor, and of social integration. Through a wide literature review of social enterprise, this paper classified into 4 categories of ⅰ) existence structure of social enterprise, ⅱ) operational process, ⅲ) assesment of operational outcome, and ⅳ) other issues in terms of enterprise start-up and development stages. 4 categories of social enterprise study were in details reorganized as follows 8 fields of ①definition and types of social enterprise, ②governance structure and legal forms, ③social entrepreneurship, ④organizational management, ⑤making and managing social networking, ⑥measurement and assesment of performance, ⑦case study and cultural comparative study, ⑧socio-economic influence and policy proposal. Also this study presented some research propositions on entrepreneurship in social enterprise, aiming at fostering and supporting social enterprise.

This study explores the relationship between the characteristics of marketing and performance in technology based start-up companies. Start-up companies have different characteristics of marketing activities compared to existing companies. Therefore, it is worth studying marketing characteristics of start-up companies and existing companies separately. This study showed that three factors among marketing characteristics, the degree of utilizing marketing experts, pursuing innovative distribution channels, and targeted market selection and operations, significantly affect the financial performance of start-up companies. In addition, three factors of the degree of utilizing a marketing experts, pursuing innovative distribution channels, and use of information technologies have significant effects on the qualitative performance of marketing activities such as increasing customer satisfaction and improving the preferences on the product or service.
