사회적 기업의 특성에 대한 인식이 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향

Recently social enterprises are in the spotlight. To achieve long-term success, it is required that social enterprises should increase marketing efforts. Considering characteristics of social enterprise and market trend, we should take more interest in attitude toward firm as a strategic alternative. This study examines how consumer’s perceived characteristics of social enterprise influence on attitude toward social enterprise and purchase intention. The results show that perceived congruence between firm and issue, social issue involvement and perceived benefit of social issue have significant influences on attitude toward social enterprise. Especially social issue involvement has more influence on attitude toward social enterprise. It also reveals that this attitude toward social enterprise is positively related to purchase intention of offerings of this social enterprise. Based on these results, implications for entrepreneurship and publicity strategy are discussed.

Nowadays the demand of Welfare is getting increased in all around world, and Government and NGO are being interested at Social enterprise in order to overcome Economy slump and unemployment issue. Therefore Korea also has interest at foundation of Social Enterprise which is the middle type between profit and nonprofit organization for job creation and public service. The purpose of this study is to present solution how Social Enterprise could activate job creation and why the environment around Social Enterprise and management ability of CEO are more essential. This study would investigate about and success factor of Social Enterprise. Also would find out the weakness of market and technique which comes from Social Enterprise’s nonprofit business strategy. This study finds out that CEO’s business management ability, Entrepreneurship, Quality of Enterprise, Environment of technical development, social network, and Government support are the most important for creating Social Enterprise successfully. Lastly this study has limitation of which only handles support system of foundation, so would expand research boundary to what difference between local government and Enterprise about Social Enterprise by age and region. Then it could provide the best model of Social Enterprise’s development.

청년 창업 장애요인에 관한 탐색적 연구

An exploratory case study on youth start-ups was conducted so as to investigate what trouble factors the youth entrepreneurs faced during the venturing processes from opportunity recognition to the following business development. Also, how to avoid and get over those trouble factors were examined in this paper. According to the results of multi-case analysis, it is found that there might be a few successful youth start-ups in such higher value-added industries as game software, information & communication, media software, and bioscience. Overall, analysis on trouble factors in youth start-ups indicates that youth entrepreneurs would suffer from financial shortage, chronic deficit, unforeseen accident, and human resource deficiency. Based upon case analysis, policy implications for revitalization of the youth start-ups were proposed in this paper.

Recently social enterprise to be recognized as new alternative of solving the problem of high gap between the rich and the poor is needed to have competitive advantages for acquiring sustainability on itself. Through literature review of social enterprise and case study of 'Working Together Corp.', this paper suggested the operational model of social enterprise and classified its components into 3 stages of ⅰ) preliminary arrangement being in detail composed of ①social entrepreneurship, ②business model, ③social impact, ⅱ) operational process or strategy execution, ⅲ) operational outcomes in terms of ①sustainability and goal achievement. This operational model will have a role of presenting some research propositions on research issues of social enterprise.

온라인 쇼핑몰 창업을 위한 효율적 집객 전략에 관한 연구

Geographic location is one of the key factors in successful retail management. This study attempts to define the components of the online location based on existing research about geographic, retail locations while demonstrating how these components influence the attractiveness of the site. In conclusion, this study analyzes the location by presenting the components that determine the attractiveness of the online shopping mall. Furthermore, our model has shown that there is a more significant relationship between the community linked shopping sites than the open market shopping sites. This is due to the ease of access and active interaction between the customers. This research can show how online shopping mall can attract customers to their site in terms of location in cyber space. Customer's perceived accessibility and perceived between centrality affect attractiveness of online shopping mall. Online shopping mall's high level of source credibility, connectedness, social presence, compatibility can enhance the attractiveness of that site.

여성창업자 벤처기업의 연구개발 역량에 따른 혁신성과 연구

Unlike the past, as the status of women becomes higher and women's economic activity participation rate is also increasing, we have a great interest in human resource capability of female having a potential. Furthermore, since an interest on women's entrepreneurship is increasing, some studies on both the characteristics of the female entrepreneurs and female managers have been released. However we cannot find the researches on the impact of innovation performance affected by the female founder’s characteristics and the R&D capabilities of woman entrepreneurship venture company. By using the 2010 Venture Company Precision Survey data, the authors empirically analyze the influences to innovation performance according to the characteristics of the female entrepreneurs and the R&D capabilities of woman entrepreneurship venture company respectively. As a result, a few factors such as age, education level, founder’s undergraduate majors like Humanities & Social Studies and others, and companies held R&D Center showed a significant impact on the numbers of patents and industrial property rights. Especially, an education level of female entrepreneur also significantly affect the sales ratio of new products. This study is of great significance in that it firstly deals with the innovation performance of woman entrepreneurship venture company.
