지역사회서비스 창업에 있어 관계마케팅에 관한 연구 : 관계신뢰와 관계만족 요인을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship marketing factors(relationship orientation, mutual disclosure, customer orientation) may specifically affect the relationship trust and relationship satisfaction of community services. To investigate such research question, this study was to execute the questionnaire from an the users of the child․adolescent psychological support service which represents as part of community services. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. First, this study has found out that the higher the customer orientation of relationship marketing factors, the higher the relationship trust. Second, this study has found out that the higher the relationship orientation of relationship marketing factors, the higher the relationship trust. Third, this study has found out that the higher the customer orientation of relationship marketing factors, the higher the relationship satisfaction. Fourth, this study has found out that the higher the mutual disclosure of relationship marketing factors, the higher the relationship satisfaction. Implication of this study can contribute to enhance the relationship trust and relationship satisfaction of community services through the relationship marketing.

장애인기업의 공공구매 활성화 및 창업 강화 방안에 대한 정책연구

Public procurement is a huge market accounting for 111 trillion won. The public procurement can be used to foster socially disadvantaged business such as small and medium, women, and exemplary businesses by setting compulsory purchasing ratio in government contracts. However, there is no supporting regulation of public procurement for the disabled enterprises despite of its economic and social importance. Thus, this study analyzed public procurement laws and condition by a type of business(small and medium, women, and social enterprises) and compared it with the public procurement for the disabled enterprises. Also, we conducted a survey disabled entrepreneurs and pre-entrepreneurs with disability in order to analyze their recognition and difficulty about public procurement. As a result, we found that although almost entrepreneurs and pre-entrepreneurs with disability had high intention to participate in public market, only 54% of disabled enterprises had participated in public market due to lack of information, entry barrier, and fierce competition. This research suggests 5 ways to promote the disabled enterprises and pre-entrepreneurs with disability. First of all, it is necessary to establish the purchase compulsory rate for the disabled by amending Disabled Veterans Business Outreach Promotion Act. In addition, the government needs to promote small private contract for the disabled enterprises. Third, the government needs to consider promoting the public procurement for the disabled based on associations endorsement program. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the number of certified disabled entrepreneurs. Finally, the government should enlarge the promotion of supporting policy and education program for both of the disabled enterprises and pre-entrepreneurs with disability.

The results are a higher awareness and Big Data holds the degree of SME employees productive activities and productivity was higher, the higher the higher productivity of small productive activities. And in small businesses to increase the productivity of production activities between perception and Big Data holds a degree had a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of the recent tendency to increase the productivity of SMEs is required and the big data analysis and utilization, In particular, to analyze and leverage big data suggest that the motive may be to create demand in the market.

의료관광 활성화와 중소병원의 재포지셔닝

The purpose of this study is to examine that revitalization of medical tourism and repositioning of medium-small sized hospital. In this study, total of 212 survey questionnaire was distributed to medical tourists and finally 182 survey questionnaires were used to data analysis. The empirical researches are as follows. First, analysis of the differences in the characteristics of visiting motivation by tourists it was found that there is a significant difference in the average amount spent, age, number of visits. Second, results of multi regression analysis between the small and medium-sized hospital of image and attitude of the tourists, the diversity of services, physical environment, factors of employee services, giving the effect of the positive to the attitude of tourists while it was shown, accessibility and price associated factors were found to have no effect on the attitude of the tourists. Third, of tourist destination of city image, the results of analysis of the impact on the attitude of the tourists, it was found that the influence of the positive to the attitude of the emotional image and cognitive image all of the tourists. These findings suggest that medical tourism as a means for the future enabled small hospitals can play a big role.

Our nation's R&D investment ranks among the highest in the world, yet the technical and economic achievements from said investments are weak. Technology commercialization in small and medium sized companies yield disappointing results in comparison to the amount of investments. Technology commercialization for small and medium sized venture companies in Korea suffer from lack of proper technology management system, weak marketing, inability to succeed in the local market and failing to secure appropriate local partners. To remedy this situation, it is necessary to have extensive research before the R&D investment and to have a thorough management system after the investment. It is necessary to have analysis of customer demands in international markets and the appropriate technology commercialization for the market situation to execute a strategy tailored to the target market.

중소 제조업체의 신규 제품군 개발 및 선정사례 연구 : 이동통신기지국 장비 제조회사 K사를 중심으로

Since wireless telecommunications base station market has been matured, its market size would be decreased significantly in the next few years. In addtion, the technology improvement of Chinese vendors make the price competition in the market evne more intense. So it is imperative for K company, a small and medium sized telecom equipment manufacturer, to develop and introduce new products to make up for the decreasing sales in its incumbent base station market. To do, it is suggeted that K company should preoccupy the 5G market by entering into small cell market using its technogy competency after careful analysis using SWOT framework. To select and develop new products of small cell, firstly we analyized the issues and trends of wireless telecommunications base station technology using Delphi method. Secondly We long listed candidate products using experts' quetionnaire. And then, we short-listed them into 4 products by consulting with K company's in-house experts. And lastly we concluded that mmWave Fronthaul product which combines backhaul and small cell technology is the most suitable product which company K should develop and introduce to the market after experts' AHP evaluation comparing the short-listed candidate products.
