창업지원서비스 만족도에 대한 탐색적 분석 - 전북지역 BI 입주기업을 중심으로 -

This research conducts exploratory analysis for support services satisfaction of ventures at business incubators(BI) in Jeonbuk area. We investigate significance of move-in motives for ventures, detect major factors of support services satisfaction through factor analysis, examine the awareness of support services satisfaction according to growth stages, move-in periods, and business types of ventures, and identify difficulties of ventures. Office space and rental cost were the most important motives among move-in motives of ventures. As a result of exploratory factor analysis for support services satisfaction, four factors were identified as follows: rental cost and business facilities support service, technology development facility and man power resource support service, education․ marketing․ technology development and network support service, and finance․accounting․law support service. There was a significant difference among growth stages for technology development facility and man power resource support service. There were significant differences among move-in periods for rental cost and business facilities support service and education․ marketing․ technology development and network support service. There was a significant difference among business types of ventures for technology development facility and man power resource support service. Financing and accounting were the most difficulties among others. It is necessary for local governments involved to create jobs, develop local economy, and construct strategic incubator clusters in Jeonbuk area. It is required that business incubators provide appropriate support business with the ventures growth potential according to demands of growth stages.
The human resources which are the main sources in the corporate properties of a venture business are the important factors for the success of an enterprise, but the concern and study of them is insufficient in spite of the necessity thereon. In this research we suggested the following to get over the inherent marginal factors of the venture business and perform the management and development of the manpower of the venture business. As the human resources management of an individual venture business is not likely to be done through the inherent factors of the size and environment of the enterprise, we suggested the objectivation the human resources of the business to enhance the individual management and capacity development. We attempted to build the supporting team to take place of the personnel management team of the venture business taking charge of general office, concentrate on the core competency of the business, bring about the maximum effect with the minimum human resources, pursuing home and abroad interchanges and the communication among the venture manpower through International Venture Workforce Center and pursue the liberal development with the development of capacity.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among medical service quality, image, relationship quality, and reuse intention and provide the implication of marketing strategies for starting medical institution. The results show that reliability, assurance, and empathy of medical service quality affect positively hospital image but tangibles and responsiveness do not. Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy affect positively patient satisfaction except assurance. Hospital image affects positively patient satisfaction and trust but do not affect patient commitment. Patient satisfaction affects positively patient trust, commitment, and reuse intention. Patient trust affects positively patient commitment and reuse intention. Patient commitment affects positively reuse intention. Therefore, it is identified that the role of relationship quality is very important to enhance reuse intention for medical service. For this, managers should make efforts to improve medical service quality in the perspective of patients.
기술혁신지원제도가 벤처기업의 기업가정신과 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study aims at seek practical ways to invigorate the entrepreneurship with government effort by finding the effect relationship between technological innovation support policy of government and entrepreneurship of venture company, entrepreneurship and technological innovation performance. The study analysed the effect relationship between entrepreneurship of venture company, technological innovation performance and Technological Innovation Support System such as R&D funds support which is basis for technological innovation policy of the government, extension of participation in nation project and Industry-University-Institute cooperation activities. Analysis showed that between beneficial and non-beneficial company from research and development funding did have subtle differences in risk sensitivity of entrepreneurship and the rate of worker in R&D of the technology innovation performance, but didn't show any other change in other variables. And Extension of participation in National Project have an effect on entrepreneurship of venture company and rate of worker in R&D, the superiority of technology, the competitiveness technology. Lastly, Industry-University-Institute cooperation activities had an effect on entrepreneurship of venture company and the superiority of technology, the competitiveness technology of technological innovation performance.

In these days, many services including professional services are being transacted in electronic commerce, and the scope of electronic commerce application in service sector is being expanded through entrepreneurs’ attempts to develop new service areas. In this study, the impacts of service process standardization, extent of process substitution by online, service quality, and price level on customer purchase intention in service electronic commerce are explored. From the research results, the construct of service process standardization directly affected service quality, and in turn, customer purchase intention in service electronic commerce. In addition, appropriative price level also significantly affected customer purchase intention. The results of this study could give meaningful implications to entrepreneurs who have intentions to develop new application areas in service electronic commerce.

Employment is a matter of great interest both nationally and personally in the age of growth without additional employment. To chase two hares of employment and growth at once, successful entrepreneurship and continuous growth of venture and small and medium businesses are necessary, which is capable of attaining high employment and flexibly coping with market condition. In this study, a level of entrepreneurs' behavioral expectancy that regarding entrepreneurial expectancy, venture and small and medium business entrepreneurs’ desired outcome (hereafter entrepreneurial outcome satisfaction) could be achieved through entrepreneurship was demonstrated with the Vroom’s expectancy theory model through questionnaire for 222 subjects. For hypothesis testing, simple regression analysis and mediated regression analysis were used. Findings of this study are as mentioned below. First, entrepreneurial expectancy has a significant positive effect on realization of successful entrepreneurial activities. Second, entrepreneurial expectancy has a significant positive effect on realization of entrepreneurial outcome satisfaction that is desired by venture and small and medium business entrepreneurs. Third, entrepreneurial activities has a significant positive effect on realization of entrepreneurial outcome satisfaction that is desired by venture and small and medium business entrepreneurs. Fourth, entrepreneurial activities plays a mediating role for entrepreneurial expectancy to get entrepreneurial outcome satisfaction that is desired by venture and small and medium business entrepreneurs, and particularly, in terms of recognition and independence among entrepreneurial outcome satisfaction entrepreneurial activities plays a mediating role in most parts. This study demonstrated that the Vroom's expectancy theory model could be extended into the field of entrepreneurship requiring planned behavior out of the research field of organization management, which has been traditionally spot-lighted in business management studies and recognized as an independent area. In particular, people subjectively evaluate an expectancy level of outcome to be shown from their behavior or individual compensation, and such expectancy level for selection of further behavior is expected to be available as a theoretical tool that can broaden the fields of entrepreneurial studies of venture and small and medium business entrepreneurs with original risk and poor resource base.

In particular, the capacity factor for the hospital foundation's response to the internal member to identify the customer's reaction at the same time, the influence of different outcome variables and identify relationships, but also an insight into the results by identifying variables that can be applied to the field results and present implications can do research should be continued.
