Unlike the previous researches into franchise, this study aims to investigate into the relationship between a franchisor and its franchisees and apply the LMX theory to conduct the investigation from a vertical standpoint of view. To do that, a model for the research has been set up which comprises supports from a franchisor, conflicts between a franchisor and its franchisees, the quality of LMX, and franchisees' intention to re-contract, with a view to make an empirical analysis of franchisees. Furthermore, the same method was applied to conduct another empirical analysis of franchisees in Japan, which has close geographical and cultural relationships with Korea. As a result, the study has found that a franchisor's leadership has an important effect on the performances of its franchisees in Korea while it does not have a significant effect in Japan and that there is a difference in a franchisor's impact on its franchisees between the two countries.

Through this study, I would like to show how such as Environment, Strategy and decentralization of Performance of Venture Business The purpose of this study to empirical identify the influence on the performance of venture business. For the study, the data were gathered from the establish of venture business in Seoul, Gyunggi, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju province through the questionnaires. the data for this research was collected for 266 venture businesses utilizing the sampling method after an sampliof the data in termliof ML(maximum Likelihood) proarcure in AMOS 6.0 was used and the major resulwas re summ rized as follows; First, it was found out that Environmental uncertainty are directly related to Differentiation Strategy and it was found out that is related to Second, it was found out that Environmental uncertainty are utt directly related to decentralization Third, it was found out that Differentiation Strategy are directly related to Man gement Performance. Fourth, Differentiation Strategy were related to decentralization. The major contributiect of this study are identifying the influence on the performance of venture business by meact of s after an eampliof mhed and the primry fauncert which had effect on venture business, The relatiectate between the Man gement Performance in vrious areas such as contingency the fo, industrian s after e the fem this research classif(maxa Environmental uncertainty into a few the company have an effect on the outcome of venture business, The result of this study Differentiation Strategy that the performance of venture business on the materials and components business in Korea is affected performance. Nevertheless, this study can be improved with more analysis on theoretical development, development of variables, the comparative method, and etc.

고객만족과 추천의 영향요인에 관한 연구

Recently, many local governments have developed a regional economy-invigorating policy such as speciality store, franchise business, and new ventures. New Ventures of regional speciality goods can be successful with the effective franchising strategies of local government. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among service factor, store image, customer satisfaction, and recommendation of mugwort-fed Korean beef and provide the implication of marketing strategies for new ventures. The results are as follows. First, customer service and store atmosphere affect positively store image but awareness and characteristics of the beef do not affect. Second, the beef characteristics, customer service, and store atmosphere affect positively customer satisfaction but awareness does not affect. Third, store image affects positively customer satisfaction. Finally, store image and customer satisfaction affect positively recommendation. Therefore, local government should invest brand strategies of the beef for attracting new ventures.

기업가의 경험을 고려한 여성 기업가의 특성과 기업성과에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing company performances of women entrepreneurs with entrepreneur's experience. This study has been reviewed various theoretical research relating to characteristics of women entrepreneurs, company performance and entrepreneur's experience. In order to test the proposed model, a total of 130 completed the questionnaire, and we carried out data analysis using SPSS 15.0. The major results of this study is as follows. First, need for achievement of women entrepreneurs is not influenced by finance and non-finance performance. Second, vision of women entrepreneurs positively influence non-finance performance but finance performance did not. Third, opportunity perception of women entrepreneurs positively influence finance and non-finance performance and identified the moderating effect of entrepreneur's experience differences. The results of this study will provide practical implication on success of women entrepreneurs.
