Entering the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the labor market shrinks, and the problem of youth unemployment is on the rise as a serious problem in our society due to economic recession. Especially, before entering society after graduating from university, female students suffer difficulty in getting a job more than male students due to social and environmental barriers. Thus, this study would investigate the effects of perceived career barriers in female college students majoring in aviation tourism on their career decision level and career preparation behavior. The subjects of the study were 600 female college students majoring in aviation tourism, and for statistical analysis, SPSS WIN 21.0 was utilized. As a result of the analysis, first, of career barriers, lack of job information, lack of interest, conflict with parents, anxiety about the future, interpersonal difficulties, and age issues had significant negative effects on their career decision level. Second, of career barriers, economic difficulties, lack of interest, lack of self-clarity, lack of job information, anxiety about the future, and interpersonal difficulties had significant negative effects on career preparation behavior. Third, career decision level had significant positive effects on career preparation behavior. As an implication drawn based on the analysis results, it is necessary to make efforts to enhance the students’ career competency, improving career counseling, operating a career program and developing a career support plan in order to lower the perceived career barriers in female college students majoring in aviation tourism and improve their career decision level and career preparation behavior.

In this study, the IPA analysis method was conducted to measure the importancesatisfaction of the emphasis and insufficient tasks for farmers who use local agricultural products processing centers. When looking specifically at measurement items located in each quadrant, the items located in Division I were shown to be strong items of regional agricultural product complex, including understanding of processing and product development, stability of facilities, improvement of processing technology, facility and facility excellence, facility stability and quality of food safety certification. The items located in Division II were found to be the most vulnerable items to focus efforts on revitalizing the comprehensive agricultural processing center, as they were recognized as important items for distribution sales, joint packaging/design support, promotion marketing support, and diversity of facilities. Items located in the division III are those that understand the distribution system and improve management, improve management mind and understand the trend of market consumption, and they are low in priority because both importance and satisfaction level are low. Items located in the IV division are those that need to be avoided with items such as start-up and processing technology education, legal and institutional understanding, and acquisition of customer management marketing methods.

The recent rapid development of marine tourism has attracted much attention to fishing villages. Fishing village tourism not only meets the tourism needs of the surrounding citizens, but also has great significance for revitalizing rural areas and balanced national development. This study focuses on the change of fishing village tourism policy in Korea and China. The purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and characteristics of fishing village tourism policies of both countries, and to provide economic, cultural, policy and environmental complementary suggestions for sustainable fishing village development. The research method mainly focused on bilateral literature and articles. As a result, fishing village tourism in Korea has developed into the center of enactment and enforcement of related laws. In the case of China, the development of fishing village tourism is promoted as the center of government policy. The two countries' fishing villages are engaged in various cooperations in terms of economy, culture, policy and environment.

The aim of this study was to test the effect of workplace learning perceived by hotel cuisine employees on career commitment, and moderating effect of employability in the above causal relationship. The findings of this study are as follows. First, this study conducted a multi-variate regression analysis to examine the effect of workplace learning on career commitment, and found that both of the three sub-variables of workplace learning of formal, informal learning and incidental learning significant and positive (+) effects on career commitment. Second, as the result of verifying the moderating effect of employability in the relationship between workplace learning on career commitment, it was found that employability had effect of moderator. The result from the analysis provides practical implications for workplace learning for hotel cuisine employees. Therefore, hotel enterprises should design an appropriate workplace learning model when establishing the workplace learning system in order to increase individual and career commitments through workplace learning. Moreover, the supports, which enable workers to develop their own competence and professionality at the workplace, should be provided through internal educations and trainings, participation of external educations and trainings opportunities using the employment insurance fund, arranging the classes in outside institutions by contract and the night college courses.

In this study, the main identity of festivals for visitors to Gunsan time travel festivals is to examine the sustainability of local festivals and to study the satisfaction of tourists to contribute to the increase of tourist attraction. The Gunsan Time Travel Festival was held for the first time since 2013 based on modern history. Starting from the existing festival contents, we started by reflecting unique materials based on the cultural identity of the region. Gunsan Time Travel Festival is 235, except for 5 questionnaires that collected 240 copies of tourists who participated in the festival during the three days from October 10 to 06, 2019. In the empirical analysis of data, frequency analysis, validity, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the social science statistical program SPSS 20.0. First, festival identity was analyzed to have a significant influence on festival sustainability (social). Second, festival identity was found to have a significant influence on satisfaction. Third, festival identity was analyzed to be partially significant in behavioral intention. Fourth, festival sustainability was all significant for satisfaction. Fifth, festival sustainability was found to be partially significant in behavioral intention. Finally, satisfaction was analyzed to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. Gunsan Time Travel Festival With this year's street-type festival, the content has increased, local residents and tourists have joined the program to show the identity of the festival. This paper aims to confirm organizational justice and leadership type’s positive influence against individual innovative behavior for hotel F&B service staffs. Leadership type which are transactional and transformational leadership is designed to check whether it has mediate role between organizational justice and innovative behavior or not. The results are like follows: First, both of distributive justice and procedural justice except interactional justice have positive impact to leadership styles. Based on this, it seems to be needed follow up study of two variables as leadership type’s mediating role. Second, organizational justice has a positive impact to innovative behavior. It supports precedence study that the more they feel organizational justice, the more they willing to contribute to their hotel. Third, leadership types make a positive impact on innovative behavior and especially transformational leadership has the biggest one. It means this paper supports precedence studies which was needed to encourage their creativity and make a circumstance to offer intellectual pressure for let them motivate innovative behavior.

The development of self-service technology has brought about a great change in the relationship between customers and companies in the air transportation industry. Customers using air services can use the air service stage such as information collection, reservation, ticketing and check-in with self –service. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to present a model of how the Air Self Service Technology affects the behavioral intentions of users, and to clarify the relationship between these factors. The time range of the study was set as the base year in 2019. The target range was general adults over 20 years of age who have experienced overseas tourism within the past 2 years. The place range was limited to passengers who have used air SST at the at Incheon International Airport first and second terminal. In the questionnaire survey, a questionnaire survey was conducted using a self - filling questionnaire by a survey company. A total of 260 copies were distributed and retrieved. A total of 250 questionnaires were used, except for 26 questionnaires with low response rates and unresponsive responses. A total of 6 hypotheses were set to achieve the purpose of this study. As a result of the hypothesis test, 5 out of 6 hypotheses were adopted, one hypothesis was partially adopted, and the relevance of aviation self service technology to the influence on the intention of the users’ behavior was verified.

We studied students who have majored in Hospitality Industry, the impact of career calling, what they have known on self-directed learning ability. Through these relationships, we analyzed empirically the mediated effect of learning immersion. The following research results have been obtained through the result of the analysis. First, the higher the perception about personal meaning in career calling the higher the perception of study planning, practice and evaluation. In addition; the higher the perception about other-oriented meaning, the higher the perception about learning practice and evaluation. However, other-oriented meaning and active participation in career calling have no effect on study planning in self-directed learning ability in the statistics. Second, the other-oriented meaning affects the learning plan through learning immersion rather than directly affecting the learning plan. Personal meaning directly affects the learning plan, at the same time affects the learning plan through learning immersion. And it showed that active participation affects the learning plan through learning immersion rather than directly affecting the learning plans. And the other-oriented meaning and personal meaning had a direct effect on learning practice and also affected learning practice through learning immersion. But, it showed that there is no mediated effect of learning immersion about the effect of active participation in career calling on learning practice. And the other-oriented meaning and personal meaning had a direct effect on learning evaluation and also affected learning practice through learning immersion. Furthermore, it showed that active participation affect the learning evaluation through learning immersion rather than directly affecting the learning evaluations. Based on this research, a University has to help students to make their career path clear as a guide on their career. For example, a university has to explain to the students that selecting their career and making decision are very important.

Recently, senior travelers are increasingly going to travel websites for information search and e-purchase of travel and tourism products has become popular among seniors. This study aimed to investigate seniors’ usage of travel websites. Specifically, the relationships among seniors’ perceived travel website quality, functional performance, hedonic performance and e-loyalty were examined. The conceptual model was designed based on previous literature and the model was empirically tested. Online survey was conducted by a survey company in the USA, and data gathered from 315 seniors who have purchased travel products or services online was analyzed for hypotheses tests. The analysis results revealed that the higher seniors’ perception of travel website quality is, the better functional performance and hedonic performance are. In addition, functional performance and hedonic performance enhance seniors’ e-loyalty. The findings of this study offer specific guidance to online travel agencies targeting senior travelers and academic implication.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how social responsibility of major national airliners affects brand image and intent to purchase. By verifying the impact of social responsibility activities carried out by Major National Airlines on brand image and intent to purchase, we will use them as basic data for exploring strategies for social responsibility activities in Major National Airlines. This study collected 285 subsections of surveys of passengers with experience using major national airliners more than once and analyzed them using the SPSS20 statistics program. Research has shown that social responsibility activities of major national airliners affect brand image and intention of purchasing. This means that the principal national airliners should make profits by operating the enterprises in accordance with the law under fair rules, and that they should operate the enterprises in accordance with the expectations, standards and values of stakeholders such as consumers, employees and the government. The social responsibility activities of the major national airliners set up in this study were conducted on a theoretical basis on four factors, but it was necessary to examine whether respondents understood the social responsibility activities of the enterprises accurately. If the survey is designed in marketing terms by segmenting the sample by nationality, comparison of the global first class foreign airlines with the major national aviation companies, and corporate social responsibility activities, it will be possible to develop more effective social responsibility activities in accordance with each airline situation. It is hoped that follow-up studies will continue.
