경제학에 대한 페미니즘적 접근의 초점은 경제학에서 여성과 여성으로서의 경험이 배제되고 경제학의 분석대상, 모형, 연구방법, 교육의 방법과 내용 등이 얼마나 남성중심적 가치로 편향되어 있는가를 인식하고 여성중심적도 아니고 남성중심적도 아닌, 양성을 모두 균형적으로 수용하는 방향으로 경제학을 발전 시키고 향상시키기 위해서는 페미니즘적 접근이 필수 불가결하다는 것이다. 본 논문은 서구에서 활발히 진행되고 있는 경제학에 있어서의 페미니즘적 접 근에 대한 소개와 한국의 경제학에 나타난 남성중심적 편향성과 여성의 과소대 표성 문제를 제기함으로써 기존 학문의 분석 틀에서는 미처 인식할 수 없었던 성차별적 문제점을 지적하고 이를 기초로 하여 보다 성 중립적이고 포괄적인 경제학에 대한 발전에 단초를 제공하고자 한다.

This paper assesses the effect of feministic perspectives in economics by examining gender-biased characteristics in economic models, methods, topics, pedagogy. I investigate whether feministic perspectives affected ever economic researches in Korea. Contrary to the common belief that economics is the discipline of objectiveness, it is been found not objective enough. In particular, women has been systematically excluded from economic subjects, models, methods and pedagogy. This results from partially less-representativeness of women economists.

Korea has relatively serious situation in income inequality comparing with OECD countris. One of most effective policies to reduce the degree of income inequity is tax policy with a pregressive system. However, the role of income tax policy has not been played effectively, due to generous deduction and various non-taxable items. Globalization has led to wholly different environment in tax policy. The role of tax policy in income redistribution had been successful under closed economy. However, its role has been completely changed under the gloabalized economy. Income inequality will be worse in future, as world econony becomes more globalized. By using aggregate data of OECD countries, we find that globalization had some impact on tax structure, but not on tax revenue. However, Korea did not show clear evidence about this impact. We expect that Korea will, in near future, have the impact of globalization on tax structure.

본 논문에서는 환경질과 경제성장간에 존재하는 역 U자 가설을 검정하기 위 해 우리나라 대도시의 대기오염 수준과 지역경제성장과의 관계에 대해 고찰하 였다. 대도시 주요 대기오염 물질인 아황산가스와 이산화질소의 지역총생산과의 관계를 6대 광역도시의 패널자료를 이용하여 검토하였다. 그 결과 이들 대기오 염물질과 지역 경제성장 사이에는 역Ｕ자의 관계가 존재함을 보였다. 한편, 아 황산가스와 이산화질소의 소득전환점은 각각 6∼7백만원과 8∼9백만원에서 이루어짐을 발견하였다.

After foreign exchange and financial crisis of 1988, housing construction has been shrinked for lack of funds which is caused by housing builders' poor credit. Bank loans and fund raising in stock or bond markets have been interruptted. If the many profitable housing projects are not carried out for lack of funds, it is enormous social loss. But to use financing method which is based on the earning power of profitable projects, not that of housing builders, can break this bottleneck. This study proposes Project Financing and ABS(Asset Based Securities).

본 논문에서는 재벌이 시장경제의 기능을 위축시켜 효율성을 저해할 수 있다 는 암세포가설을 제시한다. 재벌을 과거의 잘못된 사회제도의 산물로 파악하는 진화론은 재벌에 대한 직접적 규제보다는 잘못된 제도를 개선하여 시장기능을 활성화시키는 정책을 권장한다. 반면 암세포가설은 정상적인 시장에서도 대마불 사로 인해 효율적인 일반 기업의 진입과 확장은 억제되는 반면 비효율적인 재 벌 기업은 오히려 퇴출되지 않고 성장할 수 있는 가능성을 제기한다. 재벌에 대한 직접적 규제가 없다면 시장기능을 회복시킬 수 없음을 함축하고 있다.
