According to introduction of the construction market's opening and new technical development, the construction market has gradually become complexity, variety and specialization, and then owner's requirements about quality has become higher.The objectives of this study is to suggest the introduction plans of performance warranty contracting that has benefits such as improvement of the quality awareness and responsibility of construction companies as well as extension of product life, reduction of life cycle cost and motivation of contractor's innovative technology development. The methods of this study suggested the fundamental direction and a phase stage in of the construction activity to introduce performance warranty contracting through foreign literature research, and then brought up improvement direction of general conditions of contract which suitable for domestic construction industry environment through interview to the professional.

The purpose of this study is to analyze productivity and economic feasibility of the Multi-Family Housing applied to FPWS and existing wall structural cases. In addition, the practicability of developed technologies is evaluated through on-site analysis to apply its results to the field. The method and contents of the study are shown as follow. The survey carried out to find 1 cycle process of the structural construction in each case. In conclusion, the productivity of FPWS is higher 24~88% than existing wall structural case. An economic feasibility occurred the cost reduction of 4% in 20 floors, 8% in 30 floors.

This paper is reviewed on the development and methodology of VE design for apartment project in order to select the preferential building component especially in the wall system. The process of research describes in cost analysis method for VE application to apartment. This method is based on the concept that cost variation of each component is dependent on the size and the shape of floor design. The cost analysis method should be investigated in a planned way to measure the composition of building component which is related with material variation and development of design requirements for an effective VE application. This research process undertakes the first step by cost analysis for each component. The second step of verifying the cost of each component is done by calculating overall cost for the same building component. Next step of measuring the effectiveness of the selection for optimum building component should be taken in comparing the total construction cost of each component for VE proposal. Studies range over the wall system of apartment and recommendation could be made to be resulted from finding the minimum construction cost of each building component.
