시대는 점점 더 급변하고 고속화되어 가고 있다. 한국 사회도 저출산, 고령화의 속도가 빨라지면서 생산 인구의 감소로 이어지고 있다. 거기에 발맞추어 다문화 사회의 형성은 급물살을 타고 있다. 이에 시대적 변화의 반응으로 다민족 사역의 활성화를 위한 연구가 요구되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 다민족 사역의 핵심 원리들을 심도 있게 고찰하여, 그 원리를 바탕으로 효과적인 수행과 활발한 사역을 돕는 데 있다. 본 연구는 문헌 조사를 통해 사례 연구와 역사적 연구를 포함한 내용 을 분석한다. 성경과 전문서적, 학술 논문을 연구한 질적 자료를 사용 한다. 먼저, 이 논문에서 사용된 주된 용어들을 정의하고, 다민족 사역 의 활성화를 위한 이론적 원리들이 제공된다. 다민족 사역의 본질적인 동기이자 원동력은 성경신학적 기초이다. 다민족 사역을 위한 성경신 학의 원리적 기초와 함께, 일반적이면서 핵심적인 원리들이 제시된다. 더불어, 다양한 사역 분야-전도나 선교, 교회 성장 등-에서 응용할 수 있는 다민족 사역의 원리와 관련된 교회의 실제적인 기능들이 연구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 다양한 민족 사람들로 구성된 공동체가 증가하는 현 시대적 흐름속에서, 서로 다른 민족적 배경을 가진 사람들 간의 상호 이해와 협력을 증진 시키고, 사역의 활성화를 통해 교회와 지역 사회의 발전에 기여한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

The era is becoming increasingly characterized by rapid acceleration. As Korean society faces an accelerating pace of low birth rates and an aging population, it is experiencing a significant decline in the productive population. Concurrently, the transition toward a multicultural society is gaining momentum. In response to these societal shifts, research aimed at activating multiethnic ministry has become imperative. The purpose of this study is to examine the core principles of multiethnic ministry and, based on these principles, to facilitate effective implementation and active ministry. This study employs a literature review to analyze content including case studies and historical research. It utilizes qualitative data derived from the Bible, professional literature, and academic journals. First, the primary terms used in this paper are defined, followed by the provision of theoretical principles for activating multiethnic ministries. The fundamental motivation and catalyst of multiethnic ministry lie in its biblical-theological foundations. Along with the principled basis of biblical theology for multiethnic ministry, general yet essential core principles are presented. In addition, the practical functions of the church related to the principles of multiethnic ministry applicable to various ministry areas-such as evangelism, missions, and church growth-are investigated. Therefore, in the current era where communities composed of diverse ethnic groups are increasing, this study holds significance in that it promotes mutual understanding and cooperation among people from different ethnic backgrounds and contributes to the development of the church and local communities through the activation of ministry.

본 논고는‘교회의 본질론’과‘교회론의 다양한 주제들’을 칼빈의 “그리스도와의 연합”(Únl˘o cum Christo)과“삼위일체 하나님과의 연 합”(Union with the Triune God) 사상 관점으로 분석한다. 본 연구의 목적은 칼빈 신학을 통해 교회의 신뢰 회복이나 위기 상황 극복을 위한 실천론적 접근을 구체적으로 다루려는 것은 아니며, 반면에‘교회의 본질’과‘교회론의 다양한 주제들’에 관한 칼빈의 이해를 통해서 교회 변혁을 위한 그 근본적인 하나의‘신학 원리’를 제안하려는 의도이다. 칼빈의 교회론 안에는 교회의 본질론뿐만 아니라 성례론, 예배론, 기 도론, 직분론, 권징론, 교회 일치론, 그리고 성도의 교제론(koinonia)등 다양한 신학적 주제들이 다루어지고 있다. 그리고 그 다양한 신학적 주 제들은 그의 신학 안에서 다름 아닌‘그리스도와의 연합’또는‘삼위일 체 하나님과의 연합’사상과의 긴밀한 연관성을 가지고서 이해와 해석 되고 있다. 교회론과도 긴밀한 연관성을 가진 그“연합”사상이 칼빈 신학의 하나 의“중심 교리”또는“핵심 사상”이라는 주장은 최근의 흥미 있는 한 신학적 논쟁점 중 하나이다. 그 논쟁의 찬반론은 상호 간의 팽팽한 긴 장감 속에서 여전히 현재 진행형 상태에 있다. 칼빈의 신학 안에서 가 장 빈번하게 그 연합 사상과의 긴밀한 연관성을 가지고서 다루어지고 있는 교리 중 하나는 다름 아닌 교회론이다. 그런 관점에서 본 연구의 방법은‘교회의 본질론’과‘교회론의 다양한 주제들’을 칼빈의 그 연합 사상을 중심으로 분석하여 이해하고 해석하고자 시도한다. 한편, 보다 체계적인 분석과 해석을 위해 그의 신학의 요약본이라 할 수 있는『기독교 강요』를 중심으로 그 연구의 범위를 제한한다. 본 논고는 교회의 본질, 기능, 그리고 역할을 다루는 다양한 신학적이고 실천론적인 연구들에 하나의‘신학적 원리’와‘연구 방법’에 관한 실마리를 제시할 것으로 기대한다. 한편, 한국 교회의 대사회적 신뢰 회복이나 위기 상황 극복과 관련된 실천론적인 연구를 위해서도 본 논 고의 연구 방법이 하나의 근본적인 신학적 원리의 단초를 제시할 것으로 희망한다.

This study analyzes the ‘essence of the church’ and ‘various themes of ecclesiology’from the perspective of Calvin’s “union with Christ” (Únl˘o cum Christo) and “union with the Triune God.” The purpose of this study is not to specifically address a practical approach to restoring trust in the church or overcoming crises through Calvin’s theology. Rather, it aims to propose a fundamental theological principle for church transformation through Calvin’s understanding of the ‘essence of the church’ and ‘various themes of ecclesiology.’ Calvin’s ecclesiology encompasses diverse theological themes, including not only the essence of the church but also sacraments, worship, prayer, offices, discipline, church unity, and the communion of saints (koinonia). These diverse theological themes are understood and interpreted in his theology through their close connection to the ‘union with Christ’ and‘ union with the Triune God’ thought. The claim that the “union” thought, which is closely related to ecclesiology, is a “central doctrine” or “core motif” of Calvin’s theology, has become one of the most interesting theological debates of recent times. The pros and cons of this debate remain tense and ongoing. One of the doctrines most frequently discussed in Calvin’s theology in close connection with the “union” thought is none other than ecclesiology. From this perspective, this study attempts to understand and interpret the ‘essence of the church’ and ‘various themes of ecclesiology’ by analyzing them within Calvin’s “union” thought. To facilitate a more systematic analysis and interpretation, the scope of this study is limited to the Institutes of the Christian Religion, which can be considered a summary of his theology. This study is expected to offer a theological principle and research method for various theological and practical studies addressing the nature, function, and role of the church. Meanwhile, I hope that the research method of this study will provide a starting point for a fundamental theological principle for practical research related to restoring social trust in the Korean church and overcoming crisis situations.

본 논문은 에스겔 40-48장의 성전 환상을 둘러싼 해석학적 난제를 재 검토하고, 본문이 지닌 신학적 구조와 설교적 가능성을 통합적으로 제시 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 알레고리적, 문자적-미래적, 문학적-상 징적, 신학적-종말론적 해석 전통을 비판적으로 검토한 후, 본 논문은 각 견해의 장점을 수용하되 문자주의의 역사적 한계와 순수 상징주의의 추상성을 보완하는 구속사적-모형론적 해석을 채택한다. 이러한 관점에 서 성전 측량과 구조, 제사 규례, 제사장과 군주 제도, 생명수 비전, 땅 분 배는 모두 하나님의 임재 회복과 거룩의 확산이라는 통일된 신학적 패턴 속에서 분석된다. 더 나아가 본 연구는 에스겔 성전 환상이 신약에서 그 리스도의 성전 사역, 성령의 임재, 새 예루살렘 종말론 안에서 어떻게 성 취되고 재해석되는지를 정경신학적으로 고찰한다. 특히 본 논문은 이 해 석학적 성과를 설교 현장에 적용하여, 에스겔 40-48장을 도덕적 교훈이 나 난해한 환상 본문이 아니라 하나님의 주도적 구원 행위와 은혜에 근 거한 설교 텍스트로 제시한다. 이를 통해 거룩, 공동체 윤리, 교회와 예 배, 종말론적 희망에 대한 설교 원리를 도출하고, 설교자가 본문 속 하나 님의 활동을 중심으로 청중의 삶을 새롭게 해석하도록 돕는다. 결론적으 로 에스겔 40-48장은 단순한 성전 청사진이 아니라, 하나님 임재가 회 복된 새 창조 공동체의 구조를 제시하는 종합적 신학 비전이며, 오늘날 교회의 설교와 신학에 지속적인 해석학적·목회적 의미를 지닌다.

This article re-examines the interpretive challenges surrounding Ezekiel 40-48 and offers an integrated theological and homiletical reading of the prophet’s climactic temple vision. After critically surveying major interpretive traditions-allegorical, literal-futurist, symbolic-literary, and theological-eschatological-the study adopts a redemptive-historical and typological approach that incorporates the strengths of these perspectives while avoiding the historical constraints of literalism and the abstraction of pure symbolism. Within this framework, the temple measurements, sacrificial regulations, priestly and princely roles, the river of life, and the apportionment of land are analyzed as coherent elements of a unified theological pattern centered on the restoration of divine presence and the expansion of holiness. The study further explores how Ezekiel’s temple vision is received and transformed in the New Testament, where it finds fulfillment in Christ’s temple ministry, the outpouring of the Spirit, and the eschatological vision of the New Jerusalem. Particular attention is given to the homiletical significance of this interpretation, arguing that Ezekiel 40-48 should be preached not as a technical blueprint or a moralizing vision but as a proclamation of God’s prior and gracious activity that summons the community to faithful response. By articulating preaching principles related to holiness, communal ethics, worship, and eschatological hope, this study seeks to equip preachers to handle this difficult text with theological depth and pastoral clarity. Ultimately, Ezekiel’s temple vision emerges not as a plan for a future building but as a theological architecture of renewed creation, offering enduring significance for contemporary biblical theology and Christian preaching.

인공지능(AI)은 인간의 삶과 소통 방식 전반을 급속도로 변화시키고 있다. 특히 대화형 생성형 인공지능인 챗GPT와 다양한 AI 챗봇의 확 산은 종교적 커뮤니케이션 환경에도 구조적 변화를 야기하고 있다. 이 러한 새로운 속에서 기존의 일방적, 언어 중심적 전도 방식은 디지털 네이티브 세대(The Digital Native Generation), 즉 MZ세대를 대상으 로 복음 메시지를 효과적으로 전달하는 데 점차 한계를 드러내고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제의식에서 출발하여 성경에 나타난‘계시 매개 신학’의 원형을 분석하고, 인공지능 전도 활동이 준수해야 할 신학적 안전장치로서 말씀의 중요성, 매개의 종속성, 진리의 일치성이라는 세 가지 원리를 제시한다. 나아가 인공지능 기술이 기독교 전도에 미칠 수 있는 긍정적 영향과 잠재적 위험을 비판적으로 검토한다. 이어서 인공지능 기반 디지털 메이킹 프로젝트 사례를 분석하여 대중지향적 인공지능 기독교 전도의 실제 가능성을 탐색하고 이를 토대로MZ세대를 대상으 로 한 디지털 메이킹 활동 중심의 AI 전도 방법론을 제안한다. 본 연구 는 인공지능 기술이 기독교 전도에 미치는 영향을 다각적으로 분석함으로써 기독교 공동체가 챗GPT와 AI 챗봇을 포함한 인공지능 기술을 복음의 본질에 종속된 도구로 활용하여 디지털 시대에 부합하는 새로운 전도 전략을 개발할 수 있는지에 대한 관점을 제시하고자 한다.

Artificial intelligence(AI) is rapidly transforming human life and modes of communication. In particular, the widespread adoption of conversational generative AI such as ChatGPT and various AI chatbots has brought about structural changes in religious communication environments. Within this emerging context, traditional one-directional and language-centered evangelistic approaches are increasingly revealing their limitations in effectively conveying the gospel message to the digital native generation, especially the MZ generation. This study begins from this critical awareness and examines the biblical archetype of Revelational Mediation Theology, analyzing how divine revelation has historically been communicated through mediated forms. On this basis, the study proposes three theological safeguards that should govern AI-based evangelistic practices: the centrality of the Word, the subordination of media, and the consistency of truth. Furthermore, it critically evaluates both the positive potential and the inherent risks of applying AI technologies to Christian evangelism. In addition, this research analyzes selected cases of AI-driven digital making projects to explore the practical feasibility of public-oriented AIbased Christian evangelism. Drawing on these case studies, the study proposes an AI evangelism methodology centered on digital making activities tailored to the MZ generation. By offering a multidimensional analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on Christian evangelism, this study seeks to present a theological and practical framework through which Christian communities may employ AI technologies including ChatGPT and AI chatbots as tools subordinated to the essence of the gospel, thereby developing evangelistic strategies appropriate to the digital age.

본 연구는 포스트-크리스텐덤 시대 속에서 선교적 설교에 대한 이해 와 그 필요성과 유익, 그리고 효과적인 선교적 설교를 실천하기 위한 방법론 다룬다. 선교적 설교는 탈기독교 혹은 탈교회 시대에 대한 대안 적 설교학적 움직임이자, 선교가 교회의 활동 이전에 삼위일체 하나님 의 본성에서 흘러나온다고 이해하는 미시오 데이(Missio Dei) 선교 신 학적 개념과 성경 전체의 이야기가 선교적 하나님의 목적과 활동을 계 시하는 것으로 이해하는 선교적 해석학의 정립에 따른 설교적 적용이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 선교적 설교의 특징을 삼위일체 하나님 중심의 신학적 토대, 하나님 나라의 선포와 그리스도 중심성, 그리고 세상과 다른 공동체 형성의 성경적 목적과 내용, 문화 맥락화와 선포와 초대를 공유하는 설교 소통적 특징들을 살펴보면서, 선교적 설교가 이 시대에 필요한 이유를 구체적으로 규명한다. 아울러 이 논문은 선교적 설교의 강조점이 전통적 설교의 강조점과의 차이점을 확인하면서 기존 설교 방법들과의 조화 가능성을 타진해본다. 마지막으로 선교적 설교의 특징을 반영한 주해, 신학, 설교 작성의 전체 과정을 통한 설교 방법론을 제시한다.

This study discusses the understanding of missional preaching in the post-Christendom era, its necessity and benefits, and methodologies for practicing effective missional preaching. Missional preaching represents an alternative homiletical movement for a post-Christian or post-church era. It is a homiletical application stemming from the establishment of missiological theology-specifically the Missio Dei concept, which understands mission as flowing from the very nature of the Triune God before any church activity-and missional hermeneutics, which interprets the entire biblical narrative as revealing God's missional purpose and activity. This study examines the characteristics of missional preachingits Trinitarian theological foundation, proclamation of the kingdom of God and Christ-centeredness, the biblical purpose and content of forming communities distinct from the world, and its communicative features of contextualization and a proclamation-invitation method-to concretely identify why missional preaching is necessary for this era. Furthermore, this paper identifies the differences between the emphases of missional preaching and those of traditional preaching while exploring the potential for harmony with existing preaching methods. Finally, it presents a preaching methodology that reflects the characteristics of missional preaching throughout the entire process of exegesis, theology, and sermon preparation.

본 연구는 바울의 목회서신(디모데전·후서, 디도서)에 나타난 리더 십 특성을 현대적 코칭 리더십(coaching leadership)의 관점에서 재조 명하고, 이를 오늘날 목회 현장에 적용할 수 있는 실천적 제언을 제시 하는 데 목적이 있다. 21세기 교회는 탈권위화, 신앙의 개인화, 세대 간 가치관의 차이, 디지털 환경의 확산 등 급격한 변화 속에서 관계 중 심적이고 수평적인 리더십을 요구받고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 구성원 의 잠재력과 자율성을 존중하며 질문과 경청을 통해 성장을 촉진하는 코칭 리더십은 현대 목회 리더십의 중요한 대안으로 주목된다. 본 연구 는 먼저 코칭 리더십의 핵심 개념과 특징을 고찰하고, 이를 실천신학의 틀 안에서 해석한다. 특히 Richard Osmer의 실천신학 네 가지 과제를 이론적 틀로 활용하여, 코칭 리더십이 단순한 경영 기법이 아니라 신앙 공동체 안에서 변화를 이끄는 신학적·실천적 리더십 모델임을 논증한 다. 이어서 바울이 디모데와 디도에게 보여준 관계적 접근, 은사의 자 각과 촉진, 신뢰에 기반한 권한 위임의 양상을 분석함으로써, 바울의 리더십이 코칭 리더십의 핵심 요소들과 깊이 연결되어 있음을 밝힌다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 이러한 성경적 코칭 리더십을 현대 목회에 적용하기 위한 구체적 제언으로서 담임목회자와 부목회자, 목회자와 소그 룹 리더, 그리고 목회자 자신과의 관계에서 적용 가능한 실천 방안을 제시한다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 바울의 목회서신이 오늘날 교회 리더십 의 패러다임 전환을 위한 신학적 근거와 실천적 지침을 제공할 수 있음 을 제안한다.

This study aims to reinterpret the leadership characteristics found in Paul’s Pastoral Epistles(1·2 Timothy and Titus) through the lens of contemporary coaching leadership and to propose practical implications for modern pastoral ministry. In the twenty-first century, churches face rapid changes such as the decline of traditional authority, individualized faith, generational diversity, and the expansion of digital ministry. In this context, leadership models that emphasize relational engagement, autonomy, and mutual growth have become increasingly necessary. Coaching leadership, which focuses on drawing out individuals’ potential through questioning, listening, and encouragement, has emerged as a meaningful alternative for contemporary pastoral leadership. This study first examines the core concepts and characteristics of coaching leadership and situates them within the framework of practical theology. Using Richard Osmer’s fourfold tasks of practical theology as an analytical framework, the study argues that coaching leadership is not merely a managerial technique but a theologically grounded and practice-oriented model that fosters personal and communal transformation within faith communities. The study then analyzes Paul’s leadership as demonstrated in his relationships with Timothy and Titus, highlighting elements such as identity formation through relationship, awareness and activation of spiritual gifts, and empowerment through trust-based delegation. These elements reveal significant parallels between Paul’s pastoral leadership and the principles of coaching leadership. Finally, this study offers concrete practical suggestions for applying coaching leadership to contemporary ministry, focusing on three relational contexts: senior pastors and associate pastors, pastors and small group leaders, and pastors’ self-leadership. Through this approach, the study demonstrates that Paul’s Pastoral Epistles provide not only theological insights but also practical guidance for reshaping pastoral leadership in ways that are relational, empowering, and sustainable in today’s church context.

본 고의 중심 논지는 TED 강연에 관한 연구를 통한 발견된 언어적, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 주요 핵심과 공통된 핵심 원리를 고찰한 다 음, TED 강연에 나타난 전달의 핵심 요소들과 연관하여, 설교 전달 과 정에서 배울 수 있는 효과적인 전달의 공통적인 원리와 근본적인 차이 점과 구별된 요소들을 분석하여, 설교자들이 추구해야 할 설교 커뮤니 케이션 원리를 제시하는 것이다. 기독교 설교 역사 가운데 설교의 거장 들은 결코 당대의 수사학을 거부하지 않았으며, 오히려 당대의 가장 탁 월한 수사학과 커뮤니케이션 기술을 비평적으로 수용하여 설교 사역의 보조적인 도구로 활용하였다. 따라서 오늘날 한국교회 설교자들도 이 시대 가장 탁월한 전달의 기술을 보여주는 TED를 통해 배울 점이 있 다면 개혁주의 신학적 관점에서 수용하고, 성경적 설교와 전달의 빛에 비추어 자신의 목회 상황에 상황화하고 발전시켜 나갈 필요가 있다. 따 라서 본 연구는 먼저 TED 강연을 대표하는 학자들을 중심으로 TED 강연의 요체를 간략히 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, TED 연구를 통한 제시 되고 있는 커뮤니케이션의 핵심적 요소를 크게 일곱 가지로 고찰하고자 한다. 셋째, TED 강연의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 주요한 특징이 무엇인지 다섯 가지 영역을 초점으로 간략히 논의해 보고자 한다. 넷 째, TED 강연에 나타난 전달의 핵심 요소들과 효과적인 설교 전달과의 공통점은 무엇인지 일곱 가지로 분석한 다음, 비언어적 커뮤니케이 션 영역에서 두드러진 공통적인 요소도 살펴보고자 한다. 나아가 본 논 문에서 가장 중요한 쟁점으로서, TED 강연과 전달 커뮤니케이션에서 강조되고 있는 원리와 설교의 전달과의 근본적인 차이점은 무엇인지 일곱 가지로 나누어 비평하고자 한다. 본 연구는 TED 강연의 세밀한 연구보다는 전달의 원리와 비언어적 커뮤니케이션 영역에만 초점을 맞 출 것이며, TED 자체에 관한 심층 연구보다는 설교 전달의 원리와 공 통적인 측면과 비 공통적인 측면에 연구의 방향을 설정하고자 한다. 또한, 설교 전달의 다양하고 포괄적인 논의는 지면상 한계가 있기에 TED 전달 요소와 관련된 커뮤니케이션 영역과 설교 전달이 가진 독특한 영 역에 논의를 집중하고자 한다.

The central thesis of this paper is to examine the key principles of verbal and non-verbal communication identified through research on TED talks. Furthermore, by analyzing the common principles of effective delivery and the fundamental differences in relation to the core elements of TED talks, this study aims to present preaching communication principles that modern preachers should pursue. Throughout the history of Christian homiletics, the master preachers of the church never summarily rejected the rhetoric of their age. Rather, they critically appropriated the most eminent rhetorical and communication techniques of their time, utilizing them as auxiliary tools to serve the proclamation of the Word. In this light, contemporary preachers in the Korean church must discern the pedagogical value of TED talks, which represent the pinnacle of modern delivery techniques and critically integrate these insights through a Reformed theological lens. Such techniques must be contextualized and developed within one’s pastoral setting, always subordinate to the light of biblical preaching and divine delivery. The structure of this study is as follows: first, it succinctly examines the essence of TED talks by focusing on representative scholars in the field. Second, it investigates seven core elements of communication identified through TED-related research. Third, it discusses the primary characteristics of non-verbal communication in TED talks, focusing on five specific domains. Fourth, it provides a comparative analysis of seven points of convergence between the core delivery elements of TED and effective sermon delivery, while also identifying prominent shared features in the realm of non-verbal communication. Furthermore, as the pivotal argument of this research, this paper offers a critical evaluation of the fundamental differences between the principles emphasized in TED communication and the sacred delivery of the sermon, categorized into seven distinct areas. This study does not seek to provide an exhaustive analysis of TED itself, but rather focuses on the principles of delivery and non-verbal communication. The trajectory of the research is oriented toward setting the principles of homiletical delivery in dialogue with TED, highlighting both commonalities and divergences. Finally, acknowledging the spatial constraints for a comprehensive discussion on homiletics, this study concentrates its discourse on the communication elements shared with TED and the unique, divinely appointed domains inherent to the delivery of the Gospel.
