인공지능은 우리 삶 속에서 매우 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 그 영역은 점차 확대되는 추세 이다. 이러한 추세에 따라, 이 연구에서는 상담 및 심리치료 연구 분야에서 인공지능 기반의 챗봇을 활용한 다양한 사례들을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 학교 상담 영역에서 인공지능 기반 상담 챗봇 개발 및 활용 방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이론적 배경에서는 학교상담 의 개념과 특성, 인공지능 챗봇의 발전과정 및 인공지능 챗봇과 상담과의 관계를 살펴보았 다. 본 연구결과에서는 인공지능 챗봇 사례, 인공지능 챗봇 개발 플랫폼, 인공지능형 상담 챗 봇 사례에 대해 분석한 결과를 제시하고 이를 토대로 학교 상담 지원 챗봇 개발 방안에 대 해 제안하였다. 인공지능 기반 상담 챗봇은 향후 아동의 건강한 심리정서 발달을 도모할 수 있고, 기존 상담 서비스가 가진 제한점을 효과적으로 극복할 수 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 학 교 상담용 챗봇은 다가올 미래의 학교상담 분야에서 아동의 심리정서 발달/지원을 위한 대안 적 시도가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Artificial intelligence is being used in many ways in our lives, and its field is gradually expanding. Therefore, in this study, based on the analysis of various cases using artificial intelligence in the field of counseling and psychotherapy research, it is possible to explore educational and counseling methods of AI-based chatbot application. To study this, in the theoretical background, the concept and characteristics of school counseling, the development process of AI chatbots, and the relationship between AI chatbots and counseling were examined. As a result of this study, the results of analyzing the artificial intelligence chatbot case, the artificial intelligence chatbot development platform, and the artificial intelligence counseling chatbot case were presented, and based on this, a plan to develop a chatbot supporting school counseling was proposed. Considering that artificial intelligence-based counseling chatbots can promote the healthy psychological and emotional development of children and adolescents in the future and effectively overcome the limitations of existing counseling services, chatbots for school counseling can be used in the future school counseling field. It is expected to be an alternative attempt for psycho-emotional development/support of children and adolescents.

본 연구는 초등 특수교사들이 경험하는 심리적 소진과 대처 과정을 통해 심리적 소진의 원 인, 회복에 도움이 된 대처방식, 심리적 소진으로 인한 변화를 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 심리 적 소진의 경험이 있는 초등 특수교사 5명을 대상으로 질적 면접을 실시하고, 반복적 비교분 석법을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 개방코딩과 범주화 작업을 통해 상위범주를 분류하고, 범주화된 내용을 바탕으로 원자료와의 비교를 통해 범주확인 과정을 거쳤으며, 연구의 신뢰 도와 타당도를 높이기 위하여 연구참여자 확인법을 거쳤다. 분석 결과, 심리적 소진의 원인, 심리적 소진 회복에 도움이 된 대처, 심리적 소진 경험으로 인한 변화의 3개 상위범주가 도 출되었다. 그 아래 ‘학생의 도전행동’, ‘특수교사라서 받는 부당한 대우’, ‘동료애를 느끼기 위 한 노력’, ‘전문성 향상을 위한 학습과 성찰’, ‘장애 학생을 더 잘 이해하게 됨’, ‘더 나은 교 사로 성장’ 등 총 11개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의, 제 한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the causes of psychological burnout, coping methods that helped recovery, and changes due to psychological burnout through the psychological burnout and coping process experienced by special education teacher in elementary school. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 5 elementary school special education teachers who had experiences of psychological burnout, and the data were analyzed using constant comparison method. The upper categories were classified through open coding and categorization, the categories were confirmed by comparison with the original data based on the categorized contents, and the research participant identification method was performed to increase the reliability and validity of the study. As a result of the analysis, three super-categories were derived: the cause of psychological burnout, the coping that helped recover the psychological burnout, and the change due to the psychological burnout experience. Below that, ‘Students’ challenging behavior’, ‘Unfair treatment received as a special education teacher’, ‘Efforts to feel a sense of camaraderie’, ‘Learning and reflection to improve professionalism’, ‘Being able to better understand students with disabilities’, Better A total of 11 subcategories were derived, including ‘Growing up as a teacher’. Based on the results of this study, the significance of the study, limitations, and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
