본 연구는 패션의 표현을 효과적이며 상징적으로 보여주는 많은 매체 중 영화에서 패션 커뮤니케이, 연구의 결과로 패션은 커뮤니케이션의 매개체로 신분 , 교양, 개성, 감성과 바디이미지를 표현한다는 것을 알았다 . 영화 마이페어 레이디에서 나타나는 여주인공의 의상은 의복 자. 스크린에서 보여지는 의상을 통해서 여주인공의 위치와 상황을 이야기하고 있으며 관객으로 하여금 옷을 통해서 표현되고 발휘되는 환상을 보여준다 . 이는 일방적이긴 하지만 옷을 매개로 한 관객과의 커뮤니케이션이다. 또한 이는 여주인공의 몸짓 , 제스쳐, 표정들과 함께 영화의 구성을 완벽하게 한다 . 즉 “개인은 사회적 이상을 내면화 하면서 자신의 신체를 평가하고 , 이상적인 신체모습과 자신과의 차이를 극복하기 위하여 의복이 가진 기능을 통해 자신을 변화하고 향상시키도록 동기화 된다 .” . 따라서 사람들의 개성과 정체성을 표현하여 무언의 커뮤니케이션을 방법의 효과를 상승시킬 수 있는 패션 커뮤니케이션의 필요성이 더욱 강조되어 갈 것으로 전망된다 . 이에 패션 커뮤니케이션의 역할을 극명하고 효과적으로 보여주는 , 영화의상을 매개로한 패션 커뮤니케이션에 대한 보다 나은 후속. 또한 분야별로 더욱 전문적인 관점에서의 심도 있는 패션 커뮤니케이션 연구를 기대한다.

This research focuses on an example of fashion communication in the movie among mass media which indicate an expression of fashion effectively and symbolically to us. A communication through the heroine's fashion in the move of "My Fair Lady" is not only an effective means but is not inferior to languages and letter to express and symbolize. The heroine in the movie reveals, covers and disguises her identification through fashion. And she adapts herself to and assimilates the society which is not appropriate to her status and role through fashion. The movie is very successful in that the fashion adopted in the movie makes two-way communication possible. Furthermore, fashion is communicated to the viewers very successfully. I verify the assumption that fashion as a way of communication is effective by analyzing the clothing in all the major scenes in the movie of "My Fair Lady". Fashion communication is an important means to express one's individuality and the scope of its expression is also widening. Therefore, it is expected that we will put more emphasis on the necessity of fashion communication in order to elevate an effectiveness of communication by expressing one's individuality and identity.

한국무용은 19세기말 신무용의 탄생으로 연희 형태에서 무대와 객석이 분리된 극장식 무용으로 재. 이런 변화는 기존의 형식적이고 기교적인 한국전통무용이 예술적 측면을 강화시키면서 , 독창적이고 창작적인 한국 창작무용으로 성장하는 계기가 되었다 . 따라서 이 논문에서는 이런 과정에서 양산된 한국 창작무용의 의상디자인이 어떻게 전통적 미의식과 , 재생성으로 이어져왔는지 그 변모의 과정을 살펴보고자 한다 .그 내용은 다음과 같이 요약된다 . 첫째, 신무용기에서 한국 창작무용으로 넘어가면서 무용작품은 예술적 무용을 지향하는 종합예술로 발전하게 되었다 . 이 때 무용의상의 변화의 특징은 전통적인 무용의상에 비해 장식적인 요소가 많아졌고 서구화된 디자인 형태도 나타나게 되었다 . 둘째, 포스트모더니즘의 출현으로 무용계의 국제문화교류가 활발해지고 네트워크화 되어 한국 창작무용 의상은 해체화 , 단순화, 개방화, 퓨전화, 다양화라는 특징을 보였다. 셋째, 급격한 변화 양상은 특히 , 신인 안무가들의 무용작품의상에서 발견되고 있다. 긍정적 측면에서 그 대표적인 변화는 다양화를 들 수 있다 . 그 결과 한국 창작무용 의상디자인을 위한 창작 연구 범위가 일반의상 디자인을 포함 , 훨씬 더 광범위해졌다. 16 한국패션디자인학회지 제6권 제2호반면에 부정적인 측면에서는 한국무용만이 갖는 고유한 전통적 미의식 개발의 소홀함으로 현대무용과의 차별성이 점차적으로 소멸되는 변화양상을 띄게 되었다 .

Korean Dance has been newly established into the Theater-type Dance from banqueting since the new type of creative dance appeared at the end of 19th century as a composite art. This change allows intensifying marvelous improvement of the artistic phase and has been an important beginning of originative and creative of Korean Creative Dance. Based on the aspect, this paper focuses on careful consideration and look into how the costume of Korean creative dance has been changed and growth though the combination and formation of aesthetic sense between traditional and modern. The question resolves itself into the following three points. First, in the state of turnover from Neo Dance era to Korean Creative Dance, dancing performance has been alternated to composite type of art. At the time, the dancing costume identified as very decorative with various ornaments than before, and also show westernizing influence in the design. Second, as a result of the Post Modernism appear, Korean Dancing field make cultural exchange worldwide lively and build a network with countries, the Korean Creative Dance has been disorganize, simplified, be candid, and diverse. Third, through the dramatic change and improvement, a lot of new choreographer bring multiform of directing in an affirmative concept so that let the costume design to be extensive to general clothes. On the other hand, been remiss to find the peculiarity of Korean traditional Dance has been gradually and hard to distinguish with Contemporary dance in a negative concept.

오늘날의 복식은 매스컴(mass media)과 인터넷의 발달로 패션 트렌드 (fashion trend)의 흐름에 따라 전 세계가 동시에 움직이고 있다 . 우리나라 복식 또한 조선후기 서양의복의 도입을 시작으로 많은 변화를 거쳐 전통과 현대가 공존하고 있으며 결혼예식과 예복 또한 한국적인 독창성이 결여된 채 서구 지향적으로 양식화되어 왔다 . 개선하기 위한 노력으로 다른 어떤 복식보다 큰 의미와 가치를 가진 결혼예복에 한국전통의 조형미를 접목시켜 제시함으로써 전통한복을 현대적으로 활용화 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구내용으로는 첫째, 전통여성복식의 일반적 특성을 살펴보고 그 조형미를 형식미와 내용미의 측면에서 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 둘째, 심층설문 조사를 통하여 국내 웨딩드레스 선호도 경향을 파악하였다. 셋째, 현대적 활용화에 부합하는 디자인을 개발하여 웨딩드레스를 제작하였다 .시에 최근 웨딩드레스 트렌드를 반영하여 시대적으로 활용 가능한 디자인을 개발함으로써 전통복식의 활용화 방안을 제시해보았다.

As mass media and internet develop and fashion trend becomes a tendency, today’s costumes change. With the introduction of western clothes at the end of Joseon Dynasty, our costume has undergone many changes and traditional and modern costumes have coexisted. In addition, wedding ceremony and formal dress introduced along with the Western civilizations have lost their Korean uniqueness and have conventionalized in a western manner. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to utilize traditional Hanbok (Korean clothes) in a modern style by applying it into the design of wedding dress in connection with the formative beauty of Korean tradition in an effort to improve western-oriented costume culture. This study examined a theoretical research based on previous research theses, books and various photo materials and an empirical research through an in-depth interviewing survey in the concrete utilization process. Its concrete content included the following: first, the study looked theoretically into the general characteristics of traditional female costumes and examined formal beauty in terms of their beauty of form and content. Second, the study figured out the design trend of domestic wedding dress through the in-depth interview preference survey and produced two pieces of wedding dresses by developing design corresponding to modern application. This study suggested a method of utilizing Korean traditional costumes by developing the design that could be used periodically in terms of reflecting wedding dress as well as of enhancing Korean uniqueness in wedding design, one of the fields in modern costume.

과학의 발달과 더불어 급속도로 빠르게 변화하는 현대사회에서 사람들은 현실과의 괴리감과 불만족. 이러한 현상은 회고적 무드와 결합하여 중세를 근간으로 하는 신 고딕이라는 새로운 트렌드로 등장하고 , 패션에 있어 고스 스타일이 창출되었다 . 패션의 진화와 더불어 일러스트레이션은 패션 이미지를 대중에게 전달하는 창의적 현대적 시각언어로서 발전하고 있다. 고스는 일상의 규범보다는 자유로운 사고방식을 지니고 일상적 고정관념을 거부하며 독특한 문화와 패션을 탄생시키고 있다 . 따라서 고스 이미지를 표현하는 일러스트레이션은 점점 .본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰을 통해 고스의 개념과 등장 배경을 살펴보고 고스의 종류와 그 특성을 파악하였다. 또한 고스의 특성에 따른 미적 요소를 바탕으로 패션 일러스트레이션에 표현된 고스 이미지를 분석하였다. 20세기 후반 포스트모더니즘의 영향으로 익살스럽고 재미있게 희화화되어 표현되어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 충격적이고 영향력이 강한 고스 이미지 패션 일러스트레이션은 대중에게 있어 효과적 시각매체라는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

In modern society, which is rapidly changing, together with the development of science, people are feeling estrangement and dissatisfaction with reality and have an evading desire to find a place to hide. This type of occurrence, combined with a retrospective mood, appears as a new trend known as a recently presented New Gothic, and a Goth style has been created in fashion. Together with the evolution of fashion, illustration has developed as a creative･modern visual language that passes on fashion images to the public. Goth has ways of thinking that are more liberal than the models of everyday life, and it rejects stereotypes to give birth to a unique culture and fashion. Therefore, illustrations that express Goth images allow effective communication with the public who now want stimulation that is more shocking and creative. In this research, through theoretical examination, the concept and setting for the appearance of Goth has been observed and types of Goth, and its characteristics have been examined. Also, the Goth image expressed in fashion illustrations was analyzed on the basis of artistic elements according to Goth characteristics. Research results showed that although Goth used to hold a negative image, symbolizing the devil, after the influence of post-modernism in the latter twentieth century, it was caricatured comically and in a fun way. This study was able to come to the conclusion that the shocking and influential Goth images in fashion illustration can summon instant reaction from the public accompanied by interest and stimulation, and that it is an effective visual medium, in accomplishing the purpose of communicating with the public.

의상을 통한 예술적 표현이 극대화된 예술의상의 경우 미술의 양식사적 경향과 같은 맥락을 유지하며 전개되어 왔다. 현대에 이르러 미술 분야는 인간의 몸을 화두로 많은 작업이 이루어지고 있으며 , 예술의상에서도 예외 없이 몸은 생물학적 의미를 초월하여 인간의 정신적 내면을 표현하는 장으로 혹은 대상으로 다루어지고 있다 . 20세기 후반 미국의 예술의상운동에 나타난 표현적 특성을 분석해보고자 하였다 . 이를 통해 예술의상의 표현방식과 표현 형식이 어떻게 전개되었는지 다시 한번 검토해봄으로써 오늘날 예술의상 작품에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 알아보고자 하였다. , 또는 입을 수 없는 예술에 도전하였고, 인체의 표현에 있어서 동물적 표현이라든가 , 의인화된 사물들의 표현으로 예술적 표현을 극대화시키고 있음을 알 수 있었다 . 또한 일상의 사물들을 다양한 주제로 사용하고 , 일상의 풍경들을 의상에 배치함으로서 의상을 캔버스화한 작품들도 많이 등장하였음을 알 수 있었다 . 또한 저속한 일상의 사물과 표현기법으로 현대의 키치미술이 그대로 적용된 예술의상도 등장하였음을 알 수 있었다 .

As contemporary art tends to diverge from its fixed genres and intends to appeal to the public, fashion comes to contribute to the contemporary art area, by playing an important part in the creation of artistic value of art work. Nowadays, it is not unusual to see fashion work shown in an art exhibition parallel with art work, since some artists adopt costumes as the medium of their work in order to explore various means of expression. Art to wear as an artistic expression of clothing has been maintained, developed in close relation to the artistic mode. In modern society, many works on human body in the artistic field have been established as a main subject. Without any exception, fashion art expressed on the basis of human body were the subject and area expressing human's spiritual inside transcending biological meaning. Fashion art as a term originated in 'Art to Wear' started from 'Art to Wear Movement' developed among women textile artists centering around America in the latter half of 1960s. In this study, which is focused on correlation between body and costume and the meaning of them, I realized that, even though artistic costumes expressed image of distortion and deformation of human existence as essential subject of body, they, in most contents, were used as medium of communication to rediscover human dignity and identity, and consisted of a series of metaphoric network of meanings satirizing aspects of our society.
