본 연구는 국내 12개 대학의 무용학과(전공) 교육과정 분석을 통해 무용교육의 방향성을 조명하고, 이를 효과 적으로 실천할 수 있는 기틀을 구축하기 위한 일환으로 융복합 교육과정을 제안하고자 했다. 이를 위해 학과 (전공)에서 개설 빈도가 높은 교과목을 기반으로 다학문적 특성을 파악한 후 다음과 같은 융복합 교육과정개발 을 제안했다. 우선 무용 이론 교과목 중에 무용비평, 감상, 평론의 전문적인 교육을 위해 교양과목의 글쓰기, 사고와 표현 교과목 등과 연계해 융복합 교과목 운영에 방점을 둘 필요성을 제안한다. 또한 무용의 동작을 과 학적으로 이해하기 위해 운동역학이나 생체역학 교과목과, 무용 요법 등의 심도 있는 학습을 위해 심리학 교과 목과 융복합 교수 방법을 강구할 필요성을 제안한다. 무용 실기 분야에서 과학적 실용인재를 위한 신체 움직임 예술의 극대화와 창의적인 실기 학습을 위해 음악, IT관련 교과목, 영상 미디어 관련 교과목을 접목한 융복합 교과목 개발을 제안하고자 한다. 그밖에 무용의 안무와 창작의 창의성을 추구하기 위해 교양과목의 창의력 교 과목과 연계해 융복합 교과목으로 개발할 필요성을 제안 한다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the convergence curriculum of the dance department(major) on the basis of analyzing the current curriculum of twelve dance department (majors) in domestic university. It was considered the ratio of establishment subject and characterized whether it was multidisciplinary subject or not. Suggests revealed that connection between thought and expression, writing subject and the dance criticism, dance review subject need to open a class as a convergence curriculum. In addition, having tie dance movement and dance understanding subject with sport biomechanics, and a dance therapy with a psychology subject. Beyond that, dance performance subjects should be linked to musics, computer science, imaging media subjects. It also need to be connected dance creation subjects such as choreography, direction with creation subjects which mostly open in liberal arts course to develop the originality of a dance work.

본 연구는 여가시간증가에 따른 문화예술 활동증대와 4차 산업혁명시대 첨단기술의 발달로 공연산업도 첨단기 술 과 밀접하게 연계되어 발전되고 있다. 공연예술발전함께 공연장산업도 성장하고 있다. 뮤지컬전용공연장 콘 텐츠 분석을 통한 공연장 Positioning전략으로 공연장산업 발전방안을 찾는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 서울지역 성공한 뮤지컬전용공연장 디큐브아트센터, 샤롯데씨어터, 블루스퀘어 세 공연장 최근 3년 간 주요 공연콘 텐츠 분석을 하였다. 공연콘텐츠내용으로 공연장의 방향성 및 경영전략 Positioning을 알 수 있다. 논리적 증명을 위해 공연관객 객석점유율을 활용하였다. 분석결과 뮤지컬전용공연장들은 VIP Ticket 가격, 라이선스 초연콘텐츠, 오리저널 팀 내한 공연 등으로 Positioning전략을 하고, 이로 인해 공연장 브랜드 가치를 높이고 있다.

The following study focuses on the intimate relation of the performance industry with the high technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution era and the expansion of cultural and artistic activities from increased leisure time. Along with the development of performing arts, the performing arts industry is growing. The purpose of this research is to find ways to develop the performance industry through the analysis of contents offered from concert halls exclusively for musicals. The analysis conducted delves into the performance contents during the past three-year period from major theaters seating an audience of more than a thousand; D-cube Art Center, Char lotte Theater and Blue Square. The report also endeavors on presenting the direction of performance and management strategy positioning through it’s analysis on performance content. For logical reasons, the occupancy rate of the performance audience was applied among the performance measurement methods. The analysis bases evidence of the positioning strategies that have increased the brand value of musical theaters from such as but not limited to, VIP ticket price, initial performance contents of license, and performances in Korea by the Oregon Team.

본 연구는 공연예술단체의 조직역량, 과제환경, 과제특성, 직무만족에 대한 구조적 관계를 도출하여 공연예술 의 가치와 서비스가 지속적으로 보급되는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구를 위해 광주, 전남 지역 공연단체에 근무하는 223명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였 다. 구조방정식을 이용하여 타당도분석, 직접효과분석을 실시하였고, 부트스트랩과 Sobel Test를 이용하여 매 개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 조직역량과 직무만족, 과제환경, 과제특성은 직접적인 영향 관계 가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 과제특성과 직무만족도 직접적인 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조 직역량과 직무만족의 관계에서 과제환경과 과제특성은 이중매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 조직역 량과 직무만족의 관계에서 과제특성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 공연예술단체 가 조직역량을 강화하여 공연예술의 보급과 확대를 위해 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways in which the values and services of the performing arts are continuously disseminated by deriving the structural relationships between organizational capacity, task environment, task characteristics, and job satisfaction of performing arts organizations. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted from May 1, 2018 to May 30, 2018 for 223 people working in performance groups in Gwangju and Chonnam provinces. Validity analysis and direct effect analysis were performed using the structural equation, and mediation effects were analyzed using bootstrap and Sobel test. The results of this study are as follows: First, there is a direct relationship between organizational capacity and job satisfaction, task environment, and task characteristics. In addition, there was a direct relationship between task characteristics and job satisfaction. Second, task characteristics showed mediating effects on organizational competence and job satisfaction. Through these researches, it was suggested that the performing arts group could strengthen the organizational capacity and provide the services for the spread and expansion of performing arts.

이 연구는 대학 무용전공자들의 특성변인 집단에 따른 대학 한국무용 교수자의 강의역량 인지에 대하여 차별 적으로 기능하는 문항을 추출하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울 소재 대학의 무용전공자 256명을 대상으로 김혜련,최창환(2018)이 개발한 대한 한국무용 교수자의 강의역량 검사 도구를 활용하여 차별적 기능문항(differential item functioning : DIF)을 산출하였으며 DIF의 추출방법을 위해 Holland 와 Thayer(1986)가 제안한 Mantel-Haenszel 방법을 적용하였다. 자료 분석은 spss 21,0 프로그램과 winstep 3.65 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 총 15개의 문항 중 6개의 문항(1,5,6,10,11,12)이 특성변인 (성별, 전공, 무용경력)의 집단에 따라 차별적 기능을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 대학 한국무용 교수자의 강의역량과 관련하여 요구되어지는 연구들을 수행하기 위하여 다양한 특성변인을 대상으로 측정하고자 할 때 명확한 정보전달과 문항의 편파성을 줄이기 위한 기초자료로 사용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to extract the items that have discriminative function of Korean dance teachers' lecture competency according to the characteristics variable group of university dance major. For this purpose, a differential item functioning (DIF) was calculated by using a lecture competency test tool developed by Kim Hye-Ryeon (2018) developed by Korean dance instructor for 256 dance students majoring in Seoul National University. The Mantel-Haensze method was applied for the method. In addition, we used the spss 21,0 program and winstep 3.65 program to extract descriptive statistics and discriminative functional items. As a result of the analysis, 6 (1,5,6,10,11,12) out of 15 items showed differentiated functions according to the group of characteristics variables (sex, major, and dance career). This study will be used as a basic data to reduce the bias of clear information transmission and testing when measuring various characteristic variables in order to carry out the researches required for the lecture competence of Korean dance teachers.

현대 청소년들은 다양한 특성을 가지고 미래를 준비한다. 특히 예술 고등학교는 미래의 예술을 선도하는 전문 예술인 양성에 목표를 가지고 무용교육을 통해 학생들이 재능 있는 예술인으로 성장할 수 있는 기틀을 마련해 준다. 하지만 모든 학생이 목표를 이루는 것은 아니다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 예술 고등학교 무용전공생들의 중도포기의 요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2018년 3월 24일부터 2018년 4월 14 일 까지 3주동안 1회~2회에 걸쳐 반구조화된 면담(semi-strustured interview)과 비구조화된 면담 (unstructured interview)을 혼용하였으며 무용을 중도에 포기한 4명의 전공자를 심층 면담하였다. 본 연구결 과 무용전공학생들의 중도포기 요인은 크게 개인적인 요인과 외부적 요인으로 그룹화 되었으며, 개인적 요인은 과도한 연습, 경쟁구도, 외모에 대한 압박, 목표의식의 부재로 나타났으며 외부적 요인으로는 경제적 부담과, 지도자와의 갈등으로 나타났다.

The contemporary younger generation shows a variety of characteristics in their ways of preparation for the future. Art high schools aiming to foster professional artists who will guide the future of the art specifically provides the students with the funmeworks upon which they grow as talented artists through an education of dancing. However, not all students have been succssful in achieving their goals setup at the beginning. Based on these ideas this research tries to explore the causes for immature career frustrations of the dance major students. In fulfillment of this research goal two types of interview scheme, semi-structured and unstructured, were employed together one to two times for the three-week period from March 24 to April 14 in 2018, and in-depth interviews were also conducted on four dance major students who had given up their major in the middle of their career. The research results show that the causes for immature career frustration of dance major students can be categorized into two groups: personal reasons and exterior factors. The ons consists of the excessive training, the competitive frame, the pressure of physical outllook, and the absence of goal-oriented maid, while the other contains the pressure of economic burden and the conflicts with leaders.

이 연구는 한국무용에 참여하는 노년기 여성들의 참여경험과 한국무용 활동의 의미를 탐색한 연구이다. 노년기 여성들의 한국무용 경험과 의미를 탐색하기 위해 사례연구 방법을 적용하였다. 연구 참여자들은 총 11명으로 약 4년 이상 한국무용 수업에 참여하였다. 연구 참여자들이 한국무용에 참여하게 된 계기는 잠재되어 있던 재 능을 실현하고 어린 시절 이루지 못한 꿈을 성취하고 싶은 소망, 건강한 노년을 만들기 위해서였다. 한국무용 의 섬세한 움직임을 표현하며 자신의 신체를 통한 미적경험을 하게 되었다. 한국무용을 배우며 만나게 된 동료 들은 공통된 관심사와 공유된 정서로 축소될 수 있는 노후의 사회적 관계를 유지, 확장 시켜주는 소중한 인연 으로 인식하였다. 한국무용은 신체적·정서적 어려움과 갈등을 스스로 극복하여 건강한 노년을 영위하게 하는 중요한 기제가 되었다. 연구 참여자들은 한국무용의 경험과정 속에서 연구 참여자들은 도전과 성취를 통해 긍 정적인 자아를 형성하여 노년기 삶의 구체적인 계획을 세우고 주체적으로 삶을 이끌어 가고 있었다.

This study presents an investigation into the experiences of the female elderly participating in Korean dance and their meanings. In-depth interviews and participant observation were conducted to examine the opportunities of their participation in Korean dance lessons, their diverse experiences with Korean dance, relations between Korean dance and their lives, and meanings of Korean dance in their lives. The female elderly participated in Korean dance to fulfill their childhood dream, which they were not able to pursue despite their abundant dance talent, and follow their wish of living a healthy life both mentally and physically through Korean dance in old age. They were fascinated by the aesthetics inherent in the slowness of Korean dance movements and found their most valuable life friends in their peers that shared the same sentiment in the learning process of Korean dance. They also said that they were able to overcome the moments of life hardship and physical pain by learning Korean dance. The findings indicate that Korean dance worked as an important factor for the female elderly to live a better life in old age, find their lost ego, and become the main characters of their lives.
