This study propose the direction of the plan which shows the present condition of the shared spacewith small public rental housing currently provided by the city of Seoul. First, it is necessary to plan for easyvisual access through the social exchange function, and to activate the community among the local residents. Second, it is necessary to protect privacy and prevent crime through visual interception through defensefunction. Third, it should be planned as a space for expressing individuality in houses by improving the identityof houses of 1-2 persons through leisure facilities. Fourth, it is necessary to increase visibility of residents andlocal residents through the transition function and to increase participation by locating residents and residentson the main lines. Fifth, it is urgent to plan the convenience facilities of the residential space and the otherspace through the function of the living room. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics ofshared space planning for small public rental houses and to derive their direction accordingly. In the future,according to the lifestyle of the family of 1-2 people, it is necessary to plan the expansion plan of the sharedspace of the small public rental house and the guidelines for it should be prepared.

The purpose of this study is (a) to enhance the motivation of the adolescent clients with peerrelationship problems for counseling through figure diagnostic evaluation, (b) to identify their psychologicalcharacteristics, and (c) to provide effective interventions and counseling methods based on the evaluation results. In this study, figure diagnostic evaluation was implemented on three adolescent clients, and their psychologicalcharacteristics were analyzed based on the evaluation results. The findings of this study are as follows; First,through the process of choosing figures, feeling, and talking about them, the motivation of the adolescentclients for counseling were promoted. Second, figure diagnostic evaluation worked effectively in setting goalsand direction of the counseling; the evaluation results showed the psychological characteristics of the adolescentclients with peer relationship problems. Based on the evaluation results, the problems and inner conflicts of theclients could be identified and conceptualized more effectively. Therefore, figure diagnostic evaluation isexpected to be used effectively in counseling institutions such as schools, youth counseling welfare centers, andprobation centers, etc; figure diagnostic evaluation can minimize the resistance of the adolescent clients andhelp counselors make exact diagnosis and assessment of the clients so as to make more effective interventionsin the short-term counseling.

This study aims to identify the number of latent classes that show the multiple trajectories ofself-esteem in adolescents and the mean differences among the latent classes of self-esteem in depression andaggression in the future. This study used four waves of longitudinal data from Korean Children and Youth PanelSurvey(KCYPS, 2010-2015). Subjects were the 2064 adolescents who were born in 1997. They were derived fromthe 2351 adolescents in the first year student panel in the middle school. The latent growth mixture model andthe one-way analysis of variance were used for data analysis. The major findings were as follows: this studyidentified four different latent classes: stable high self-esteem without growth, moderate but increasedself-esteem, and low but increased self-esteem, then chronic low pattern of self-esteem without growth. Theadolescents in the stable high self-esteem latent class showed lower depression and aggression in the futurethan the other latent classes. Based on the findings of this study, the researchers suggested practical implicationsin counseling for increasing self-esteem in the adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of WFK(World Friends Korea) Mid-term Volunteersprogram on Youth Competence. The results of analysis through inner self-growth effect and qualitative effect areas follows: First, in terms of inner self-growth effect, the individual ability before participation showed superiorlevels in a self-ability, goal directivity, interaction, leadership, citizenship, innovative thought ability, etc. as well asin global ability such as variety, challenges, multi-cultural education, global career ability, etc. Second, whenseeing the difference in individual ability after participation, the ability showed more or less low levels ininteraction, citizenship, innovative thought ability, etc. It is thought that more effective learning results occurredbecause the adolescents are conscious of the necessity of improvement points of their ability or adjustment incharacteristics such as conflicts among teams, social relationships, change of awareness in service spirit, problemsolution while living with other people for a long term, Third, as for the part that showed a great change, globalability also showed greater changes compared with individual ability.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects among the self-concept, work environment andjob stress of newcomer nursing teachers by the Structural Equation Modeling analysis in confluence approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 62 newcomer nursing teachers, selected for a daycare centers located inSeoul and Gyeonggi-do, Korea. In this study, Self-Concept(Lee & Koh, 2015), Work Environment(Kim & Kim,2008) and Job Stress(Seo, 2015) were used. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearsoncorrelations and structural equation modeling analysis by using SPSS 22.0. The major results of this study wereas follows: First, sub factors of work environment, self-concept and job stress had relationship. Second, workenvironment variables directly affected the teachers' self concept and job stress. Third, work environmentvariables directly affected the teachers' job stress.

Memorial architecture is space for remembering historical records, accidents, figures, places, and times. Human civilization built memorial architecture in the form of monuments, memorial halls, statues, graves, andsculpture for the purpose of delivering the past to the present visitors. Memorial architecture was globally builtfor the purpose of cherishing the memory of the death of men of power from ancient times, showing offtrophies by enjoying military victories, or cherishing the memory of tragic affairs. There were changes in themeaning and values of memorial architecture as atmospheres for reflecting on nationalism-based conquest warsand trying to remember the pain of postwar people around the world were created. This study tries to suggesta metaphorical, open, symbolic, and artistic plan of the Cheonan Memorial Hall by studying how immaterialmemory and monumentality is materialized and transferred to architecture and space. The purpose of the studyis to suggest education for adolescents, a place for cherishing the memory, and a healing place by rememberingthe pain of individuals and communities and resolving conflicts through this. The Cheonan Ship attack is the tragic tragedy that 46 persons of the total 104 crew members died as theCheonan Ship (PPC-772) which belongs to the naval ROK Fleet sunk by a torpedo attack of a North Koreansubmarine during the security mission on the sea near Baengnyeongdo Island on March 26, 2010. Thearchitectural concept of the Cheonan Memorial Hall embodied the meaning that 46 heroic warriors became thestars and protect the West Sea from the viewpoint of architecture. The diagonal elements of the stars symbolizechaos and pains of the attack and the shape that horrible memories became the stars and embrace the oceanwas expressed from the viewpoint of architecture.



과보호적 양육태도가 청소년의 우울에 미치는 영향과 학대의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of overprotective parenting behaviors towardsadolescents’ depression. This study also aims to verify mediation effect of child abuse. For these purposes,‘Korean Youth Policy Institute(NYPI)’s ‘Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)’ data was utilized. Especially,elementry 4th grades panel’s 6th data was used for this study. Subjects of this study were 2,061 male andfemale students who are engaged in middle school 3rd grade. To examine the research model, SPSS ProcessMacro analysis and bootstrapping were conducted. Research findings are as below. First, overprotective parenting behaviors were positively associated with adolescents’ depression. Also,overprotective parenting behaviors were significantly associated with child abuse positively. Child abuse waspositively associated with depression. Results of bootstrapping showed that indirect effect through child abusewas statistically significant, while direct effect of overprotective parenting behaviors was not significant. Thatmeans, child abuse working as a perfect mediator between overprotective parenting behaviors and depression. Based of these results, necessities for intervention to child abuse and overprotective parenting behaviors as away to prevent child abuse were suggested.

This study is an investigation and analysis to discuss how visitors understand the exhibits and howviewers perceive the exhibit as a basis for enhancing the accessibility of exhibition items to children 's experienceeducation. The research method can be divided into field survey and questionnaire survey using exhibition itemphoto identification card focusing on the contents of the exhibition. The results of the research and analysis areas follows: First, the types of reproduction patterns for the display items of the spectators can be classified intofive types. Second, the relationship between the correct answer rate and the play order showed that the correctanswer rate was high for exhibits with a high order of rethink. Third, it was judged that the display orderexperienced by the spectator had a great influence on the reproduction of memory. Fourth, the order ofrethinking for the exhibition identification card is influenced by the perception and evaluation of the exhibition. Fifth, the percentage of correct answers is high in the first and last exhibits in the exhibition layout, and lowerin the middle. Sixth, the characteristics of the visitor, which is easy to reproduce and has a high percentage ofcorrect answers, will be a way to improve accessibility during the exhibition. Seventh, the interest of exhibitionitems affects the memory of visitors' exhibition.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of anger and moderating effect of socialsupport for effects of cyberbullying victimization of adolescents on cyberbullying perpetration. To this end, thisstudy conducted questionnaire survey on 574 adolescents who are enrolled in 4 middle·high schools in Seoul,Gyeonggi, and Inchon. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, it was identified that there is a significantdifference in bullying perpetration, depression, anxiety, and social support according to the gender of adolescents,and cyberbullying victimization, cyberbullying perpetration, depression, and anxiety differ significantly by grade levelof adolescents. Secondly, cyberbullying victimization of adolescents was identified to be the most influential variablethat predicts cyberbullying perpetration. Thirdly, it was identified that social support mediates a relationship betweencyberbullying victimization and cyberbullying perpetration whereas anger of adolescents partially mediates arelationship between cyberbullying victimization and cyberbullying perpetration.



북한이탈청소년의 거주시설 생활에 관한 질적 연구 - 생활교사의 체험을 중심으로 -

This qualitative research was conducted to explore the life of North Korean youth defectors atresidential facilities focused on the lived experience of residential supervisors. The residential supervisors wereselected for the research to have a better understanding of the North Korean youth defectors because theywork closely and spend more time with the youths than any other professionals. Five supervisors wereinterviewed and the interview data were analyzed by a phenomenological qualitative method. The five categorieswere derived from the data and included as follows: , , ,, and . Based on the resultsof this research the practical suggestions were made as the following: First, culturally competent services shouldbe practiced to meet the unique needs of North Korean youth defectors. Second, the better treatment for thesupervisors is required to prevent from their burnout. Third, the secure non-government resources are neededto stabilize economical hardship of the facilities. Forth, the rearrangement of unprotective North Korean youthdefectors to South Korean child care facilities and public schools could be considered.

In this paper, we propose how to arbitrate child and youth with ADHD (Attention Deficit HyperactiveDisorder) in order to provide integrated understanding on them. We conducted literal and case study of them. Moreover, we observed two middle school students who tend to be ADHD as a case study so as to figure outhow they are intervened at school in terms of practical way. By doing this, we found out that there needs to bemore integrated understanding and paradigm conversion on ADHD. In addition, the educational interventionbased on elementary and middle schools because ADHD is applicable to childhood and teenagers. We proposethree ways for the educational intervention. The first is that we need diagnosis and intervention that areappropriate for the individual rather than the dichotomous classification. The second is to develop thecounselling programs and apply them to teachers and parents for change of their recognition on child andyouth with ADHD. The last one is that it is required to build network for case management associated withhome and local community as well as improvement of the early identification of ADHD at schools. It is essentialto comprehensively intervene them to address problems of ADHD. For this, schools, local community, andcountry need to join in the intervention as well as the individual and family.

This study aims to understand the problems of Korea's current education and to explore neweducational programs and spaces as an alternative to overcome them. Korea's explosive population growth fora few decades since its industrialization has allowed it to have its current educational environment based onrational education methods. However, its uniform, collective and bureaucratic social environment has forced itseducational environment to suffer from many problems. For this reason, Korea's academic community hasrecently proposed various educational environments that could resolve this problem and efficiently respond toits changing society and decreasing population. In this regard, this study seeks to present the methods toaddress the problems of forming new spaces generated as a result of the new education methods using theexisting spaces. The education theory presented in this study is the Waldorf education theory, which is aneducation method that respects children's lives and helps them live like human beings by using autonomouseducation contents and means to minimize the absurdity that could arise in the course of the state forcefullyimplementing education.



청소년의 역기능적 태도, 초기부적응도식과 우울 사이의 관계에서 부정적 자동사고의 매개효과 검증

The purpose of this study is to examine mediating effects of negative automatic thoughts in therelations between dysfunctional attitude, early maladaptive schema and depression of adolescents. Results of theresearch model using Structural Equation Modeling Analysis show that there is no difference between data andthe model as χ² value is not significant. The key research findings are as follows. First, dysfunctional attitude hasno direct effects on depression but has indirect effects on depression through negative automatic thoughts. Thisfinding suggests that the intervention of negative automatic thoughts should be focused in case of depressionderived from dysfunctional attitude. Second, early maladaptive schema shows direct effects on depression as wellas indirect effects on depression through negative automatic thoughts. This finding suggests that not only earlymaladaptive schema but negative automatic thoughts in counseling should be focused for the clients withdepression. It also presents implications and future research subjects in respect of counseling adolescents withdepression.
