Social rights are active rights followed by the responsibilities of the state and society, and are very important rights for children and adolescents, especially at an important time in the life development process. The age range of children and adolescents is so wide that it is inevitably ineffective in developing social and policy programs suitable for the characteristics of all the ages. Therefore, this study aims to explore the social rights of children and adolescents and seek welfare support measures to guarantee and promote the rights of children and adolescents. As a result of the study, considering the legal age, social awareness, and developmental characteristics of children and adolescents, it can be confirmed that it is desirable to distinguish between children and adolescents and to distinguish welfare support measures accordingly. From the perspective of social rights, while strengthening children's rights to be protected in society, the focus should be placed on the transition of adolescents to the right to be responsible for their autonomous choices. Welfare intervention allowances, educational rights, play rights, and environmental rights related to children and adolescents' social rights should be more applied to children and to adolescents.

This study aims to suggest future directions by exploring the research trends on adaptation of immigrant adolescents. For this, 39 papers were selected from KCI-indexed journal papers, and the research status, research subjects, research methods, and research contents were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, related research started in 2011 and peaked in 2018, but has recently been on a downward trend and has been published in 27 various journals. Second, the subjects of the study included a large number of children from international marriage families and from foreign families who were born abroad. Third, as for research methods, qualitative and quantitative research were 56.1% and 39.0% respectively. Fourth, the contents of the study were in the order of society/culture, school, individual, and family. Based on the results of the analysis, future research tasks and suggestions on adaptation of immigrant adolescents were provided.

This study aims to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between social support and psychological burnout perceived by youth workers, which will be used as meaningful data to prevent psychological burnout of the youth workers and increase their job satisfaction. Data surveyed 96 youth workers who were qualified and engaged in youth training facilities were analyzed. In order to achieve our research goals, we performed frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping using jamovi 2.2.4. As a result, the higher the social support, the higher the job satisfaction, and the higher the job satisfaction, the less psychological burnout was experienced. In particular, among social support, the higher the support of supervisors and colleagues, the less exhausted they experience, indicating that flexible organizational cultures and communications are important. In addition, job satisfaction is partially mediating the relationship between social support and psychological burnout; thus it is important to explore factors that can increase job satisfaction, such as creating a physically and psychologically stable working environment and improving their quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of university freshmen's ADHD tendency and computer self-efficacy on their lecture and university satisfaction and to analyze whether or not the mediating effects of their learning behaviors existed on those effects. In 2021, 382 freshmen from a private university in D metropolitan city participated in a survey. Data were collected on students' ADHD tendency, computer self-efficacy, learning behavior, lecture satisfaction, and university satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed through a Structural Equation Model(SEM). The main findings are as follows. First, it was found that the ADHD tendency of freshmen in university had indirect effects on their lecture satisfaction and university satisfaction through learning behavior and computer self-efficacy. Second, it was found that computer self-efficacy not only directly increased lecture satisfaction and university satisfaction but also indirectly increased through learning behavior. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to support the psychological characteristics such as ADHD tendency and digital literacy ability such as computer self-efficacy of university freshmen to improve their university adaptation in "with Corona" when online classes become routine in universities.

This study tried to analyze the laws and construction status of youth facilities that have both quantitative and qualitative problems, and to suggest solutions by utilizing the future youth-related policy directions. Through this, it tried to create new standards, specialization directions, spatial composition, and operation plans for the construction of youth facilities suitable for the new era to come, and to propose practical methods for actual construction by selecting regions. On a basis of the results of the study above, my suggestions for ‘Establishment of the public youth center according to local specialty' are as follows. It differs from existing studies in that specific results and suggestions for space and operation plan were derived by analyzing regions and local residents' needs, deviating from existing youth training facilities and the area-oriented standards of the facilities. However, in the absence of specific government policies and laws, there are limits to its practical application. For the quantitative expansion of youth facilities, research should be conducted to find diverse imagination and proactive methods, rather than relying solely on the will of the youth-related government.

In order to create a student-centered educational space in preparation for the future society, the paradigm of school space such as individualized space and smart space is changing. In this study, in implementing the high school credit system for existing high schools in order to solve the problems of the educational environment that may occur in the existing school facilities in the implementation of the full-fledged high school credit system, the future curriculum is implemented while maximizing the use of the existing facilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the possible ways to do it. In order to accommodate the high school credit system in this study, in addition to the quantitative aspect, since it is operated in a qualitative aspect, that is, a ‘curriculum type’, the movement of students occurs a lot, so the need for proper spatial arrangement is raised. Therefore, in this study, in order to satisfy the existing school facilities, it was intended to be used as the basic data for the establishment of the high school credit system by analyzing the layout type of the teacher building, which is the main learning space for students. L-shape and C-shape were the most common layouts for teacher buildings in existing schools.

The purpose of this study is to investigate perceptions and needs for meditation education among adolescents according to the meditation experience. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 221 adolescents. The results derived from this study are as follows. First, there were significant differences in lying down meditation, walking meditation, story meditation, and awareness of the purpose of meditation education in the perception of adolescents' meditation types according to meditation experience. In the perception of the necessity of meditation education by adolescents according to meditation experience, there was a significant difference in perception of the necessity of meditation education, and there was a significant difference in 'to improve my academic achievement'. Second, according to the meditation experience, it was found that there was a significant difference in the demand for operation time, activity time, and activity cycle of adolescents' meditation education program. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data for the construction of a meditation program for youth in the future by examining the perception and demand for meditation education according to the meditation experiences of adolescents.

This study was conducted to explore various influencing factors for adaptation to college life and drop-out prevention of new students in the 2021 academic year of B University. College student Adaptability Test(CAT) was conducted for all first-year students, and the final 1,025 subjects were the final research subjects. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between college adaptability variables and college satisfaction, college adaptability variables and dropout tendency. As a result of the study, academic cohesion, social cohesion, career identity, relationship with professors, emotional support at home, and stability in academic continuity were analyzed as significant factors that increase college satisfaction. Factors affecting the risk of dropping out of freshmen were analyzed. As a result, it was found that the higher the academic integrity, emotional stability, satisfaction with college education, and stability of academic continuity, the other variables except the relationship with the professor, the lower the tendency to dropout. On the other hand, social cohesion, career identity, and educational service satisfaction did not have a significant effect. Based on these results, a university-level plan was proposed to increase the discussion and university satisfaction.
