Chinese Communist Party declared the slogan “The way to development of Chinese socialism culture”. They want to be a powerful culture country on culture-general plan, culture-goal and culture-policy aspects. So we should understand the Xi Jin ping(chinese head of state)'s concept what is based on the Humanism and review that China can be a cultural country, indeed. As it is highlighted in the ‘One Belt and One Road’, China attempts to build its image as a leading country in the new type of international relationship and peace while distancing herself from the ideology of cold-war. This is an old dream of global management of China as a great nation. Facing such great change, now the ‘Korean-Chinese humanities exchanges’ could work effectively provided Korea goes along with China's next planning. Therefore Korea should keep up its step with China by expanding the mutual student exchanges and at all other cooperative fields in the course of realizing and strengthening the authentic humanities exchanges of the two countries. Thus for this, the previously suggested ‘Korea-China Humanities Forum’ and the ‘Silk-Road Forum’ are highly expected to work well.

Most cities including Busan Metropolitan Government, have established international exchange organizations for promoting international activities as a government policy for supporting foreign residents and international exchanges. However, municipal government only has limited budget for carrying out these core objectives. Local international organization should have clear identity and unique characteristics at its foundational level. Without specialization, effectiveness of these programs cannot be achieved to the desired expectation. It is crucial for local based international organizations to expand their programs and to ensure stability in all aspects. However, In a long-term view, it is more important that local international exchange organization take a intermediary role as a platform for schools and organizations between Busan and other overseas cities. Furthermore, the local international exchange organizations should put more effort on building networks among related organizations such as international offices in universities, Education Offices, foreigner assistance facilities, foreign community, interest groups and other such International Organizations. Local international exchange organizations should work on converting from intangible information as established network to a tangible data by the digital-systematization. And then, it should take a role of share and publicize the international network information.

This Study is to analyze acculturation patterns of North Korean Migrants(NKM) in South Korea. The scale was applied The East Asian Acculturation Measure(EAAM) developed by Barry. Analysis showed that the most of NKM tend to be integration and assimilation rather than separation or marginalization styles. Average monthly wage and learning experience for South Korean society were associated with separation, marginalization, and assimilation. The lower participants got salary, the more likely they were to separation and marginalization. And those of who did not have learning experiences for South Korean society were significantly associated with separation and marginalization. The findings suggest that the acculturation patterns of NKM may have a positive impact on their adaptation. In order to integrate better into the South Korean society for NKM, the policy should provide stable employment opportunities and education programs to recognize between NKM and South Koreans.

The purpose of this study is to compare Kim Su-young with Gu cheng, a Chinese poet representing modernism, and lay the ground to compare the two in several aspects. First, they faced a similar background of society. After ‘4․19’ in Korea and ‘the Cultural Revolution’ in China, the two nations had different systems as capitalism and socialism each; however, only the names were different, but both were under dictatorship. It made the poets’ consciousness of participation rise to describe reality. Second, aside from that background of society, the two poets transcended the borders of genres or concepts like ‘realism’ or ‘modernism’ with their critical view and realized ontological ‘participation’ already. They were more faithful to their own awareness of reality as well as poetic sense, and with this keen sense of criticism, they realized aesthetics in the poetry of participation. Kim Su-young deems that the true poetry of participation is not about the theoretical concept in which ‘the poetry of participation’ has originated from but the substantiality itself which is already internalized in unconsciousness. In other words, he sees that the true aspect of the poetry of participation is not the ideology as a concept preceding political ideology but what does not even have to be defined as a genre with the behavior itself. Gu cheng also did not separate politics from aesthetics and saw ‘the consciousness of participation’ was one of the prerequisites. When it comes to beautiful poems, he says aestheticity is not the only condition but participation for the sake of ‘participation’ is not the goal, either. He thinks that aesthetics is a preceding condition in the relations between politics and aesthetics but political consciousness is also essential and the combination of them forms the power to change the world. Writing the poems of participation combined with aesthetics, both Kim Su-young and Gu cheng stuck to ‘seeing’, and here ‘seeing’ implies a lot of things. It is not mere ‘seeing’ but the manifestation of subjective power involved in rebuilding the world. Also, the view they sees is what gets to be reconstructed by being dismantled and turned over under the internal criteria not just remaining hidden, and it is the most essential prerequisite for participation.

The culture is being variously used, as its range of concept expands. Sometimes, to improve the image of the city, traditional culture or something containing potential value of the city is publicized. As the marketing through such culture is used in tourism, recently the cultural tourism attracts public attention as a form of alternative tourism different from mass tourism. Current package tourism make tourists lost their free will and push them only to consume the products, whereas the cultural tourism is reflected the latest social conditions, which want to see, feel and experience the region's culture and history. Nevertheless, even in the cultural tourism, most of tourists see the parts which are the things travel agencies or the media want to be seen due to the marketing elements. In the case of our country, while the local festivals as a field of the cultural tourism combined with cultural elements are used of a means to attract tourists, the cultural tourism festival is the most common type of that kind. Festival is also processed as a product selected from 'meaningful past' or 'traditional culture' of certain region. Of course, something, which has never been related to newly produced festival, is made with adding storytelling work and transplanting cultural value. The city of Busan is now working on the cultural festival of 'Busan International Film Festival' to solidify it as a city image beyond a tourism level. However, now is the time when the infra being able to produce films, not a film city only with its image, has to be established and its own independent programs have to be operated by budgetary independence.

It is the social role of Chinese Women in the minds of the Korean envoys who compiled Yonhaengnok that this paper analyzes, thus making a difference from the previous researches on the images of Chinese women depicted in Yonhaengnok. From those Korean envoys’ perspective, ideal women should take the social responsibility of being married, raising children, taking good care of husband and even the whole big family, all of which were also what the patriarchal society expected women to do. What should be noted in Yonhaengnok, however, is that the social value in the existence of women was so self-evident that it could not be denied, no matter in what ways the Korean envoys constructed female images. The Korean envoys depicted the social value and significance of Chinese women in the aspects of body and spirit, and came to a conclusion: The Chinese women whose value was beyond what their bodies meant to family served as the main embodiment of the local and state prosperity, and such pure female images became role models for their good spirits, regardless of the value of their bodies. At present when Peng Liyuan, China’s first lady, exerts considerable influences on promoting the appeal of Chinese culture, this study has practical implications on repositioning the social roleof modern women and reconstructing the images of China and South Korea.
≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫ is a book written by Konghai, an extremely influential Japanese Buddhist monk, when he returned to Japan after studying in Tang Dynasty of China. The ≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫ was written on the basis of ≪Yupian≫ or Chinese Dictionary with reference to several other Seal Scripts which were edited by GuYeWang in the period of Southern Dynasties. ≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫ is the first Chinese Dictionary, which contained the shape of characters of Seal Scripts and the Official Scripts in the period of Tang Dynasty. There are more than 1,000 Seal Characters ≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫. This research paper compared these Seal Characters with the shape of characters in ≪Shuowenjiezi≫ and has come to find that some of the radicals and characters had been changed through the historical processes. The 9 radicals which were selected among them are 口, 單, 行, 殳, 肙, 曹, 良, 門, 戈 and this research paper tried to find how their changes had been developed from carapacial characters to ≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫. This research first compared all of these characters with the shape of characters of caraparacial characters and epigraph in order to track their original shapes and meanings. For this purpose, this research paper has taken four stages: 1) researching the history of shapes of characters in the process of the change from carapacial characters to the characters of Zhanguo, from the characters of Zhanguo to small seal character, from small seal character to the simplified square style of writing Chinese characters, and finally from the simplified square style of writing Chinese characters to the square; 2) finding out the succeeded shapes of characters, 3) researching out the shapes of the characters the particular periods from which the succeeded shapes of characters came from, 4) finally researching out what the unusually changed shapes of the characters are. The Seal Characters of ≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫ had been influenced by the ones of ≪Shuowenjiezi≫ and also by the other books, and ≪Zhuanliwanxiangmingyi≫ had come to contain the Seal Characters which are not in ≪Shuowenjiezi≫. It was due to the influence of the simplified square style and the square in the characters in Tang Dynasty. Therefore, the Seal Characters which are not found in ≪Shuowenjiezi≫ are good references for us to study the variant letters.
Fan chi once asked Ren, Confucius answered love. From here, we all think that the Ren has a mean - love. In spite of this, we changed the Ren to love to read the analects of Confucius is met a lot of contradictions. Therefore, the author tries to look at this discusses the real meaning of Ren, and found Ren had entered the social, choice conforming to the meaning of the monarch. Therefore, Confucius is not Ren is equivalent to the meaning of love, but the one of the main characteristics of Ren for love. From this point of view, we can doubt whether Ren asked us have to follow? In other words, said Ren can be said to obey, and obedience to have two kinds of meaning: one is the positive obedience, the other is the meaning of negative follow blindly. So in the analects of Confucius, and another disciple Zi lu and Zi gong attacked the Guan zhong not follow his monarch die together. However, Confucius did not agree with their opinion, instead of correcting the idea said “it is just the surface of the kernel.” Therefore, Ren of the real meaning is choice to comply with the monarch to settle the country and make people life safe.

Natsume Soseki has been considered as one of the representative writer of Japanese modern literature. When Natsume Soseki wrote the “Kokoro” is the time of introducing the individualistic ideology along with the modernization of Japan. It was uneasy time with old and new social values, due to the confrontation between the generations. The deaths of the Emperor Meiji and the General Nogi mean the symbol of “the end of the Meiji era” to the people who lived in the era of Meiji. Being abandoned alone from his family and a trusty friend made K feel the “despair” and “anxiety” deeply. And they are the main reasons to commit suicide to K eventually. K’s suicide compelling that teacher feel constrained to commit a suicide too. Because the teacher felt the sense of ethics and guilt. Finally the teacher identified me as K feeling my sincerity and also choose me as “Kaishakunin” who is a witness of the teacher’s honorable death. But every suicide cannot avoid criticism of egoism of extreme selfishness.

Two city of Fukuoka and Kitakyushu adjoin each other in Fukuoka Prefecture. The two cities had grown steadily into nucleus cities until 1970s. However, nowdays, the two cities show differences about economic strategy and urban regeneration, especially, these cities are showing exact opposite population change. This study, above all, is descriptive of the population change between the two cities. Then, this study supposes that there are two causes in population change. Firstly, there is a differences of the two cities in policy. The policy of the two cities is divided into ‘Culture based policy’ and ‘Technology based policy’. Secondly, there is awareness changes of young people. Japanese youths no more put a bigger emphasis on money in life. They put high value on enjoying cultural life instead of chasing money. Accordingly, Japanese youths tend to move to cities which are culturally advanced and provide a better condition for their living. Thus, this research deduces that two causes are providing a strong synergy effect on population change between two cities, then, derives the importance of cultural policy and implications.

This paper classifies Korean equivalents of 「sareru」 form, a Japanese passive expression of verbs of Chinese origin, into four different Korean forms: 「doeda」 「batta」 「danghada」 and 「hada」. The result is that 「sareru」 form has three Korean passive equivalents including forms of 「doeda」 「batta」 and 「danghada」. To define the selection standards among the three passive expressions, the cases are divided into three: when only 「doeda」 form is accepted: when only 「batta」 translation is possible: when only 「danghada」 form is accepted. Furthermore, this paper questions the possibility of replacement among the three passive expressions to establish definitive selection standards of Korean expressions corresponding to Japanese passive verbs of Chinese origin. Previous studies of Korean active equivalents of Japanese passive expressions have explained the translation shift based on ‘the difference in perspective’ or ‘the difference in the expression structure’. This paper, however, analyzes two different corresponding cases previous explanations have failed to explain. 1. For stative Korean verbs of Chinese origin 2. For verbs of Chinese origin having no Korean equivalents of Chinese origin

This study pays attention to the subtitles frequently employed when broadcasting Korean TV variety shows, and analyzes the functions of “attributive-final forms” occurring sentence-finally in the subtitles. Specifically, the attributive-final forms occurring sentence-finally in the TV variety subtitles were categorized into three types depending on the “mode” of their appearance, and subsequently their functions were analyzed. The major findings of this study are as follows. (Ⅰ) Attributive-final forms were found to serve four primary functions, i.e. Emphasis, mmary/Interpretation, Depicting, and Assertion-avoidance, arranged in order of frequency (from the most frequent to the least). (Ⅱ) In many cases, it is impossible to reconstruct a head noun following the attributive-final form. (Ⅲ) One of the noteworthy distributional characteristics of attributive-final forms is that most of these forms are in the present or past tense, arguably motived by the speaker’s intention to seek the addressee’s or the producer’s empathy/understanding and to make the description more vivid.

This study tries to summarize the seminars which are held to give efficient methods for teaching practices to students who plans to have russian language as a foreign language classes in the korean middle schools. the author emphasizes the criterions of choosing learning texts and materials, teaching methods in accordance with the korean school conditions and environments and mentalities of korean middle school students who are interested with russian language as a foreign language. Here it is important to continue the principles of illustrative complex and different-coloured thematic pages in choosing the teaching and learning texts or supplementary materials, for example. In addition to this, another recommendation is agreed in the seminars, like the principle of continuousness of ‘vocabulary storage - grammar system - cultural linguistic knowledge’. In any case it is important to strictly observe the first rule in the fields of russian language as a foreign language - systemicity or systematical structure. One of the moments of important aspects is the communicative role of practicer-teacher as a organizer and participant in the communication processes. In this sense practicer-teacher also have to try to fulfill the function of communication organizer and at the same time participant. therefore the positive qualities of practicer-teacher like communication capability, systemicity and functionality and so on are naturally stressed here. And also practicer-teacher must try to form the images of learning students about language, especially to form the linguistic-cultural background knowledge as a reflection of social-cultural, national components. In this connection, at least one of the 3 strategies -so to speak, cognition strategy, strategy of memory, compensator strategy- is also recommended to do for practicer-teacher. Or practicer-teacher can devise all 3 above-mentioned strategies for their goals according to circumstances.
