This Study sets on the Aural Images in Jeong, Ji-yong’s poetry. In 1930’s, people had got a great shock for Jeong, Ji-young’s poetry, as he desplayed unique ways of using images So Lots of Studies concentrates on Visual Images on his poetry and Modernity with ocularcentrism. But Ocularcentrism occurs some problems. It not only makes the other sensories be out but also be gone backward the subject. Also studies on In Jeong, Ji-yong’s poetry which concentrated on visual images leave something desired. So this Study sets on the auditory images in Jeong, Ii-yong’s poetry. In his poetry, modernity causes the division of Subject and it comes out metallic sound like steam whistle of a train or a ferry boat and sounds of hands of a timepiece. And these sounds make the poetic subject could not maintain durability of world-perception. But the poetic subject in Jeong, Ji-yong’s poetry recognizes that the world around itself is broken and it can not return to peaceful Utopia which in its childhood was beautiful. But affection of the lost world could be heard a small sound which came from long distance. These sounds are very weak, sensitive and beautiful. The poetic words linked these sounds are“ whisper”,“ flutter”, “prattle”. These are from a small and fragile objects like birds, bees, flowers and streams those the poetic subject loves. These sounds combine the past and the present time and faraway and here. In Jeong, Ji-yong’s second poetical works『 Baekrokdam』, poetic subject comes out into lifeworld and the sounds also become big and detail. Though the real sound what poetic subject desire is idealistic, poetic subject strarts to listen around its world. From animals, friends, mountains, the poetic subject hear the sounds bigger and nearer.
Shinyong Kim began his writing work, publishing 「angdong-sipeon」 and six other poems in magabook 「yeondae-si-sasang」in 1988. In a category, so-called‘ poem of labor’, his works described the painful life or a sense of alienation of the urban poor through concrete imagination and awareness about the harsh reality. Calmly dissolved critical consciousness of civilization is also shown throughout his poetical works. These prove that the works of the poet had been created not by the theory of the literature, but by his own life experience. Kim, Shinyong shows a strong will to overcome the dryness of life, based on a sense of despair and alienation which the bottom of the world created. The will and the pain of the poet’s life moves toward the language of love for neighbors. An expression of his consciousness of writing makes expansion to world which embraces pain in the memory of the past and eyes of heart contacting with present life. One critic commented “Shinyong Kim is newly discovered poet in 2000’s poetry world”. Only a paper, however, covers the value of the poems, and the others have focuses access through criticism and book reviews rather than through the academic approach. -55- 23 학회2-이병일33-56 2013.9.5 4:23 PM 페 이지55 Therefore, This paper aims to see how poetic imagery of the experiential language be constructed in Shinyong Kim’s works. More specific, by connecting will to overcome poverty and suffering and the process for introspection - the internal cause of poetic transformation, this paper will place emphasis on seeing his poetry world comprehensively. Park, Gyejoo is a remarkable novelist in the history of modern Korean Literature in novels, although there are not many studies of him so far. His work(SoonAeBo 『殉愛譜』) brought him a great deal of popularity nationwide when it was published in 1939. SoonAeBo has won a special literary award for novels organized by 『MaeilSinbo, 每日新報』at 1939, then became a best-selling piece printed in millions of copies - even made into a film. However critics and literary experts in Korea did not show general interests to SoonAeBo as it was shown just as a popular novel for public readers. The title SoonAeBo means that of‘ Love that sacrifices its chastity for power in human history’which brings a surmise of a work affected by the colonial ruling ideology as a ‘meoulsabonggong(滅私奉公, self-annihilation for the sake of one’s country) in coercion from militarists of the end of Japan Imperialism. The theme of this novel is based on Christian pastor Yi, Yong Do’s creed in mysticism of suffering and love for mankind. In post-liberation era, Park, Gyejoo published an anthology Cheoneoygee(處女地) based on his experience in Manchuria, but this collection of short stories was less recommended compared to his former novel. After 1950’s, he concentrated on writing serial stories in a newspaper. His later works faces most of principle events in the Korean modern history such as the prosecution of Christianity in 1860’s, pre-and post-conditions of social standings in the 6.25(Korean War), continual of anti-Japanese movements opposing to Japanese Imperialism and a collapse of the Liberal Party of South Korea etc. In this context, hence the archetypal characteristics of Park’s novel can be presented based on a Christian spirituality and of criticizing the social reality throughout in the era he lived.

Lee Seung Woo’s〈 The Old Diary〉and〈 The Story of a Storyteller〉are his short novels that shows the characteristic features of confessional narrative and meta-writing. These striking features enables us to pay attention to the relationship between the themes and methodologies of his novels. As such, this paper studied the relationship between the confessional narrative and the meta-writing from the following three points of view. Firstly, the sense of guilt of the character had been carved as a trauma in his childhood and was represented as a ‘diary’, that is to say confessional narrative, through his recollection. Secondly, the confessional narrative gained vital force through the process in which the desires of the author and the reader overlap and combine each other. This process shows that the essence of narrative lies in the conjugation of the narrative of desire and the desire of narrative. Thirdly, the repetition of the narrative could be interpreted as something like a therapy for curing the sense of guilt. These three considerations could illuminate from new perspectives how Lee approached the problem of the sense of guilt by psychoanalytic writings. Although Lee is excavating religious and metaphysical themes, he does not present direct conclusion leading to the themes. He only shows diverse indirect ways to approach the themes through psychoanalytic writings and meta-narratives.

The movie「 Architecture 101」is the content, that changes used motive ‘first love’and the existing story to unfamiliar and makes new story. Especially it creates the other new myth of ‘first love’through demythological strategy breaking mythological image, that the existing motive‘ first love’showed. The movie makes use of used materials in TV drama 「Winter Sonata」, that has become to myth of ‘first love’story, successfully completed renovation storytelling with reasonable and rational perspectives to win sympathy from viewers, live in the demythological age of 21C, and with detail aesthetics of revisiting the past through filming recollections of the 1990s. The narrative strategies of this movie are a framed structures, no mythological structure of existing contents such as a structure for immersion, and the method of objectively keeping distance from the object. The movie 「Architecture 101」changes idealized fantastic characters of first love in the TV drama 「Winter Sonata」to realistic characters with materialistic and commercial characteristic. This movie describes spaces, comparing loving relationship to house building, above all, tacitly criticizes recognition of the people, who only pursue phenomenistic spaces, while drawing logical space story from a realistic viewpoint. For all that, this movie delivers a fantasy of consolation to the audience through the process of the characters’s self-reflection and Seo- Yeon’s house building like space of the womb. House building in Jeju Island become a new mythological image with collective unconscious of the people for audiences, who also desire the fantasy in the demythological age. The demythological strategy demonstrates a fiction and uniformity of the myth and makes to interpret the reality, but the movie「 Architecutre 101」do not maintain this strategy and finds out a popular point of compromise. That is, the movie renovates mythological image using the demythological strategy, ironically takes out new fantasy. This is the limit of commercial movie, and the renovation storytelling strategy, the movie of today points at the same time.

This study aimed to figure out the early aspects of North Korean style lyricism with special reference to“ Lee Yong-Ak Anthology”published in 1957 by Chosun Writers Association Press. The early aspects of North Korean style lyricism shown in“ Lee Yong- Ak Anthology”can be divided into three. Firstly, there is a lyrical formation by the description of poetic space. Poems of Lee Yong-Ak had a characteristics to reflect lyrical image by means of landscape description before his defect to North Korea. Since his defect to North Korea, such poetic characteristics expressed hopeful and optimistic reality for the construction of utopia beyond a simple landscape description. Secondly, there is a lyrical image embodied by the routine of ordinary workers and love of the youth. Lyricism in North Korea created a methodology to find out unique style through the communist party convention. One particular thing to point out was ‘lyrical main character’. This was generally embodied under the love story between workers and the youth. The intention of such frame was to educate people to comply with the state value and to train people for the task of the communist party. Thirdly, there is a distinct North Korean lyrical feature through the combination between lyric and epic. The most unique feature in North Korean style lyricism is that it expanded the meaning of lyricism by the mix of lyric with epic. It is called“ lyrical epic.”Except for works classified in this genre, such features are widely shown in the overall works. Two lyrical characteristics mentioned in this study are embodied in the frame of epic at large. The early aspects of North Korean lyricism can be defined as a process of socialistic appropriation of existing lyrical concept which was allegedly knows as a polluted concept derived from the western bourgeois society.

‘Community-oriented writing’starts from the reflection of current teaching method of writing. It present concrete methodology of reflecting others and community and meeting democratic experience through writing. This is designed to develop ideal writing education so that students cannot only improve their writing skill but also can build an upright character.‘ Community-oriented writing’aims to nurture leaners to be‘ ideal and creative members’of‘ desirable community’by making them to go to the place of others, where they thought was far away. It also enables learners to experience ‘mature emotion and reflection’ through writing. Community-oriented writing sets a work of getting out of one, the main agent of writing, as a stepping-stone. The main agent of writing has been brought in as an identical existence as individual`s existential and ontological agent of life. It can be classified into three main phases; 1) one, a new/different writing agent, reaches out to others with empathy 2) make desirable community to be with others symbolically 3) re-establish oneself in a community. It can be expected to give college students, who are clumsy in making relationship with others and have no place to blend in, an experience of‘ happy sharing’. Furthermore, for teachers who are, like most of the students, exhausted by personalized and functionalized writing, it can open up the opportunity for them to experience living techniques of writing in community.
