Private security industry employers in Korea has not concerned with the importance of training and education by lack of recognition and has been passive about qualified guards. And the authorities supervising and the administrating the guards has not recognized the importance of private security and has neglected the training of the guards. Korea has been operated the guard-instructor system for the acquiring the specialization of the security personnel since 1997, but there has been many problems. This study reviews the guard-instructor system in Korea comprehensively and suggests the efficient operation method of that system.

The objectives of this study is to analyze the curriculum based on the hypothesis of bodyguarding related department and to research the differences of the amongthree groups of public bodyguarding, private bodyguarding and bodyguarding professors with its significance in order to establish the development of direction in education curriculum for bodyguarding related departments at university level,For this purpose, this study categorized the sample group into three kind and surveyed them, Those are public bodyguarding members, private bodyguarding member, and the professors and 121 samples were selected in those three with the help of self-admistrated method, which is one of the sampling methods, First, among the current bodyguarding related theoretical disciplines significant differences among groups was presented by the evaluations on bodyguarding science, traffic safety management, fire extinguishing, secretary science, administration, psychology, sports education, sport physiology, jurisprudence and philosophy, which showed differences among groups through the multiple comparison, But there was no significant difference among the means of the groups concerned with the other curriculum, We could know that more curriculum is needed to facilitate the private bodyguarding in disciplines and system of the current theory in this study. For it is predicted the demand for the private bodyguarding will increase continuously in the future. for which we should prepare. Thus it is required to increase the theoretical curriculum of the private bodyguarding. That is. the models of curriculum like introduction to machinary guarding. introduction to communication. computer theory and so on are required to be established. In addition to that. it must be noticed that the current private bodyguarding is not guaranteed by the legitimate institution. But the private bodyguarding is related to the police service. thus the curriculum of jurisprudence and police science should be studied together.

Recently, the industry of private security needs to cope with system for specialization improvement to security business. Currently, there have been the appearance of diverse types crime, however, the stalking can be regarded as a kind of new comer in the issue of contemporary crimes. The stalking has been focused on famous people and entertainers in the past, whereas more seriously, the range of victims has expanded to the general public in recent. In particular, the stalking is closely connected with sexual harrassment. The most of the stalking have happened between men and women. Therefore, it can be mentioned that shadowing, trespassing, threatening, watching and concealment in the first would move on harrassment and even murder. The stalking has been based on anonymity, following the information- oriented trend. Also, it shows its seriousness that the range of stalking victims has been expanded from limited people to the general public. Hence, all possible governmental and private resources need to be converged into the construction of social, legal and security methods for the protection and counterplan against the stalking.

This study is on the female crimes, and I study the scholars' researched outlooks about it till now on through the theoretical background of female crimes. I analyzed and checked a cause of female crimes by dividing it into a biological, a psychologic medical, and a sociological factor. Finally, the contents of this study not only prevents and reduces an occurrence of female crimes in our country but also secures an establishment of returning policy to the society for the female who finished their prison terms as a sound social members.

While fire is very useful to our life, the number of the victims of fire continues to increase, This study suggests the ways to rescue the people safely when they are subject to a fire in a high-rise building. To this end, the concept of fire is reviewed. Fire breaks out when the conditions for congestion are met, and therefore. if any of the conditions can be blocked, the fire will be extinguished. In other words. the knowledge of such conditions will greatly help the fire fighters to rescue the people, and so. such conditions for congestion as flammable, heat, oxygen and chain reaction are examined. In addition, the effects of such by-products of fire as heat and smoke on human body are reviewed. In order to rescue the people more safely, the fire fighters are requested to review the situation and design a rescue strategy before being engaged in a full-scale rescue activity. This study discusses various rescue methods using such passages or equipments as stair case, double ladder, special fire fighting vehicle, elevator, jumar, rope, helicopter, etc. In conclusion. since it is more difficult to rescue the people from a high-rise building than from the ground, it is essential to design a rescue program not after fire but before it and thereby, minimize the number of victims.

The best solution for businesses is prevention of accidents. This will increase profits and cost-effectiveness as well as increase customer satisfaction. The company should form a security management department for comprehensive protection of assets. The goal of security management employees should be productive and effective security management. Every employee should have responsibility in mind to prevent accidents in his or her work. In addition, The company should have a systematic organization in place and regular training sessions. The most effective security management comes from cooperation of all members. In the 21st century, we pursue a high standard of living which is a result of our cooperation against any accident and loss.
