Responses from the information users on the information technology are very important considerations when majority of the companies are going to introduce information technology by way of computers. When new information technology is introduced, resistance from the information users are likely to be happen and if suitable management about this is not carried out, resistance from the users of information technology will be continued. It is needed for the companies to minimize user's resistance about the information technology to reduce the introduction cost of information technology and to elevate the degree of use. To reduce the resistance from the users about information technology, factors which affect the resistance of users should be analyzed first and it will be effective to control those factors later on. Therefore it will be meaningful for the successful management of information technology if several factors which affect the resistance of users about information technology are searched out and managed. The purpose of this study is to find various factors which affect the resistance of the individuals in the organization about information technology in the process of introducing information technology. The relationship between the factors and factors which affect indirectly to the information technology are the things which are supposed to be considered to the companies who are going to introduce information technology in the long run. Instead of decreasing the resistance directly, let individuals in the organization decreases the resistance by themselves is a more effective way and may have less side effects, in terms of controlling the members in the organization.

This Report aims at Development of field approached MIS curriculumn appropriate to specialty of junior college, based on the thoughts that it is necessary to set the skill and the conception rightly through the knowledge and the theory about the whole field of management, to provide a continous and consistant education, to produce MIS graduates required at enterprises. For that, considering function and roll of the junior college, curriculumns which have been opened and managed as a major study, the level of knowledge which is required to the men who is in charge of practical information business at demand site, subjects which is desirable to be a major study, the knowledge which is required to the MIS graduates in present and future, a condition of deucation investment.

In the situation of Korean company today it is considered that the necessity of developing a corporate culture is not only more important than ever, but also indispensable to the organization management in the future. Focused on the development of corporate culture, the purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the direction of corporate culture development on its own strength. The method of this study is the empirical method based on theoretical one with the previous bibliographical studies. It is thought that in viewpoints of the culture pragmatists, the development of corporate culture means the intentional and systematic creation of culture. And, the direction of corporate culture development is thought as the management philosophy a corporate desires, or the desirous direction of corporate culture to express the management policy. According to the results of this study, it is found that the progressive direction of the corporate culture development has the most intensive influence on the various sides. Therefore, the management should research and develop the progressive value of culture more deeply, to get the effective development of corporate culture.

1. Today mass communication informs us of the unethical behaviors of business almost everyday and the social interest about them including individuals implicated in loss and gain grows larger. It is the real aspect that business manager and scholars do not cope with the situation. 2. Five business ethical scales as justice theory, relativism, egoism, utilitarianism, deontological theory and information ethics were applied to this thesis. 3. Hypothesis : There will he a difference in the response on five ethical scales and the recognition degree of information ethics with consumers. 4. The response on five ethical scales with the sex of consumers showed a significant difference but that with the age showed a little difference that with the academic career showed a significant difference in justice theory, relativism, utilitarianism and deontological theory 5. The recognition degree of information ethics with the age and academic career of consumers showed a significant difference and the hypothesis was accepted, but that with the sex showed a little difference.

Behaviors of organizational members can be classified as two types. One is behavior required to perform formally given job. The other is a various kind of behavior taken voluntarily but not required directly and formally to perform job. The former can be called as in-job behavior while the latter can be called as extra-job behavior. Many organizational scientists so far, have focused on investigating in-job behavior. Yet, from a decade, organizational researchers have recognized that in-job behavior alone can not explain sufficiently job performance or organizational effectiveness Thus. they have paid attention to extra-job behavior, which is generally called as organizational citizenship behavior. Existing studies of organizational citizenship behavior have three types : First type is studying the concept and components of organizational citizenship behavior. Second tope is studying the determinants of organizational citizen-ship behavior and relationships with it. And third type is studying relatioships between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. This study, therefore, have purposes as follows : Firstly, this study designs a comprehensive model in the below figure and generates inclusive hypotheses about relationships among antecedents, intermediate factors, and the components of organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, this study investigating empirically such relationships and draws a picture of mediation roles of the intermediate variables. To design the model and generate the hypotheses, this study conducted a comprehensive literature survey on organizational citizenship behavior. To test the hypotheses, this study collected data from 847 employees at 12 large genral hospitals in Pusan area through a questionnaire survey and conducted the three step mediated regression analysis using the SAS-PC Package.

Recently, object-oriented concepts and technology are on the leading edge of programming language and database systems research, and their usefulness in those contexts has been successfully demonstrated. The adoption of object-oriented concept to the design of model bases has several benefits. From the perspectives of object-oriented approach, models in a model base are viewed as object which encapsulate their states and behaviors. This paper focuses on the design of an object-oriented model base that handles various resources of DSS(data, knowledge, models, solvers) in a unified fashion. For the design of a model base, we adopted Object Modeling Techniques(OMT). An object model of OMT can be used for the conceptual design of an overall model base schema. The object model of OMT provides several advantages over the conventional approaches in model base design. The main advantage are model reuse, hierarchical model construction, model sharing, meta-modeling, and unified model object management.

This paper addresses the critical factors of customer satisfaction between department store which is characterized as a good service quality and discount store which has a competitive advantage on price dimension. The result showed that overall satisfaction of department store was slightly higher than that of discount store. Also, it was found that only service quality was a good indicator as a customer satisfaction of department store. However, overall satisfaction of discount store was significantly affected by both price and service quality. The study contributes to our understanding of how department store and discount store develop KSFs(key success factors) of customer satisfaction.
