Since Capital Asset Pricing Model(CAPM) was proposed in the early 1960s by William Sharpe(1964) and John Lintner(1965) researchers have investigated the validity of the model. The results of empirical researches do not show that expected returns of stocks seem to be determined solely by systematic risk of the stocks as precicted by CAPM. In this paper the relationship between transaction volume and expected returns of stocks was investigated. Empirical cross-sectional analysis about the data collected from Stock Market of Korea Exchange shows transaction volume and variability of stock returns play an important role in pricing assets. The well-known variables which were used traditionally to explain the differences of expected returns among stocks such as the size and beta of a stock seems to be unimportant in pricing assets.

Researches on the introduction of ERP system kept on examining the critical successful factors (CSFs) that focus on factors to achieve effectively successful projects, and trying to measuring the actual effectiveness of the introduction of ERP system. However, most of the preceding researches on the effectiveness of the introduction of ERP system that was searching devoted effects has been ceased, and actually even researches on the economical results have just done the basic cognitive evaluation of result indicators by many questionnaires instead of objective measuring values, because of the difficulty of measuring the evaluation of the result. Moreover, researches on positive effects of the introduction of ERP on enterprise results and researches that failed to give advantageous effects showed different results each other. And a part of researches reported that only a part of result indicators were partially affected. In this research, we investigated Korean large enterprises or middle-sized enterprises in manufacture industry that introduces SAP R/3 and Oracle package to compare their quantitative financial results after the introduction of ERP system, in order to measure the effects of the ERP system. First, we evaluated the difference of the quantitative financial results before and after the introduction of the ERP system. Second, we evaluated the opportunities shown by the effects after the introduction of the ERP system. Third, we removed the sample of the exchange crisis (IMF) and executed the additional analysis to reflect the average increasing and decreasing rate in the industry, so that pure evaluation can be achieved. Inherent limits of precedent researches are removed and practical effects of the pure introduction of the ERP system are evaluated, so the research of this research is significant. The result of this research is as follows. Because of the introduction of ERP, the rate of turnover of inventory property has increased and sales of preparation inventory property have decreased so that more effective inventory property management has been achieved. Moreover, preparation sales of labor costs and preparation sales of the number of employees have decreased to show the effect of the reduction of labor costs. However, it could no be concluded that we could increase the profit due to the introduction of ERP system. Due to the introduction of ERP, although we concluded that the return on assets (ROA) and the additional value of one-person employee statistically showed obvious differences and increased, the return on equity failed to show obvious differences after the process of introduction of ERP.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of anti-smoking advertising on attitude toward anti-smoking and behavioral intention to quit smoking in terms of audience's involvement with anti-smoking and knowledge on smoking. For this, a total of 10 hypothesis were established and statistically tested. According to the results, all but hypothesis 1-1(attitude toward anti-smoking is more favorable in the high involvement condition than in the low involvement condition) were unfortunately rejected. These results can be justified by theoretical explanations such as Hierarchy Effects Model or Elaboration Likelihood Model. In addition, some methodological reasons were provided as well.

This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

This study examined the individual investors' Behavior and proposed the research task how significant difference within and among investor's personality types. First of all, we investigated factors that influence individual investor's investment behavior, such as, openness, will to achieve, self-monitoring. As result investors who have lately five number of holding stock are more dependent on openness and will to achieve.

In the knowledge and network economy, standards and standardization become an important factor in determining the competitiveness of nations and firms. This paper analyses some cases of firms' strategic standardization. We defined the concept of standards, standardization, strategic standardization, and standardization management, which have been unfamiliar in the academic society. The standardization strategy can be categorized into four types according to firm's management objectives or benefits, including technological innovation, market creation/extension. cost-down, and accreditation. This classification of standardization strategy is very useful in analysing the various kinds of the cases of strategic standardization implementation. We found that standards and standardization have a positive influence on firm's overall performance. In some cases, for example, Dell Computer, Sun Microsystems, Deere & Company, etc., strategic standardization plays a role as a key success factor(KSF).

Most previous electronic commerce studies have focused on a single product or similar products. The effects of different product types have been relatively neglected. and so previous studies have limited the generalization. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different product types. The Internet product and service classification grid proposed by Peterson et al.(1997). A survey-based approach was employed to investigate the research questions. Regression analysis demonstrated that the determinants of online shopping acceptance differ among product or service types. As a result of analysis, personal innovativeness of information technology, perceived Web security, personal privacy concerns, and product involvement can influence consumer acceptance of online shopping, but their influence varies according to product or service types.

This study is to categorize five types of conflict handling styles that employees can take when conflict occurs. The five types are integrating, avoiding, dominating, obliging, and compromising. I found these factors that explain conflicts handling styles divided them into organizational structure, task group functioning and need styles and how certain factors explain different kinds of conflict handling styles without other factors. To measure conflict handling styles, this study used the scale of conflict style devised Rahim. Data were collected by the survey method from employees engaged in the service industry located Seoul, the Province of Gyeonggi, and the Province of Gangwon. In addition, in order to prove my hypothesis, I used hierarchical regression analysis method to find the pure explanation that each factors have without multicollinearity. According to the study's result, in a person's type of needs, if the need for achievement is high, they prefer integrating style. In contrast, if the need for achievement is low, they prefer avoiding style. Also, if the need for affiliation is high, the employees prefer compromising style. But if the need for affiliation is low and the need for dominance is high, the employees favor dominating style. However, in task group functioning, group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, or the confidence in peers and management is high, the employees prefer obliging style to other conflicts handling styles. As well as if group homogeneity, group cohesiveness, and group goal clarity are high, it was found that they prefer compromising style. Also, if the role conflict that is related to organizational structure is serious, employees prefer obliging style, but they have weakenss in explanation. To sum up these results, if the employees have obliging style that shows lack of concerns over themselves and at the same time, have high concerns to others, is affected by task group or organization. And we can infer that the other conflicts handling styles are effected by personal characteristic.

The purpose of this study is to research the recognition of hotel customers when the outside special restaurants opens at hotel instead of restaurant owned by hotel in Seoul City. The major factors are showed up factor analysis as specialty and reliability of hotel and outside restaurant image. They are consisted of 5 categorizes and the results of this study are as follows; First, it is proved that the expectation of customers after opening restaurant will be increased in terms of the lower price and more variety of food & beverage products. Also, the food & beverage will be increased. However, the quality and specialty of products will not be improved as much as customers expected. Considering that the results, hotel guests expect the effect of opening restaurant at hotel for variety products and service. So, Hotel management should understand the changing attitude of customer' needs and expectation.

Recently, almost of the colleges are contrive measures to satisfy the needs of students. The purpose of this study is to find what are the impact factors to the needs of those. To evaluate the factors influencing to students behaviors, it was investigated how much did the 5 variety of Service quality-Tangibles, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability-and 4 variety of attitude models to depending to the level of students influence the satisfaction of students for the students of W college. In the result, this study shows that 5 variety of Service quality did not impact for the general service quality, but only the Responsiveness and, Empathy have the positive relationship to the satisfaction of students. Also, general service quality and attitude willingness have the positive correlation with the satisfaction of students. And it is investigated that there are significance differences among the general service qualities by the level of students ability.
