정보자원관리(IRM)와 조직성과간의 이론적 연구모형

Recently, information resource management(IRM) has a considerable interest among researchers and practitioners because the information resource have been found critical influence on organizational performance. The IRM construct has been defined a comprehensive approach to planning, organizing, controlling the resources, and activities associated with acquiring and distributing data to meet a business need. This study have several objectives: 1) to operationalize the measurement instrument of IRM, 2) to identify the factors influencing organizational performance, and 3) to suggest the research model between IRM and organizational performance and then 4) to provide reference for managers to assess the IRM implementation in their organization. By reviewing the literature, past experience, others' use, encouragement by others, and anxiety are selected as the factors influencing IRM. The IRM construct has been classified with eight dimensions : chief information officer, planning, security, technology integration, advisory committees, enterprise model, information integration, and data administration. Eight hypotheses concerning the relationship between each of the IRM and organizational performance are suggested in this study.

Processing techniques of remote sensed image data using computer have been recognized very necessary techniques to all social fields, such as, environmental observation, land cultivation, resource investigation, military trend grasp and agricultural product estimation, etc. Especially, accurate classification and analysis to remote sensed image da are important elements that can determine reliability of remote sensed image data processing systems, and many researches have been processed to improve these accuracy of classification and analysis. Traditionally, remote sensed image data processing systems have been processed 2 or 3 selected bands in multiple bands, in this time, their selection criterions are statistical separability or wavelength properties. But, it have be bring up the necessity of bands selection method by data distribution characteristics than traditional bands selection by wavelength properties or statistical separability. Because data sensing environments change from multispectral environments to hyperspectral environments. In this paper for efficient data classification in multispectral bands environment, a band feature extraction method using the Rough sets theory is proposed. First, we make a look up table from training data, and analyze the properties of experimental multispectral image data, then select the efficient band using indiscernibility relation of Rough set theory from analysis results. Proposed method is applied to LANDSAT TM data on 2 June 1992. From this, we show clustering trends that similar to traditional band selection results by wavelength properties, from this, we verify that can use the proposed method that centered on data properties to select the efficient bands, though data sensing environment change to hyperspectral band environments.

Management Information System(MIS) User satisfaction, which was introduced at the earlier 1990' s, has become a core way of strategic method. But domestic companies have little experience toward this concept and the methodological knowledge was not cumulated yet. So the definition of User satisfaction, as well as the validity and objectivity toward the estimation, is being under discussion In this report we will contain the contents as follows, 1) investigate limitations of exposed theories about Methodology, 2) look into the situations and handicaps of User satisfaction estimation which is being used in practical domains on company, 3) search for the better way in application through comparative analysis between case study of customer satisfaction structure by structural equation model and by ordinary estimation model. We have conclusions through model that Index values like GFI . AGFL· RMR are accepted as within limited range for estimating validity of used model. so we can expect to use the results for deduce accurate User satisfaction index. Therefore satisfied Users became lesser at complaint behavior instead higher at repurchase likelihood, while unsatisfied Users became lower. Results as above are accordance with the previous studies, and that proves ACSI model to be applied toward local MIS Users' case. Even though the scopes of this research are restricted in domestic market of MIS Users, ACSI model itself has developed with the purpose for compatibility toward inter-company and inter-industry. So this model can be applied beneficially in the future study to analyse the extent that latent variables affect to User satisfaction.

The purpose of this paper is to measure the international competitiveness of insurance business and to analyze its determinants empirically. I have attempted to use Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) index to measure domestic competitiveness. confining to OECD countries only. Among domestic competitiveness advantage countries in the insurance, there are Austria, Denmark, France. Japan, Korea... etc. The factors of domestic competitiveness determinants were found out through multivariate regression analysis with panel data. In insurance industry, statistically significant variables are employee's per capita premium of insurance company (Pro), stock market capitalization/GDP(MVESR), saving rate (SAV) and real interest(RMMR), while they are Pro, MVESR, and real interest in Korea insurance industry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate relational benefits affecting the relationship quality and the existence of differences to which relational benefits are most important to the customers across the type of services that customer buys and customer's relationship orientation in how they orientate their relationships with service firms. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, all relational benefits, economic, social, psychological, functional benefits, is related the relationship quality. Second, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customers will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across the type of service. The more service is customized, the less economic benefits affect relationship quality and the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. however there isn't a difference in the effect of functional benefits on relationship quality across the types of service, functional benefits are a important benefits both situations. Third, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customer will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across customers. The more customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. The less customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more economic and functional benefits affect relationship quality. However there isn't a difference in the effect of social benefits on relationship quality across customers. In addition to, relationship orientation is related to demographic facets such as sex-type, age and income. Male is higher relationship orientation than female. The more customers are older, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms and the more customers have income, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms.

This paper proposes to study on the interoperation between Relation Database(RDB) and Object-oriented database(OODB). It also describes some Characteristics of OODB and introduces the UniSQL system. This paper suggests a new systemcalled URODB (Unifide Relation & Object-oriented database) that will overcome the limits of OODB, improve the shortcomings of the present RDB, and increase the interchangeability in particular.

Recently, the role of information system in a company has been changed a lot because of the rapid change in business environments and the development of information technology. It encompasses not only the supporting role which has aimed at improving business process but also the strategic role of which purpose lies in strategic use of information technology. Achieving this increased role of information system requires more emphasis on development of better and more effective ISP(information system planning). The purpose of this study is to identify organizational factors to affect successful information system planning. For this study, 240 survey questionnaires were mailed and 71 questionnaires were returned. 57 samples were used for the final analysis and 14 samples were excluded from analysis in that they didn't exercise official and systematic ISP. As the result of analysis, the factor which affect effective ISP is internal organization factors(size, ISP time frame, organizational planning resources, management style, organizational culture), not external factors(volatility and competitiveness). Among Internal factors, organizational culture and management style are the most significant factors which affect the effective ISP. The result of this study may have meaning in suggesting the way to develop effective ISP through the formalization of business process, more favorable users attitude toward IS and selection of an appropriate ISP methodology

Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) offers a new approach for developing knowledge based systems. In case-based approach the problem solving experience of the domain expert is encoded in the form of cases. CBR has successfully been applied to many kinds of problems such as design, planning, diagnosis and forecasting. In this paper, CBR was applied for forecasting default risk. The applied result was successful in spite of the small casebase. Generally, CBR requires large casebase. So, if the number of data was large, the result was better. But in this paper, what financial variable was more forecastable was not tested. Next, this should be tested.

Adaptive correlator receiver with neural network based on complex multilayer perceptron is persented for suppressing interference of narrow-band of direct spread spectrum communication systems. Recursive least square algorithm with backpropagation error is used for fast convergence and better performance in adaptive correlator scheme. According to signal noise and transmission power, computer simulation results show that bit error ratio of adaptive correlator using neural network improved that of adative transversal filter of direct sequence spread spectrum considering of jamming and narrow-band interference. Bit error ratio of adaptive correlator with neural network is reduced about 10-1 than that of adaptive transversal filter where interference versus signal ratio is 5dB.
