Corporate culture is being recognized as essential managerial resources in the future business management and in recently the attempts, though weak, of developing the corporate culture which is corresponded with their own structure and needs are being carried on by some major companies. Then, corporate culture research, drawing attention in nowadays, indicates that it attempts to analyze and search the organization matters in the basical dimension in regard to the assumptions, values and beliefs of organization and provides the solution of organizational negative effects, which have not been settled in the previews research methods of organizational behavior, and that present turbulent management environment demands the whole conversion from the previews hard style to the soft managerial style. For this reason, this study aim at identifying organizational structure and corporate culture in the business group. Futhermore, the influence of organizational structure and organizational culture are examined. The objective of this paper attempts to analyze the ways and results of strong and special culture on the organizational structure and culture. To accomplish this purpose, this study gathers in-depth data form various secondary courses. First, uncertainties in market and technology are the main sources of mimetic isomorphism. Due to the high level of uncertainty is market and technologies. Smallness in size is responsible for the low level of complexity in organizational structure. The rapid changes in market, contents of service, and tastes of customers are responsible for the low level of formalization, which enhances swift decision making and responses.

t is concentrated their efforts on expanding establishment mind like creating regular subject about establishment business of students and establishment business supporting center in University. Students creation enterprise club for establishment business with this hot wind of change and it seems to be success with hot wind of venture creation and gather many students for it. But practical result of research says that there are many problems like absence of education program, insufficient of professional leader, missing exact purpose so members decreased and activity itself piled up. Also creation business supporting system for student didn't conveyed to students evenly and effectively as much as original purpose and feeling effect is short of expectation. Therefore it will be required to reorganize supporting system and operate existed club to raise their ability of basic quality and gift that needs to do company activity and create basic mind about principal of free enterprise through activity of establishment enterprise by students. And we have to interest in their activity for creation enterprise with exact consciousness of purpose and prepare systematic, material, human supporting system that needs to establish enterprise with our knowledge and ability.

One of important technology that must improve compulsorily on information-oriented society stores, search and transmit cultural contents data of great quantity in heterogeneous environment. SAN appeared by solution to resolve the problem such as integration management of heterogeneous system data, effective practical use of storage, data transmission limit is happened from here. SAN is system that manage and shares data of large quantity efficiently attaching directly to high speed network such as Fiber Channel that storage system has been attached to server individually SAN became more complicated than existent storage environment although offer much advantage such as decrease of storage expense and flexibility of system configuration. This study argues management way could consider in such environment that understand complexity and component of networked storage system.

관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This study provides evidence on the determinants of variability in corporate ETRs(effective x rates). Specially, this study examined the association between ETRs, firm size, and variables proxying for firms' capital structure and asset mixes, while controlling for firms' profitability. Overall, results suggest that ETRs are associated with many firm-specific characteristics such as size, capital structure, asset mix, and profitability, and that some of these associations continued after Corporate Tax Law changes. In addition, although the results indicate that the association between ETRs and firm-specific characteristics have undergone a shift since tax law change, these firm-specific characteristics have continued to be associated with ETRs.

Since companies are increasingly aware of the importance of upstream and downstream organizations to their performance, companies' leaders would also like to influence operations with supply chain partners. This paper aims to study the SCM performance and the influencing factors, that is Buyer's leadership and Vendor's relationship-orientation. Also, I try to examine the mediating effect of relationship-orientation between leadership and SCM performance. The results of this study can be summarized as follow; (1) The charismatic trait and individual consideration in transformational leadership factors, and contingent reward in transactional leadership factors positively effected to the relational-orientation. But intellectual stimulation and management-by-exception did not effected to relational-orientation. (2) Only contingent reward in transactional leadership factors was significantly related to the SCM performance. (3) Relational-orientation mediated between SCM leadership and SCM performance.
