As a very rapid diffusion of internet business in these days, the marketing mix strategies become more important matters. In addition, because of changes in international trade patterns, and an increase of internet users, new marketing strategies are needs. There's not a business in the world that shouldn't feel threatened by the internet, but companies willing to become engaged should find big opportunities. Becoming engaged with the internet, for matters, means understanding the unique nature of the internet market and using that understanding to execute dynamic strategies. This paper is focusing the analysing the difference between the internet marketing and traditional marketing and proposing the new strategical marketing mix. In the traditional marketing environment, 4P(Product, Price, Promotion, Place) is very important, but in the internet business environment 6C(Community, Connection, Commerce, Communication, Customization, Contents) is more important.

The strategic usages of IT(Information Technology) can convey important competitive advantages with an operational productivity. For this reason, many firms have heavily invested in IT and computing power. However, many companies were getting expected results by IT investment, but some companies had to be satisfied with a poor results. The question of whether or not benefit lead to expected performance is not easy to answer. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among IT strategy, IT investment, and IT performance to resolve this problem. The 147 questionnaire responses completed by IS managers in manufacturing sector was conducted for a test of research hypothesis. ANOVA was used to investigate the relationship among three constructs and six factors. An operational performince of fitted group between IT strategy and IT investment was higher than not fitted group(H1). And also an competitive performance of fitted group between IT strategy and IT investment was higher than not fitted group(H2). The study shows a positive relationship between IT strategic orientation, IT investment direction, and performance of IT. The research results provide empirical evidence that supports the research hypothesis that closer fit between IT strategies and IT investment directions does lead to increase operational and competitive performance of IT.

Characters consist of non-digital characters and digital characters. Digital characters consist of general digital characters and web characters. The web characters is important in the rate of web site and web contents. But there is nothing about studies of web character. This study explain a definition, concept and property of the web character, suggest the correlation of web character preference and property of web character in korea web site. The properts of web character are simplicity, sympathy and originality. By results of this study, sympathy and originality of web character have relations with preference of web character. But simplicity of character has not relations with that. This study will do much for making the web character.

As an electronic commerce grows in a rapid speed today, it has a great effect on not only our consuming lives but also the marketing activities. The study on involvement levels and consumer satisfaction in physical market in the existing studying papers in home was made progress rapidly. But, the study on involvement levels and consumer satisfaction in virtual market leaves much to be desired. This paper aims at considering the relationship between the involvement levels and the consumer satisfaction factors in the electronic commerce through the internet shopping mall whose importance is emphasized day by day. In this paper, three following questions were studied: (1) what is the difference among the factors(product/service/image) of consumer's satisfaction in accordance with consumers' involvement levels, (2) what is the difference in an intention of repurchase in accordance with the consumers' satisfaction factors, and (3) what is the difference in an intention of repurchase in accordance with the involvement levels and the consumers' satisfaction factors. As a result of analysis, only the service one of the factors of consumer's satisfaction has a difference in accordance with high/low involvement, and also, the factors which have an effect on the intention of repurchase were product, service and image.

The purpose of this study is to improve local government accounting system for value creation. In order to achieve this object: First, improvement of public finance policy can be obtained through connection of policy and estimate, and evaluation of soundness and rationality of tax system. Second, innovation of appropriation is achieved through effective division of cost, efficient division of budgetary resources and perfect accrual accounting. Third, a performance report must include accurate performance measures and performance indicators, for its effect is linked to public finance policy. Fourth, general principles of local government accounting must include significance, reliability, consistency with user concepts, relevance, understandability and comparability for financial reports.

Although there have been continual researches in the project scheduling problems since 1960s, the main interest has been how to improve the efficiency of a single project. The minimization problem of the project completion time given a preassigned budget might be an example. This kind of the problem is important, but estimating of the proper budget for a project may also be very important. This research deals with the budget allocation problem for the multiple project. This research is unique in that the project scheduling techniques are used for the budgeting problem. Therefore, this research may be used as a strategic decision model for the multiple large projects in public sector.

This article discusses the issues of the estimated size and characteristics of irregular employment work force in Korea after IMF economic crisis in 1997. The issues of the estimated size of irregular employment work force originated from different concepts and its operationalizations among the labor economists, despite their utilization of the same labor force data, 'Economically Active Population Survey(EAPA)' collected from Korea National Statistical Office(KNSO). And the issues contribute toward the understandings of the irregular employment and the limits of the EAPA, despite its various usefulness. This article also describes the summary characteristics of irregular employment work force from both sides of labor supply and its demand. The major characteristics of irregular employment work force on the labor supply side appears in the concentration of social minorities, i.e. woman, the aged, lower educated and skilled populations. On the labor demand of irregular employment work force, the majority of it concentrated on the establishments under 10 employees, and probably the important incentives for irregular employment work force of the firms is labor cost efficiency. Finally, this article propose an alternative against the discrimination between the regular and irregular work force.

Lack of trust is major reason for many company to take a cautions stance towards business-to-business electronic commerce. Especially innovative business models such as online business-to-business marketplaces face the lack of not only having to give their members and partners faith own capabilities and reliability, but also to ensure that the respective parties interacting through them have trust in each other. This paper is empirical study on the trust factors affecting the repurchase intentions in a B2B e-Marketplace by survey instrument based on Likert-style 5 point measurement scale. The objective of this paper is evaluation of relationship between repurchase intentions and trust. The focus of this paper is the antecedents and consequences of buyer trust in a B2B e-Marketplace, not trust intermediaries or in third parties that might mediate between the buyer and e-Marketplace. The findings of this study are expected to increase the awareness of B2B e-Commerce adopter and implementers about the importance of trust in e-commerce participation.
