This research is a case study about the personnel management policy of Bachae co., Ltd. Bachae Co., Ltd. suggests as a successful model that by implementing the pro-active personnel management strategy eliminated the seniority, age-limit, academic snobbism, the qualities critical for managerial success are leadership, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility. It gives a solution especially to medium-sized companies suffering the manpower shortage, that the adequate motivation through strong leadership to employee results in not only job satisfaction but also organization absorption. The fact that company care about even the failure staying at their jobs longer without hurting their self pride to be loyal employee is a very demonstrative and great method which motivates middle & midium size of companies how to manage and utilize the human resources.

We try to study the plan to deliver the message of the hope and common peoples are diligent and we can buy the real estate in work if we make efforts hard that relieve an real estate price and analyze a timex situation. This study is a study on the impact factor of the sustainable giving behavior on the non-profit organization. According the research by non-profit organization, the main factors of most individual donators was given by stimulating sympathy. Also, the donators of the non-profit organization wanted to get a certain convenience and benefit through their donation under the reciprocity. The present study is an attempt to develop a more through understanding of the potential and actual impact factors of the sustainable giving behavior on the non-profit organization. Expecially, it also consists of an effort to assess the impact factors of the sustainable giving behavior on the non-profit organization.

This study estimates gender wage gap by the Korean industries. The empirical findings are as follows: 1. The sex segregation by industries has not improved. 2. The average wage in electricity, transportation, warehousing, financial institutions is relatively higher than others. On the contrary, the average wage in mining and manufacturing and wholesale and retail, food, loading is relatively lower than others. 3. The gender wage gap in electricity, transportation, warehousing, financial institutions is relatively lower than others. On the contrary, the gender wage gap in mining and manufacturing is relatively higher than others. The gender wage gap has declined annually. The gender wage gap in industries with lower wage level is higher. The decline of gender wage gap cannot be interpreted as a relaxation of sexual discrimination.

This study came up with a comparison analysis between the average results of Whole National Cooperatives and Kyonggi cooperatives from 2000 to 2005. 15 Kyonggi Agricultural Cooperatives which are nearly the same in the aspects of size and local conditions, - Songpo, Shindo, Ilsan, Jido, Migum, Dongduchon, Bucheon, Ojeong, Naksaeng, Seongnam, Suwon, Kunja, Banweol, Ansan, Suji- are selected as comparable ones while the cooperatives of Kwangmyung, Kungpo, Anyang, Euiwang represent as Kwachon neighborhood cooperatives. The analysis result proposes some desirable ideas to activate the business of local cooperatives as follows. First, the top limit of allotting profits seem to require having the lower adjustment which takes into account the interest rates. Second, the system allotting the profits in proportion to the record of the use should be improved. Third, In order to activate the business of semi-members, allotting profit system in proportion to the record of the use should be established.

This study explored how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation relates to achieving creativity at project work. We were interested in differences in how motivational factors relate to creativity. Using data from the 98 engineers and researchers employed by a variety of companies, principal components factor analysis with marimax rotation was performed on the data. We examined effects of the moderate variables the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and creativity relationship. The results indicate of positive mental involvement, the time and the resource constraints relates positively to creativity in organizations and that the relationship is a simple linear one. These outcomes are significantly related to intrinsic motivation and the creativity. In additions, extrinsic motivation is related to less the creativity. Our survey findings are also consistent with other sources of knowledge on the topic. Our results suggest that there are two different role: mental involvement, time and resources constraints, both of which predict creativity, and external control and extrinsic motivations reduce to creativity.

This study had an objective to obtain a result of the economic impacts of lodging industry on the Koran economy. Using the input-output model(I-O model), lodging industry sectoral multipliers were derived from the effects of output, income, employment, value added. indirect tax, and import. According to results of this study, estimated economic impacts of the convention industry were $2,950 million in output, $712 million in income, 92,257persons in employment, $1,590 million in value added, $12 million in indirect tax, and $226 million in import sectors.
