This paper aims to conduct an in-depth investigation into the factors influencing the transmission of crisis information in the SNS environment. By integrating both domestic and international research findings with practical examples, specifically the response to the 2018 Shouguang flood, it analyzes prevailing challenges and the underlying causes of these dynamics. The study proposes the development of a comprehensive, scientific, and efficient public opinion response system to enhance governmental handling of social media during significant natural disaster events. This approach seeks not only to safeguard the public's trust but also to support more effective disaster relief and recovery operations. Additionally, the paper provides reference materials and models for governments to effectively respond to SNS (Social Networking Service) opinions on significant natural disasters, with a particular emphasis on the role of microblogs. This emphasis is aimed at protecting the substantial interests of citizens and maintaining the government's positive image and social credibility. Given the spontaneous, destructive, complex, and prolonged characteristics of significant natural disasters, higher demands are placed on the government's management capabilities.

The The extent of damage caused by the simultaneous occurrence and enlargement of large forest fires due to climate change is increasing. This highlights both the difficulties and limitations of current forest fire response methods, and underscores the growing importance of effectively utilizing drone robot technology to suppress forest fires in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Considering the limitations of current forest fire suppression methods and the severity of damage caused by forest fires, we explore the possibility of applying the characteristics and advantages of drone robots to forest fire suppression. Additionally, the relative importance is evaluated by analyzing the development potential of drone robot technology and its impact on environmental preservation and life-saving in forest fire suppression. Through this, a strategy for responding to future forest fires is presented. As a result, experts recognized that, in order to quickly and effectively suppress forest fires using drones, the first priority is to improve systems and policies, followed by the enhancement of operational technology and public awareness. It was confirmed that this prioritization is critical for effective implementation.

This study is motivated by this question: in a society with a low birthrate and an aging population, the care of the elderly has reached a point where it is no longer physically possible for families to provide care for the elderly facing a care crisis. This study explores ways to overcome the care crisis through the concept of care as a responsibility of the local community and civil society community through current cases of elderly care in Korea and the United States. In particular, it examines what is needed to overcome the elder care crisis through the concept of care democracy. Of course, there are many differences between the U.S. and Korea in terms of service delivery, but we were able to find some areas that we can apply. Through this study, we propose policy alternatives for the actors and functions of care as the responsibility of community maintenance. Furthermore, elderly care services will need to be advanced through social consensus on the duty of care by civil society communities.

Based on the two-step flow model, this study examines how social media influencers manage brands through three aspects, including content strategies, engagement, and interactivity. A content analysis was conducted to compare content marketing strategies and levels of engagement and interactivity between popular and unpopular creators. The results show popular creators post more often, post more promotional content, interact less, but receive positive praise from their followers. Their followers are more engaged. The Instagram posts tend to imitate celebrity sites and often use professional photographers rather than photos from mobile devices. Less popular creators used Instagram in a more personal fashion, posting less often and taking pictures from their mobile devices of themselves. The content was less likely to have brand mentions, and/or hashtag use. Instead, the less popular creators engaged more with their followers to create a more powerful and personal relationship. The study provides insight into the effective online relationship building strategies with stakeholders and brand crisis management strategies using influencers on social media.
