The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of emotional labor on job immersion on local government health center officials, and to analyze the mediated effects of job stress and job exhaustion. Through this, we intend to provide theoretical and policy basic data on how to manage emotional labor, job stress and job exhaustion of public health officials in the future. In order to prevent and resolve emotional labor at public health centers, it is important to prepare institutional devices that can protect emotional labor, and emotional labor cannot be solved easily, so it is necessary to actively expose and discuss the issue and establish it as a useful method by creating mid- to long-term solutions. The findings show that their attention to emotional labor and emotional discordance have significant effects on their job stress. In particular, emotional labor has an effect on job stress, for officers at nursing and medical technician series. In addition, their attention to emotional labor and emotional discordance have significant effects on job burnout.

Although field experience learning such as school trips is emphasized at the school site through the 2015 revised curriculum, it often ends with customary events due to problems such as safety issues. Accordingly, this study attempted to explore alternatives to that. A lot of accidents, such as the Sewol ferry accident in 2014, occurred during the field experience study operation. Therefore, by analyzing the “Safe and Educational Operation Manual of Field Experience Learning such as School Trips” of the Sejong City Office of Education, we explored student safety measures that ensure the safety of field experience learning. As a result, in order to ensure the safety of field-experience learning, it is necessary to additionally allocate experts in charge of experiential learning to the (South and North) School Support Center to perform school support work. Also, field experience learning should be operated in a small-scale and tema-type to proceed safely and educationally. Finally, local governments and 17 provincial superintendents' councils should work together to develop and disseminate field experience learning programs.

The evaluation of noise and vibration in the educational environment is the effect of traffic noise that can be exposed during school operation in the case of a new school and the effect of noise at the construction site during construction in the case of an existing school. The evaluation criteria apply the environmental standards of the Basic Law for Environmental Policy and the regulatory standards based on the Noise and Vibration Regulation Law for noise and vibration in the teaching area. In addition, when measuring noise with a sound level meter, various factors interfere with the measurement values, such as the geometrical positional relationship between the noise source and the sound-receiving point (classroom), the structure of the classroom envelope, the size of the window, the sound absorption capacity of the classroom, the sound insulation performance of the window, the area of the open window, the noise incidence angle, inside air quality and air volume in addition to occurrence of unexpected variables. These factors are not at all accounted into the legal standards, causing the negative damaging influences to the members of the school, and significantly deteriorate the right to study and education. Therefore, it is necessary to review the indiscrepancies in noise standards and measurement methods prescribed by each law related to the school noise.
