This study developed regional vulnerability assessment model of heat wave considering heat wave disaster vulnerable groups. As indicators of the vulnerability assessment model, climate exposure, sensitivity, adaptive capacity indicators were considered. As detailed indicators in sensitive, the heat wave disaster vulnerable groups were considered (Model A). In addition, the model considering general disaster vulnerable groups (Model B) as indicators in sensitive were analyzed. AHP survey was conducted to measure the relative importance and ranking of the heat wave vulnerability assessment indicators. Results showed that the farmer and obesity were recognized as highly vulnerable among sensitive indicators in Model A and female, multicultural family, and foreigner were recognized as highly vulnerable in Model B based on AHP analysis. By comparing the relationship between the damage from heat wave and the results of the vulnerability assessment, Model A showed high explanatory power in case of heat wave deaths while Model B showed high explanatory power in case of heat wave victims.

The factors affecting the quality of life were family strengths (β=.36, p<.001), high satisfaction in university (β=.30, p=.002), college life stress (β=-.20, p=.002). This regression model was explained by 41% of variances in the quality of life of nursing students. This methodological study verified the validity and reliability of the Conor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), which is used worldwide, for police officers. Data were collected from November 2021 to February 2022 through the Google survey platform from police officers who agreed to follow-up surveys online after participating in the job training course at the Police Human Resources Development Institute. After randomly assigning the collected data to two groups, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses (EFA, CFA, respectively) were conducted using SPSS Statistics 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs. EFA revealed two factors of "hardiness against adversity" and "acceptance of adversity and a supportive relationship." In addition, the two-factor and 12-item structures derived through CFA were appropriate, ensuring the validity and reliability of internal consistency. This study confirmed that the CD-RISC is a valid instrument for measuring the resilience of police officers. The short version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale will help measure the effectiveness of mental health promotion intervention.

In the digital information society, the right to informational self-determination is very likely to emerge as a fundamental constitutional right to be the cornerstone of maintaining a free democratic system. As a guardian of constitutional rights, the Korean Constitutional Court has maintained an appropriate balance between guaranteeing the right to informational self-determination and social safety. This paper examines how the Constitutional Court allows restrictions on the right to informational self-determination by analyzing the details of the four-step review of the principle of prohibition of excessive restriction on cases of violation of the right to informational self-determination. Even if some flaws are often found in the process of the argumentation, the Constitutional Court's credit for properly balancing the right to informational self-determination and social safety as public interest should not be underestimated.
