This study aims to clarify the relationship among emotional leadership, job stress, and resignation for efficient personnel management of nurses This study has been conducted on 230 nurses who worked at general hospitals in C-dos understanding the objective of this study and agreeing to participate in it from March 1st to April 21st, 2019. RMR, GFI (Goodness of Fit Index 0.9), NFI (Normed Fit index 0.8), and CFI (Comparative Fit Index 0.9) were used to verify goodness-of-fit of model. According to the result of study, t-value of structured equation model turned out to be higher than 1.965 Secondly, according to the result of multi-group analysis with structured equation, influence of job stress among groups with high level of emotional leadership on resignation in the hospital was .351 followed by .95 for those with low level of emotional leadership. Emotional leadership is expected to reduce job stress among nurses and also resignation rate at the same time.

This study investigated the determinants of public officials' satisfaction with learning effectiveness in Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic, when an unprecedented amount of learning began to take place online due to the closure of traditional educational settings. Thus, this study aims to understand employees' satisfaction with online learning compared to face-to-face learning. A survey was conducted about perceptions of differences in goal management, learning needs, and satisfaction with learning in different settings in the public sector. The findings show that employees' satisfaction with face-to-face learning is impacted by goal management and learning needs while program length is associated with employees' satisfaction with online learning. The current study has found that online learning has a limited impact on satisfaction and some types of face-to-face learning programs cannot be replaced by online learning methods. Based on the result, this study provides several implications for HRD professional to develop online and face-to-face learning curriculum.

A Study on the Perception of Learning Coaches about Dyslexia

The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions about dyslexia of the learning coaches working at the basic education support center, and to identify what personal variables affected those perceptions. In K-Province, 122 learning coaches at 7 centers were surveyed about their perceptions of the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of dyslexia. Descriptive statistics and a regression analysis were used to examine the accuracy level of learning coaches' perceptions of dyslexia, and what individual variables affected those accuracy level. The results showed that learning coaches had an inaccurate perception of the cause, diagnosis, and treatment of dyslexia, except for the symptoms of dyslexia (correct answer rate of 58.2%). Second, among the individual variables of learning coaches, teaching experience, training experience, and course completion about dyslexia had a positive effect on their perceptions of dyslexia, while self-confidence in teaching students with dyslexia had a negative effect on their perceptions. The results of this study also indicated that training about dyslexia for learning coaches should be continuously provided because the training experience had the most positive effects on their accurate perceptions of dyslexia.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare and confirm the differences in physical, psychological, and social state according to the abuse experience of the elderly living in the community. Methods: The research design was a descriptive survey using convenience sampling. Data was collected using self-report questionnaire of 151 elderly people in D city, K province. Collected data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. Results: Total mean scores of abuse experience was 2.05. The abuse and non-abuse group showed difference in social state. In the abuse group, the degree of abuse showed an inverse correlation with social status, the degree of physical activity showed a correlation with mental status and social status, and mental status showed a correlation with social status. In the non-abused group, the physical state showed a positive correlation with the social state. Conclusion: The problem of elder abuse is emerging as a social problem, not a problem of individuals and families, and research on the impact of elder abuse damage on health is an important part to be addressed.

Preliminary Investigation on the Acculturative Stress Impact on Migrants' Workers

The EPS workers face several health and safety threats during their stay in Korea (Lim, et. al., 2021). Therefore, this study focuses on the workers' acculturative stress and i ts impact on work-related stress and potential workplace accidents that may cause due to that. The preliminary questionnaire survey was conducted among EPS workers to investigate their accumulative stress. 31 samples were collected, and a basic analysis was conducted. Among the 31 participants, the results show that the married group had a higher score in acculturative stress compared to the unmarried group. Further, this study indicates that migrant workers in the fisheries sector account for higher stress. This study suggested developing an investigation model to examine the migrant workers' acculturative stress level and how it can impact their workplace stress, work efficiency, and workplace accidents. Further, the finding of this preliminary examination can use to understand the migrant workers' psychological issues.
