The 21st century of Japan is called “Age of the large exchange“, so it is paid attention to the rend of sightseeing and the local revitalization by the tourism industry is expected. According to the announcement of World Travel Organization in March 2007, the number of rrivals of overseas tourists from all over the world reached over 800 million people in 2005 and marked the highest figures in history. Its growth rate was 5.5% increase compared with the previous year, showing gone growth rate. On the other hand, when we see the trend of Japanese tourists, the number of overseas tourists was about 17.53 million people in 2006, next to the highest figure in 2000. Although the growth rate is 0.8% increase, a slight rise compared with the previous year, it keeps the increase keynote. Moreover, the number of foreign travelers visiting Japan in the same year was 7.33 million people, which marked the highest figure in the past, and 8.9% increase compared with the previous year. The number of tourists in Japan and all parts of the world is in the extension keynote and e “Age of large exchange” starts entering steadily. Under the circumstances, the sightseeing promotion of Japan and of Toyama Prefecture was launched. In Japan, the action aiming to be “the sightseeing nation” has been started since 2003. “The basic law of sightseeing” enacted in 1963 was revised totally as “basic law of promotion of Sightseeing nation” in 2006 and according to the “Basic plan for the promotion of sightseeing on”, various measures are taken. Meanwhile, also in Toyama prefecture, aiming at the achievement of “sightseeing prefecture”, “Strategy of action plan in futureToyama” are settled on while using various measure of the government as a fair wind. First of all in this paper, I would like to confirm the outline of the Japanese sightseeing policy and to examine the direction of promoting the sightseeing in Toyama Prefecture. Referring to the recent survey data, I will analyze the trend for sightseeing of the modern panese people and their action. In addition, considering the change of modern Japanese traveler’s sness and action for sightseeing and accounting various resources for tourism in Toyama, I would like to mention its feasibility of the development and the promotion for new sightseeing tours in yama Prefecture. Then, I would like to refer to some issue at the end.

The purpose of this study was an investigation via propensity analysis on the rural tourism of the Taegu citizen, and finding a Kyungpook rural tourism activation plan. To be more specific we must grasp an area of city public opinion recognition and the features which are a tourist. By doing this, there is the possibility that it will raise the efficient haracteristic of rural tourism policies. Rural tourism policy must be propelled considering the situation and peculiarities of the region. Also, the development of Kyungpook rural tourism must propel the demand and supply situation of the area, and consider the natural environment and cultural environment regional aracteristics. We have to develop related rural tourism policy based on regional characteristic. We are concerned with the strategy of rural community tourists through development of erentiated contents and service.

The purpose this research is the study's theoretical foundation for the Six Sigma management services company based on the success of the Six Sigma management element, the element boundaries and expectation’s effects, measures for success, the application of Six Sigma in the service sector in any way, and whether it should apply to us. Six Sigma success of the esearch results of the service industry is the first point, indirect business sector, the success of the oject, rather than how many points will affect a customer about the project, selecting high weight hould be placed in the second, more accurate selection of the customer's needs paakin CTQ Core, which is vital to the success of this project. Thirdly, the existing survey data and utilize opriately, we can accurately analyze the needs of the customer's ability to give our nation a BB. Fourth, the company's strategy to be associated with the project's selection is important. Fifth, BB Cross Functioal Team consisting of more than perform solo DMADV project activities are effective.

The purpose of this study is to document information that managers of hotels may use as a reference in management decision making and in establishing strategy. The study looked at customer satisfaction after using the service and their behavioral intentions. For an analysis of empirical evidence, statistics package SPSS version 12.0 was used and the method of analysis was as follows: a. Hypothesis 1 is adopted that service quality of hotel weddings would positively affect the customer satisfaction. b. Hypothesis 2 is adopted that service quality of hotel weddings would positively affect the customers’ intentions of recommendation. c. Hypothesis 3 is adopted that customer satisfaction would affect any intentions of reommendation. The reasonability of the measurement seems to be confirmed as such a result is identical to existing studies. Accordingly, items suggested in this study may contribute to creating a tool for the purpose of measuring service quality of hotel weddings. Based on this study customers of hotel weddings also attach importance to other attractive elements deluxe hotels offer, along with wedding facilities and wedding service. It is important that this study plans to also suggest ideas for further study.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of negative customer characteristics and Employee's Personality Traits on hotel staff service orientation at service encounters. For the purpose, seven hotels of special first class were selected in Seoul to survey their employee about the impacts that negative customer characteristics would have on their service orientation at service encounters, being accompanied by investigation into previous study. In this study, we have shown that negative customer characteristic and staff's personal traits affect staff service orientation. Secondly, this result suggests how important staff training and internal marketing in the hotel industry to decrease improve service orientation

This paper considers the relation between “heritage” and residents from the viewpoint of tourism. Recently, the Japanese government has hung up the “country promoting tourism as a major industry” banner, and the local creation by tourism promotion is being tried in various places. “Autonomous tourism" that acts on the contributing regions is created in one of the difficulties of a regional creation by the tourism promotion. In this paper, “heritage tourism” is taken up among various tourism phenomena, and presentation of meaning and the subject that “heritage tourism” is considered in the region is tested. “Uji Sightseeing Volunteer Guide Club” active in Kyoto Prefecture Uji-shi is used in this case.

In Japan, the former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi emphasized the importance of tourism in February 2002 in The National Diet, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport drew up a “global tourism strategy” in December. In 2006, “The Basic Law for Tourism Promotion” was enacted. Various laws relative to tourism have been enacted and revised before and behind that act. In particular, this paper describes the legislation circumstances for inbound tourists in Japan because it is the purpose of this paper to offer cues to examine the policy and to cope with actual subjects.

The Japan Toyo university professor Liang Chunxiang managed "the link Northeast Asia area various countries to travel the soft environmental research." The research group in China's Tianjin, Shenyang, Changchun, Harbin has developed the questionnaire survey. The present paper has carried on the analysis on its investigation result. The result analysis indicated that Tianjin residents go abroad in the order of South Korea, Northeast Asia and Japan. It has been found that Tianjin residents are more likely to go to these countries because they are familiar with them. This indication between them has the close relation. The investigation result simultaneously indicated that the people that were traveling were the people with the best jobs and most money.
