Amid the escalating tensions between the United States and China, alongside growing geopolitical uncertainties, the global economy and financial sectors face increased risks of fragmentation. In response to these challenges, China has focused on enhancing the management quality and capabilities within its financial sector, emphasizing the gradual but steady opening up of its financial industry to global markets. However, there is still a significant gap in the current literature concerning the positive influence of transformational leadership on employee happiness within the financial sector. Addressing this gap, our study introduces and evaluates a pioneering research model aimed at exploring the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between transformational leadership and key outcomes such as job performance and employee happiness. To conduct this comprehensive analysis, data were meticulously collected from 334 employees working across a diverse array of financial institutions in China including a comparative analysis between banks and other financial institutions using AMOS 24. Utilizing SPSS 26.0 for correlation and regression analysis our findings substantiate the proposed hypotheses. Key outcomes include: transformational leadership significantly boosts organizational commitment; enhances job performance; elevates employee happiness, notably within the banking sector compared to other financial areas; and organizational commitment serves as a crucial intermediary in the relationship between transformational leadership, job performance, and employee happiness. Furthermore, our research highlights the nuanced differences in the impact of transformational leadership across various types of financial institutions, underscoring the unique challenges and opportunities presented within the banking sector compared to other financial domains. This research underscores the urgent need for adaptive leadership strategies in the financial sector to navigate contemporary challenges, offering fresh insights into fostering a resilient and thriving organizational culture amidst global uncertainties.

With the deepening of population aging in China, the traditional home care, community care and institutional care can hardly meet the needs of the society, Establishing mutual aid-based elderly care models has emerged as a new solution to address the current challenges in elderly care, and the "time bank" mutual care model has become a new way to solve the problem of old age with its unique business concept and operation. Literature has shown that residents' individual financial literacy significantly affects their retirement planning, however, research on time bank has primarily focused on identifying the factors constraining their development and the breakthroughs achieved at the technical level, there is little literature on the relationship between residents' individual financial literacy and the willingness of middle-aged and elderly people to participate in time bank. In view of this, this paper firstly derived five core research hypotheses based on theoretical and literature analysis, and accordingly strictly followed the questionnaire design process to design the questionnaire, conducted a questionnaire survey on middle-aged and elderly people in Hangzhou and Taizhou, a pilot area of time bank in Zhejiang Province, using multi-stage sampling method, and comprehensively used the analysis methods of multiple regression analysis, mediation effect model and structural equation modeling to empirically test the relationship between financial literacy and the willingness of middle-aged and elderly people to participate in time bank. The impact of financial literacy on middle-aged and elderly people's willingness to participate in time bank was empirically tested, and theoretical mechanisms such as wealth accumulation, risk attitude, precautionary motive, and self-actualization were identified. The empirical study found that financial literacy has a positive impact on middle-aged and elderly people's willingness to participate in time bank under the effect of four mediating variables: wealth accumulation, risk attitude, precautionary motive, and self-actualization. The findings of this paper provide empirical references to promote the development and popularization of the time-bank mutual care model from the perspective of finance, which can assist middle-aged and elderly people in formulating scientifically informed retirement plans, help to reduce the pressure of old-age care from all parties in the society, and promote the circular flow and effective allocation of social resources for old-age care.

Small and medium-sized forwarders are being forced to embrace digital transformation as an increasing number of businesses are digitizing their operations through new digital technologies like IoT and AI. One major component influencing logistics service capacities is digital innovation. So, how can small and medium-sized freight forwarders enhance their organizational performance? In empirical research on international freight forwarding, the link among logistics service capabilities, organizational performance, and digital innovation is frequently absent. As a result, The study will analyze how the level of service in freight forwarding logistics affects organizational performance and how digital innovation plays a moderating role. This study surveyed 250 workers engaged in international transportation, and finally, the results of 203 surveys were analyzed. Hypothetical models were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM), and hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The organizational performance can be affected by reliability service capability, value-added service capability, flexibility service capability, and information service capability of the freight forwarding company's logistics service. Second, it is found that digital innovation moderation strengthens the relationship between flexibility service capability, information service capability, and organizational performance. However, digital innovation moderation weakens the relationship between reliability service capability and organizational performance. Finally, digital innovation has no moderating effect on the relationship between value-added service capabilities and organizational performance. Freight forwarders should pay attention to improving logistics service capabilities, especially flexible service capabilities and information service capabilities driven by digital innovation, in order to promote organizational performance. Meanwhile, despite some negative impacts of digital innovation, its effect on the relationship between value-added service capability and organizational performance is relatively small, while attention needs to be paid to the risk of declining reliability service capability that may be brought about by digital innovation.

Realizing common prosperity is the ultimate wish of all Chinese people. In recent years, as rural areas have shifted their focus towards digital development, rural industries have embraced e-commerce, effectively harnessing the power of "e-commerce" to propel common prosperity. In China, Zhejiang Province, as a national model area for common prosperity, has provided valuable experience for the whole country by combining digital reform and common prosperity. The development of rural e-commerce has not only significantly increased the income of residents, but also driven the prosperity of the rural economy. However, to promote common prosperity with digital reform, it is not enough to raise residents' material affluence. While pursuing material affluence, we should also pay attention to spiritual affluence. In order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of rural e-commerce on residents' common prosperity, this paper is based on the micro-sample survey data of 192 Taobao villages in Zhejiang Province, China, and organically combines quantitative research methods, such as multiple regression analysis, heterogeneity test, robustness test, mediation effect model, regulatory effect model, and qualitative methods, such as interview, questionnaire, and empirical generalization, with cross-validation. The results of the study show that: ①rural e-commerce has a significant positive effect on residents' material affluence, spiritual affluence and ecological affluence; ②material affluence and ecological affluence are the main factors that rural e-commerce promotes the transmission path of spiritual affluence; ③entrepreneurship, social capital and financial literacy play a significant positive regulatory role between rural e-commerce and material affluence; ④ career identity plays a positive regulatory role and unequal opportunities plays a negative regulatory role between rural e-commerce and spiritual affluence respectively. This research offers valuable insights for future rural development decisions, serving as a valuable reference for other regions' rural development efforts. Moreover, it offers inspiration and a practical path for achieving comprehensive well-being in the new era.

Information and communication technology has transitioned from initial serving as a supportive tool for managing organizational environments to now is playing a pivotal role in determining organizational competitiveness as its application scope expands, particularly in IT companies. In essence, the advancement of information and communication technology is increasingly deepening competition among IT companies. Specifically, Chinese IT companies are experiencing rapid growth while they are also grappling with challenges such as talent shortages and high turnover rates. Considering these aspects, Chinese IT companies should prioritize there attraction of top-tier talent. Therefore, it is important to have a better understanding of the factors that influence employees’ turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to identify the causal relationship among psychological empowerment, job crafting, job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study will investigate how employees’ psychological empowerment decreases turnover intention and job crafting and job satisfaction have dual mediation in the relationship between psychological empowerment and turnover intention. Additionally, we focused our research on employees working in IT companies in the Beijing area of China. A total of 319 questionnaires were collected and a total of 310 questionnaires are utilized for analysis. The findings from analysis were as follows: First of all, psychological empowerment has a negative effect on turnover intention. Secondly, in the relationship between psychological empowerment and turnover intention, job crafting was validated to have statistically significant negative mediating effects. Moreover, in the psychological empowerment-turnover intention relationship, job satisfaction was also examined as having statistically significant negative mediating effects. Finally, the dual mediation effects of job crafting and job satisfaction in the relationship between psychological empowerment and turnover intention were revealed to be statistically significant. The study finding suggest academic and practical implications.

Gender-related differences are a widely discussed topic in mental health research, as sex and gender interact in more complex ways to affect mental health risk, progression and outcomes than other non-psychological problems. In this study, we explored the interrelationship of gender, mental health status, and mental health literacy, utilizing data from China General Social Survey (CGSS). Our central goal was to investigate the gender gap in mental health within Chinese society and illuminate its underlying causal pathway. Drawing upon current literature, we posited gender disparities exist in mental health in Chinese society, with women reporting lower levels of mental health than their male counterparts. We also hypothesized that mental health literacy plays an important intermediary role in this relationship. Our investigation utilized a representative sample drawn from CGSS, in which the richness of the population-wide data offers invaluable insights into the intricate dynamics between gender, mental health status, and mental health literacy. Employing a multistep data analysis approach, we began with a bivariate ANOVA analysis to compare gender-based difference in mental health status and assessed mental health literacy. Subsequently, we constructed and analyzed a structural equation model in order to better identify causal pathways underlying the gender gap in mental health. Our findings substantiated the existence of a gender gap in mental health status in Chinese society, with women reporting relatively poorer mental health levels, and found factors such as parental status and occupational status are relevant to women's mental health. Regarding mental health literacy, while men and women are similar in identifying mental health problems, women are more likely to incorrectly attribute mental problems to the influence of religious and/or supernatural factors. The study further suggested the poorer mental health status of women can, at least partially, be attributable to the lack of relevant knowledge, as the structural equation model obtained in the study supported the mediation effect of mental health literacy between gender and mental health status. These findings highlight the importance of mental health literacy and mental health education in China, on account of their potentially beneficial effects on women's mental wellbeing.

In recent years, China's advancing education standards and the increasing number of college graduates have brought forth significant challenges in their employment prospects. Addressing the employment concerns of college graduates has emerged as a societal priority. College students comprise a vital talent pool for the nation, the future of the country and its next generation of leaders, and the major contributors to national revitalization. Therefore, it is of great importance to seek to find effective solutions to their employment challenges. Employment guidance for college students bridges the gap between graduates and potential employers and plays an essential role in the overall employment process. This has drawn widespread attention from both governmental and societal sectors, making it a top priority for higher education institutions. In the context of new media and rapid technological advancements, universities are incorporating platforms like WeChat, Douyin (TikTok), and Weibo into their employment guidance, which enhances the curriculum and caters to the students' needs. Consequently, a growing number of universities are harnessing the power of new media technologies to establish comprehensive "Student Employment Guidance" systems to offer contemporary and extensive guidance. However, despite these efforts, some areas still await further improvement in terms of implementation and effectiveness. Challenges include gaps in the curriculum, a shortage of experts in employment guidance, and issues associated with the use of new media platforms. To address these challenges, it is recommended that institutions adhere to relevant national policies, develop quality employment guidance systems, and engage experts in the field. Furthermore, effective use of new media platforms, with a focus on communication and interaction with students, will ensure that higher education institutions can provide superior employment guidance while delivering more opportunities for students to pave a smooth pathway for the current graduate employment guidance.
