In recent years, the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry has been associated with both the quality improvement of medicine and some accidents. With the advent of the knowledge economy, companies are paying increasing attention to human resource management (HRM). Modern HRM is no longer restricted to basic functions, and deeper implications are essential. Especially in pharmaceutical enterprises, which face fierce competition and arduous responsibilities, from human resource planning to labour relationship management, the criteria are diverse. There is no clear information regarding the influencing factors of drug accidents from the perspective of HRM. This study implemented an interview and a questionnaire investigation in order to acquire the opinions of experts. After an informal interview with the director of the SJ Pharmaceutical Factory Comprehensive Department, the author learned that the SJ Pharmaceutical Factory was at the forefront of the industry in northeast China. Finally, this paper explores these factors against the background of the SJ Pharmaceutical Factory in China, using social network analysis to implement the analysis of data collected from authoritative experts. Through a literature review, this article extracted 19 criteria as HRM influencing factors of drug accidents in six dimensions based on six HRM modules. Then, with the help of a five-point Likert scale, this paper designed an opinion questionnaire to elicit scientific experts’ opinions. In addition, the SNA method was applied to analyze the questionnaire data. This paper appeals to the pharmaceutical industry to establish a sustainable performance system, improve the index system of title evaluation, and improve the knowledge level of HRM specialists. If companies cannot take strict and effective measures, the pharmaceutical industry will likely be threatened again by tragedy. Broadly speaking, the entire processes of SJ pharmaceutical company that we considered can be generalized to any drug-related companies, and the suggestions focusing on analysis results of SJ could be learnt by similar companies to certain extent.

After 40 years of reforming and opening up, China has achieved gratifying results in economic development. In the meantime, China's current healthcare system is still unable to effectively meet the demand for high-end medical care caused by serious illnesses and accidental injuries. Furthermore, there are still a large number of low-income individuals in China who do not have comprehensive medical insurance. The medical and health online mutual aid platform is a solution to this problem, and it is a supplement and support to the medical insurance system. Online mutual aid is a combination of the traditional form of insurance and the internet. Using the information matching function of the internet, members promise to bear each other's risk of losses through agreements. At present, there are more than ten major online mutual aid platforms in the Chinese market. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in late 2019, the online mutual aid platform, as an effective supplementary part of China's national medical insurance, has also emerged as a supporting force in this sudden outbreak. Many online mutual aid platforms temporarily include "new coronavirus - infected pneumonia" as a temporary upgrade of mutual aid. The medical and health online mutual aid platform provides services that can replace medical insurance for low-income individuals, such as serious illness relief and accidental injury, and has great potential for future development. For the above reasons, this study conducted a comprehensive analysis after collecting the latest relevant academic research materials in China. Starting from the analysis of the development background of China's medical and health online mutual aid platform industry, it focuses on the development status of China's online mutual aid platform industry and the cases of China's most representative online mutual aid platform operating enterprises. Based on the research on the development status of China's medical online mutual aid platform, the main problems of China's current online mutual aid platform industry are derived, and the future prospects for development of the industry are analyzed. Finally, from the perspective of promoting the development of similar industries in Korea, this paper suggests that the development of China's online mutual aid platform industry can inform a similar industry in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problem of Chinese foster care system for the needy children and to propose developmental strategies by comparing foster care systems in China and Korea. One of the most important principle of child welfare services is the permanency of family, because most family provide children with security and protection for their growth and development. China and Korea have developed their own foster care systems for the needy children respectively, influenced by social value and environment. For the purpose of this study, the developmental process of foster care system in two countries was reviewed respectively. And a value-critical policy analysis was conducted by applying the analytical framework combining value-critical analysis and policy contents analysis. The main results are as follows. In terms of the permanency of family, value-critical standards of evaluation about policy-goal, allocation, benefit and services, delivery system and finance of foster care were applied to analyze foster care systems comparatively between China and Korea. And the problems of foster care system of China was analyzed in terms of policy-goal, allocation, benefit and services, delivery system, and finance. In China, the goal of permanency of family and family reunification is not working. Policy priority is placed on institutional care rather than foster care or adoption. Benefit and services are not diversified. Allocation is based on strong selectivism. In Korea, the goal of permanency of family and family reunification are more or less working. Policy priority has been changed to be placed on foster care or adoption rather than institutional care since 2000. Benefit and services are diversified and professionalized. Allocation is based on loose selectivism. Finally, some proposals of policy strategy were proposed to reform and develop the foster care system of China. Policy-goal has to be reoriented on the principle of permanency of family and family reunification; Allocation has to be extended to include all children by universalism; Benefit and services should be enhanced and diversified in kinds by professionalism; Delivery system has to be reorganized effectively in organization and professional personnel.

The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) epidemic quickly spread across China and many countries around the world in early 2020. Later the epidemic became a pandemic engulfing more than 200 countries in the world. A great many countries have suffered a lot due to this unprecedented global health disaster. They have suffered thousands of deaths and seen social turbulence borne huge economic losses. As for China, it acted swiftly to contain the transmission of the Coronavirus very early on. The city of Wuhan, the epicenter of the outbreak, was put under lock-down at 10 o’clock on January 23rd, and China’s prime minister Li, Keqiang visited Wuhan on January 27th to guide the prevention of the epidemic. The timely preventive measures have effectively slowed down the transmission of the virus in the country, however, the war against COVID-19 has just started. The epidemic is still in the early stage as the numbers of confirmed cases are still rising and there is no clear sign of inflection point yet. The epidemic not only has seriously affected the normal life of the Chinese people but also led to the emergence of online waves of public opinion in the political sphere. People have widely used various social networking tools such as Weibo to discuss the impact of the COVID-19. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the change and developments in Chinese public opinion in this early phase of the epidemic. Therefore, this paper aims to study the characteristics of public opinion in China in the early stages of the outbreak. It selects articles and their comments on Weibo as analysis objects. Then the paper uses Gooseeker software tools for data collection and visualization. Finally, it extracts the developmental changes and the characteristics of network public opinion. It finds that the dominant tone of Chinese public opinion is positive, which expresses people's wish to overcome the epidemic. In the early stage, public opinion in China has gone through a process of emotional fluctuation. People released their emotions reasonably through Weibo comments. Also, the public opinion is under control, and the people in China and the government system didn’t fall into Chaos. However, further attention should be paid to the timely capture and active guidance of public opinion's development trend.

This study is performed to raise the question of the absence of studies that could provide directions regarding the rapidly growing market for medical beauty services in China and its systematic marketing activities of medical beauty service institutions through the relationship marketing activities of Chinese medical beauty service institutions. This study was conducted to examine the direct and indirect influences of relationship marketing activities, quality of relationship and intention of selection behavior among visitors to six medical beauty service institutions in Shanghai and Zhengzhou, China, and the moderating effects of medical beauty service quality in these relationship contexts, thereby drawing implications for revitalizing Chinese medical beauty service and attracting customers' continuous intention to visit, or utilizing awareness and behavior patterns of medical beauty service. As a result of the study, it was found that the relationship marketing activities of Chinese medical and beauty service institutions had a significant effect on the quality of the relationship and the selection behavioral intention. In addition, it was verified that the quality of the relationship mediates the relationship marketing activity and the selection behavior intention, and that the quality of medical beauty service plays a moderating role in the relationship among the relationship marketing activity, the relationship quality and the selection behavior intention. These research results show that Chinese medical and beauty service institutions increase the quality of relationship and intention to selection behavior through relationship marketing activities for visiting customers, as well as the professional implementation of medical staff, faithful implementation of services and alternative services in case of problems. It means that they are satisfied with medical beauty services. Another result found from the study is that the medical facilities and equipment construction, convenient facilities, medical environment comfort and relaxation space, medical staff friendliness, immediate response to customer needs, sufficient explanation of the service process, medical staff authenticity and other factors have a positive influence on relationship marketing. Through systematic analysis and utilization of the regulatory role for factors, it suggests the possibility of utilizing relationship marketing to maintain the relationship with customers and improve management performance.

The COVID-19 epidemic in Gengzi ’s New Year (2020) has been threatening the health of people all over the world and seriously affecting the development of all walks of life. In order to fight the epidemic, China had announced a prohibition on crowding nationwide for the first time among nations (and withdrew this prohibition at the end of April). Although this measure made China the first country to control the epidemic, it has also greatly disrupted the lives of Chinese people. In the field of education, in order to mitigate the course delays, the Ministry of Education of PRC has proposed the slogan “class-suspended but still learning” . Under the slogan, online education has become the main method of teaching in the first half of 2020. As requested by the Chinese Ministry of Education, all schools across the country provide online education services to the students. Since it was the first large-scale application of online education in the field of academic education, unexpected problems were accompanied. Also, schools, teachers, and students felt discomfort from unfamiliarity of the entire online education service system. Yet, many of official media continue to emphasize the advantages of online education, and some of the online platform companies are also actively entering the online education market. In these circumstances, the online education market is greatly expanding. On the other hand, the private media repeatedly criticized the current online education system. In April 2020, the team of Professor Chen Dawei of Chengdu University publicly published a “Survey Report (Online Education Survey in China)” based on a survey of over 3,000 students across the country. This study analyzed based on Chen’s report regarding if online education will truly become the new trend of future education and teaching reform or will only keep its bound as a short-term capital hype. According to the analysis, this study found that the current online education is not satisfactory neither in terms of hardware facilities nor teaching effects. Nevertheless, a large number of profit-seeking capital, universities and scholars are still endorsing the online education for their own benefits and these behaviors have substantially interrupted the healthy development of online education. In order to achieve the healthy development of online education, this study put forward the view that online education must maintain its educational equity, as an auxiliary means of classroom education. On this basis, this study proposes the following two development paths for online education: 1) Auxiliary Development Path. In this path, online education can be used in the high stage of student learning. 2) Basic Development Path. That is to say, online education can provide students with basic concepts for class discussion.

Over 2.36 million foreigners are staying in South Korea and South Korea has already entered a multicultural society. Among these foreigners in the country, Chinese residents (including Han-Chinese and Korean-Chinese) numbered the highest and it accounted for 45.2% of the total number of foreigners. Previous studies mainly focussed on influential factors for acculturation and neglected the mutual influence of acculturation and work related variables. In particular, studies for the effects of acculturation strategies on job-related outcomes are rare (Lu, Samaratunge, and Hartel, 2012). This study tries to fill this gap of study and aims to clarify the different quality of work life among South Korea’s Chinese workers with distinctive acculturation strategies. Based on Berry’s (1980; 1989) Acculturation Model, their acculturation strategies were classified by K-means cluster analysis which derived four types of acculturation strategies – Integration, Assimilation, Segregation and Marginalization. The work variables that consist of work adjustment, job satisfaction and work conditions were assumed to be distinctive among the four acculturation strategies. The sample of our respondents was 330 Chinese workers (200 Korean-Chinese and 133 Han-Chinese). ANOVA test confirmed significant differences among the four acculturation strategies in work adjustment, job satisfaction and work conditions as well as in Korean listening skills and educational level. In particular, those with integration or assimilation strategies exhibited the better quality of work life (higher job satisfaction and work adjustment as well as better work conditions) than ones with segregation or marginalization strategy. Moreover, the workers with integration strategy tend to have the best work life (highest level in job satisfaction and work adjustment as well as the best work conditions) among those with the four strategies. Theoretical and practical implications for organizational or welfare practice were discussed.
