IS 분야 연계전공의 교육만족도 : 사례연구

As technology rapidly develops, the demand for manpower by new industries is increasing. In order to respond to the changing demands of the workforce, universities are actively introducing interdisciplinary majors, which is a program formed by two or more departments cooperating to develop new majors. Although the importance of the interdisciplinary major is increasing, universities have difficulties managing them due to non-flexible educational systems. The purpose of this study is to present an effective management direction for interdisciplinary majors based on the results of a survey on student satisfaction with interdisciplinary majors. Also, we analyzed the required level and possessed level of the IS practitioners' competencies, and developed specific educational directions for training IS talents. The results showed that there was a significant difference in satisfaction with the curriculum development and curriculum evaluation of existing subjects provided by existing departments and new subjects established of interdisciplinary majors, specifically the satisfaction of new subjects is higher than existing subjects. In the IS field, there was a high demand for education in the following areas, in order: information security, information technology strategy planning, information technology operation, information technology development, information technology management, information technology sales, and core competencies. Based on the results of the analysis, the satisfaction of students and the cultivation of the talents that the interdisciplinary major aims to develop can be improved.

In this study, we propose a methodology for predicting the movie audience based on movie information that can be easily acquired before opening and effectively distinguishing qualitative variables. In addition, we constructed a model to estimate the number of movie audiences at the time of data acquisition through the configured variables. Another purpose of this study is to provide a criterion for categorizing success of movies with qualitative characteristics. As an evaluation criterion, we used information gain ratio which is the node selection criterion of C4.5 algorithm. Through the procedure we have selected 416 movie data features. As a result of the multiple linear regression model, the performance of the regression model using the variables selection method based on the information gain ratio was excellent.

As users’ interests of cryptocurrency has been increased, investment volume of it also increases. In the cryptocurrency market, it cannot always be distributed homogenous information to all investors, similar to the stock market because it reflects the characteristics of a market microstructure. Cryptocurrency traders, thus, like stock investors, can experience the information asymmetry in the market and cannot but help to depend on private information. The purpose of this study is to estimate the trading intensity of informed traders and uninformed traders among cryptocurrency investors around the world based on PIN (Probability of Informed Trading). We have an aim to compare the difference of information asymmetry according to the ten types of cryptocurrency. The results of this study are expected to prevent the continuous increase of suspicious transactions related to cryptocurrency and contribute to the development of a sound cryptocurrency market.

The goal of this paper is to investigate changes in North Korea’s domestic and foreign policies through automated text analysis over North Korean new year addresses, one of most important and authoritative document publicly announced by North Korean government. Based on that data, we then analyze the status of text mining research, using a text mining technique to find the topics, methods, and trends of text mining research. We also investigate the characteristics and method of analysis of the text mining techniques, confirmed by analysis of the data. We propose a procedure to find meaningful tendencies based on a combination of text mining, cluster analysis, and co-occurrence networks. To demonstrate applicability and effectiveness of the proposed procedure, we analyzed the inaugural addresses of Kim Jung Un of the North Korea from 2017 to 2019. The main results of this study show that trends in the North Korean national policy agenda can be discovered based on clustering and visualization algorithms. We found that uncovered semantic structures of North Korean new year addresses closely follow major changes in North Korean government’s positions toward their own people as well as outside audience such as USA and South Korea.

The cooperation between universities and industries is already one of the most important factors driving the national economy in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Korean government has also been carrying out legal and institutional re-adjustments to promote industrial-university cooperation in line with demands for such changes in the times. However, despite this industry-academic cooperation system, there is still a significant mismatch between industrial demand and the university's workforce development system. By the way, there is a Cooperative Education(CO-OP) in Canada and the United States. It’s an innovative link between the university and the industry. The reason is that the CO-OP program not only allows students to gain experience with their majors in the industrial field, but also plays a positive role in improving their specialty expertise. In particular, field information, ideas, and job insights that students acquire through CO-OP also serve as motivation for starting a business beyond employment after graduation. Furthermore, CO-OP experience is an important opportunity for future researchers to come up with commercialized research results that are not separated from the field sites The purpose of this study is to overcome the gap between industrial demand and the college manpower training system, and develop a Korean-style coaching program model as a growth engine for creative talent-building policies, represented by 'creation of start-ups and new industry.' In addition, this study suggested measures that can be applied in real universities. In addition, the study also highlighted that the introduction of CO-OP programs with field practices in Korea could also boost start-ups. Based on the Korean CO-OP program model, the curricula applicable to domestic universities consisted of two types : general and research-oriented university types.

Despite the growing enthusiasm for the persuasive system like an interactive mirror system little is known about what motivates the customers to try the system and makes customers return repeatedly to the system. The key to understanding persuasive system adoption is the identification of the preconditions needed for the system adoption. Using grounded theory building methodology, we identified the preconditions needed for the system adoption. First, past research regarding users’ motivational factors to use the persuasive system is reviewed. Then, research methodology and data analysis are presented. Finally, the study findings and conclusions are presented.

The purpose of this study is to provide information necessary for establishing a new strategy for customer service improvement by deriving factors affecting user satisfaction and continuous use intention of mobile app service user characteristics, system characteristics, and social characteristics. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, reliability, innovation, familiarity, convenience, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app are analyzed as factors that have the greatest influence on user’s perceived usefulness. Second, convenience, mobility, and visibility are some of the characteristics of mobile app service. Third, identity, security, and expectation agreement among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as negative factors that do not affect users' perceived usefulness. Fourth, interactivity, familiarity, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app service were analyzed as positive factors that have the greatest effect on user’s perceived ease of use. Fifth, reliability, mobility, visibility, and convenience among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as factors that have some positive effects on perceived ease of use of app users. Sixth, identity, innovation, and security among the characteristics of mobile app service are negatively influenced by mobile app users' perceived ease of use. Seventh, the perceived usefulness of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor that has a very positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor affecting perceived usefulness positively. Ninth, the perceived ease and expectation of mobile app users are positively influenced on user satisfaction. The tenth, the perceived usefulness of the mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a very positive influence on the persistent intention to use. For the eleventh, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a positive effect on the persistent intention to use. The twelfth, mobile app user satisfaction was analyzed as a factor having a very positive effect on the persistent intention to use.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer ’s consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

Information technology has economic, social and cultural impacts is closely linked to our lives. This information technology is becoming a key to the change of human civilization through connecting people and objects on the earth. In addition, future information technology is becoming more intelligent and personalized with the development of computing technology, and due to the rapid development of alcohol, environment without time and space constraint is realized, Is spreading. Since existing portable storage media are made of physical form, there is a limit to usage due to the risk of loss and limitation of capacity. Cloud services can overcome these limitations. Due to the problems of existing storage media, it is possible to overcome the limitations of storing, managing and reusing information through cloud services. Despite the large number of cloud service users, the existing research has focused mainly on the concept of cloud service and the effect of introduction on the companies. This study aims to conduct a study on individual characteristics that affect the degree of cloud use. We will conduct research on the causes of IT knowledge, personal perception of security, convenience, innovation, economical trust, and platform dependency affecting the intention to use the cloud. These results show that the variables affecting individual ’s use of cloud service are influenced by individuals, and this study can be used as a basic data for individuals to use cloud service.
