국내 건설기업의 효율성 및 생산성 분석

This study aims to measure the efficiency and productivity change of 30 domestic construction companies from 2010 to 2018 using data envelopment analysis(DEA) and Malmquist productivity index (MI). In particular, we used the number of employees, capital stock, and non-current assets as input variables, and sales and net income as ouput variables for the analysis. The dataset used for the analysis of efficiency and productivity changes is the employee profile and financial statements for the companies from 2010 to 2018. We found that the MI of the 30 companies is greater than one since 2013. This is because many years of TEC (Technical Efficiency Change) is greater than 1, which means that the productivity index increases as the TEC increases. In addition, the MI value was less than 1, which lowered the productivity of construction firms in 2018. The results of the study may help decision makers to find effective future management plans by analyzing the internal and external factors.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of prep-entrepreneurs psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, this study established Positive psychological capital and Public self-consciousness as variables of psychological characteristics based on Social Identity Theory and, as factors affecting Positive psychological capital and Public self-consciousness, established Narcissism, Self-compassion and Career ambition as independent variables based on self-affirmation Theory. In order to verify research hypotheses, 358 questionnaires collected from prep-entrepreneurs were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, narcissism and self-compassion has a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, career ambition has a positive effect on public self-consciousness. Third, positive psychological capital and public self-consciousness has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. As the outcome of Mediating effect positive psychological capital and public self-consciousness has a Mediating effect on the relationship between narcissism, self-compassion, career ambition and entrepreneurial intention. This study has a meaning in that it confirmed the influential relationship between the prep-entrepreneurs’ psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study suggested its implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results.

Lately, a large amount of textual data have been poured out of the Internet and the technology to refine them is needed. Most of these data are long text and often have no title. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a technique to combine the sequence-to-sequence model of RNN and the REINFORCE algorithm to generate the title of the long text automatically. In addition, the TextRank algorithm was applied to extract a summarized text to minimize information loss in order to protect the shortcomings of the sequence-to-sequence model in which an information is lost when long texts are used. Through the experiment, the techniques proposed in this study are shown to be superior to the existing ones.

There is a growing interest in convergence. National R & D is also providing various policies and institutional support to promote convergence research. Convergence research, however, does not clearly specify its characteristics at the academic and government levels. This research proceeds with the process of collecting, refining, analyzing, modeling, verifying and visualizing national R & D data through the National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS). The method is to derive the convergence research characteristics and to derive through text mining, focusing on the unstructured information of national R & D project data. The study confirmed that there was a difference in perception between the definition of converged research and the research site. In order to improve this, the research suggested that convergence among research subjects, collaboration among research topics reflecting various backgrounds and characteristics of researchers, and analysis of characteristics of convergence research using information were suggested in the process of establishing convergence policy.

스마트팩토리 기술수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Smart Factory is the decisive factor of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and is a key field for national competitiveness. Until now, most smart factory research has focused on policy and technology. In order to spread more technology, it is necessary to study what factors influence the adoption of smart factory technology in the enterprise. Nevertheless, little research has been done. In this study, based on the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), which has been proved through many years of research, I have studied the factors that influence the acceptance of smart factory technology. As a result of research, performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions of UTAUT model had a positive(+) effect on behavior intention. Their relationship of influence was in the order of performance expectancy ( = .459)> facilitating conditions ( = .212)> social influence ( = .210). However, it was found that the effort expectancy did not affect the behavior intention, and the impact of the newly perceived risk on the behavior intention to use was not confirmed. The main reason is that the acceptance of smart factory technology is not a matter of personal interest but a matter of organizational choice. Trust, on the other hand, was found to be partially mediated between performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence and behavior intention. For many years, many researchers have validated the UTAUT, which has been validated through various empirical studies. It is academically meaningful to begin the study of factors affecting the acceptance of smart factory technology in terms of the UTAUT. In practice, it is necessary to provide SME employees with more information related to the introduction of smart factories, to provide advanced services related to the establishment of smart factories, and to establish a standardized model for each industry.

It is expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will have a great impact on the manufacturing industry, especially as it will cause big changes in industry, economy as well as socio-cultural. To cope with this situation, each country is promoting the policy of cultivating its manufacturing. This study derives the effect of the fourth industrial revolution on product lifecycle management for smart manufacturing through expert’s cognitive analysis. The knowledge area of product lifecycle management is divided into Project Portfolio Management, Collaborative Product Design, Customer Needs Management, Direct Material Sourcing, Product Data Management, Digital Manufacturing & Engineering, R&D Foundation, New Product Development through academic research. The expert survey was conducted in five different perspectives: Importance, Insufficiency. Then, using the results of the survey and the academic research the implication about Product Lifecycle Management were derived. The significance of this study is that it derives the change areas and factors of the product life cycle management knowledge domain in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution according to the perspective of importance and insufficiency.

The Power of Employee Participation in Green Management in the Hospitality Industry

This paper aims to highlight the importance of employee participation in green management in hotel firms. In particular, the study examined the role of employee participation in green management on cost saving as a hotel’s performance indicator. We collected data from senior and general managers in Korean and US hotels. The results of the study supported our hypotheses, showing that the employee participation had a significantly positive relationship with cost savings in hotels. The results of the study also supported other hypotheses, showing that resource conservation and green building management had positive relationships with cost savings in hotels. Therefore, it can be predicted that green management can save cost in hotel firms. Such managerial implications are discussed.

We explore technology ecosystem of smart surgical medical system by analyzing patent data applied for in Korea and Japan. First, a review of trends of patent application by country/technological domain show that there exist a minority of technology domains focused on R&D, which represent their trends have been increasingly active. Also, while a number of Japanese firms mainly consist of the patent market of Japan, in case of the Korean market, a few universities, SMEs, and foreign firms are found to be the main applicants. As a result of the network analysis with the links as the relations of co-patenting, the relationships, which are active of convergence and knowledge spillover among the heterogeneous technology domains within each market, as well as the technology domains, which are the most active in international cooperation among each homogeneous domain, could get derived and visualized in the ecosystem. In addition, the technology domains in each patent market with leading locations, roles, and influence in the network can also be identified through the centrality analysis. In this study, the analysis for technology competitiveness are carried out focusing on patent activity and patent impact. The results denote that across all domains, the Japanese market may possess higher patent activity and patent impact compared to the Korean market. In consequence, we derive the position map for comparison by country and technology domain from a perspective considering comprehensively the multi-dimensional attributes based on the results of both network analysis and technology competitiveness.

An Extension of Theory of Planned Behavior for in-App Advertisements : The Case of Vietnamese Young Mobile Users

In-app advertisement is a fast-growing trend in mobile advertising, where user acceptance of ads is facilitated by the fact that users have voluntarily downloaded the app through which the ad is served. However, research in this ad category is limited. This study applies an extended version of the theory of planned behavior. Analysis results from 412 young mobile users in Vietnam using structural equation modeling showed that while localization and perceived enjoyment affected user intention to watch in-app ads as expected, perceived behavioral control and trust did not. Such results may be due to embedding the ads to applications, confusing users’ behavioral intentions. The results underline the need for more future research in the area. In practical terms, companies should improve localization and entertainment aspects of ads to create more relevant and engaging advertisements.

This study examines the effect of congruity between product and TV reality show on purchase intention of Chinese consumers. A total of 110 respondents from Chinese consumers were collected using online surveys. The results were analyzed by SPSS 22.0. Multiple Linear Regression and process analysis were used to test the hypotheses. This article found that congruity between product and TV reality show, attitude toward product placement and recall of product affected consumers’ purchase intention. In addition, the frequency of consumer watching TV reality show and familiarity of product moderated the attitude toward product placement and recall of product. This study provides useful implications for sponsors to select product placement as one of their marketing promotion tool.

With the development of technology and the creation of an entertainment environment for leisure, various marketing strategies are being used in the film industry. Among them, the use of the credit cookie of ending credits was very effective in producing the series. The ending credit is the time it takes to show the names of the people who made the movie, which is meaningless to the audience. There is a cost to produce a ending credit but It wasn't made because no revenue was generated. The credit cookie was inserted into this ending credit area, which brought new pleasure to the audience. Most of them were epilogue images showing the story behind the movie, NG images showing the NG situation during film production, and In videos mentioned in the movie but not shown in the movie itself. As various ideas about credit cookie were connected with marketing, a series movie and a spin-off foretelling the derivative works after the screening work were produced and have a new meaning. As a result, the time of ending credits, which had no commercial value, became the methodology of the most powerful promotional strategy. Looking at the difference between live-action film and animation in producing such credit cookie, unlike live-action films that edit the remaining parts after shooting, the NG video of the animation has a lot of time and money to produce. So, it hasn't try very well, and it seems to have been actively produced when moving from 2D animation to 3D animation. This is because 3D animation, which has already been modeled, can create new NG scenes by simply adding animating based on the layout of the created scene. Since it is possible to produce an episode movie at a low cost and time, and to use the scenes of the movie after the production, it will be necessary to strategically produce credit cookie for promotion in animation.
