This study analyzed the impact of YouTube creator characteristics and channel access factors on the intention to continue watching content, noting that the development of the digital media environment has diversified media audiences’ content preferences and access routes. Specifically, we analyzed the effects of YouTube creator trustworthiness, attractiveness, familiarity, and social influence, as well as the effects of recommendation services on perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived enjoyment. The study found that creator credibility and recommendation service had a positive impact on the perceived usefulness of content, while intimacy and charm were important factors in increasing the easy of use and playfulness of content. These perceived usefulness, ease, and playfulness also had a strong positive impact on users’ intention to continue watching the channel. This suggests that trust and intimate relationships with creators and appropriate content recommendations play an important role in increasing user satisfaction and channel persistence. The significance of this study’s analysis of creator and channel access factors based on the extended technology acceptance model is that it shows the potential for extending and applying the existing technology acceptance model to the digital content environment.

Recently, companies have adopted various types of smartwork. In this study, various factors were examined to identify the main factors that can increase smartwork satisfaction, individual performance, and organizational performance. As the main variables, individual adaptability, knowledge level for smartwork, IT infrastructure level, smartwork organizational culture, and investment level in IT were selected. As a result, first, it was found that individual adaptability did not affect smartwork satisfaction and corporate performance, unlike previous studies. Second, it was found that the knowledge level for smartwork affects individual performance and organizational performance mediating smartwork satisfaction. Third, the main path of 'investment level in IT → IT infrastructure level → smartwork organizational culture → organizational performance' was found. Therefore, companies need to raise the level of knowledge for smartwork among members of the organization and educate that smartwork contributes to improving the quality of life of members. In addition, efforts should be made to build an organizational culture suitable for smartwork through IT investment and establishment of IT infrastructure.

The development of autonomous driving technology is expected to bring about a major change in the mobility rights of the transportation vulnerable. It is very important to identify user requirements in developing autonomous vehicles and service technologies for the transportation vulnerable. User requirements were derived for the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. Through focus interviews, a total of 58 requirements were derived for wheelchair-using disabled people and 53 requirements for walking disabled people. A Kano survey was conducted on 33 wheelchair disabled and 34 walking disabled. After that, the quality types of functional requirements in terms of autonomous vehicles and service environment development were analyzed using the Kano model. Priority analysis was conducted on the functions required by the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determine the priorities of user function requirements in the early stages of autonomous vehicle and service technology development.

This study was attempted to promote changes in traditional design education at a time when non-face-to-face education is necessary, such as digitalization, rapid social structure change, and post-COVID-19 situations, and to meet the demands of the times when user-centered design is more emphasized. Therefore, the goal of this study is to explore the process of developing mobile apps and operating education for deaf learners through design thinking-based interaction design education for design students. Specifically, the curriculum was designed by selecting a design thinking methodology suitable for major students to experience empathy and solutions to user problems. The subject that students majoring in this study want to sympathize with is deaf learners, and the subject of the curriculum is the development of educational support applications for deaf learners. Accordingly, a mobile app prototype that can support online learning for deaf learners was created based on the interaction design education plan designed based on design thinking. In addition, after collecting and analyzing the feedback of deaf learners to evaluate the prototype effectiveness, the final mobile app prototype was presented as an output. Through this process, interactive design education based on design thinking helped to strengthen the ability to empathize with and solve the needs of deaf learners to major students and improve the design learning experience. Based on these findings, if a methodology suitable for various user groups is selectively accepted for design education, the students in the major will have the ability to design by prioritizing the actual needs of users despite changes in the environment of the future design society.

This study investigates the contribution of customer knowledge to customer intention to adopt mobile banking by evaluating the interaction among knowledge, perceived risk and trust, and behavioral intentions. Analysis is conducted through structural equation modelling using SPSS and AMOS and data from 783 customers representing the seven largest banks in Vietnam. Our study is the first one to find the existence of the bidirectional perspective between objective and subjective knowledge. The study further shows that the attenuation effect in the heuristic-systematic model could be used to explain the stronger influence of objective knowledge on intention compered to subjective knowledge. Our findings suggest that customer knowledge, perceived risk and trust impact the intention of mobile banking users in different manners and to different degrees. Particularly, objective customer knowledge is the most influential predictor of mobile banking adoption. Having a greater understanding of these relationships can help firms in deciding the kind of intervention that is most likely to convince customers to adopt a service.
Analysis of Reviews from Metaverse Platform Users Based on Topic Modeling

This study conducts an in-depth analysis of user reviews from three leading metaverse platforms - Minecraft, Roblox, and Zepeto - using advanced topic modeling techniques to uncover key factors for business success. By examining a substantial dataset of user feedback, we identified and categorized the main themes and concerns expressed by users. Our analysis revealed that common issues across all platforms include technical functionality problems, user engagement and interest, payment concerns, and connection difficulties. Specifically, Minecraft users highlighted the importance of adventure and creativity, Roblox users expressed significant concerns about security and fraud, and Zepeto users focused heavily on the fairness of the in-game economy. The findings suggest that for metaverse platforms to achieve sustained success, they must prioritize the resolution of technical issues, enhance features that foster user engagement, ensure reliable connectivity, and address platform-specific concerns such as security for Roblox and payment fairness for Zepeto. These insights provide valuable guidance for developers and business strategists, emphasizing the need for robust technical infrastructure, engaging and diverse content, seamless user access, and transparent and fair economic systems. By addressing these key areas, metaverse platforms can improve user satisfaction, build a loyal user base, and secure long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.

This study conducted in-depth interviews with 8 ICT companies experienced in technology transfer and collaboration with government-funded research institutions, employing Grounded Theory methodology. From these interviews, 139 episodes were extracted and categorized into 29 sub-categories across the companies. Validation by independent coders further classified these into 5 categories: potential absorptive capacity, realized absorptive capacity, technology collaboration activities, technology collaboration performance, and innovation intermediaries. The validation results suggest that companies with higher absorptive capacity are more actively involved in technology collaboration. Moreover, companies utilizing innovation intermediaries demonstrate increased collaboration frequencies. The study contributes to academia and industry by providing insights for companies to improve competitiveness and foster smooth technology collaboration, enhancing collaborative outcomes. Future research should focus on quantitatively validating these findings.

This study aims to analyze older adults's intention to use digital financial services. To verify the purpose, the ‘2022 Korean Senior Technology Acceptance Panel Survey’ data were used. And a shortened Senior Technology Acceptance Model(STAM) reflecting the characteristics of older adults was applied. The results of Structural Equation Model analysis are as follows. First, the lower gerontechnology anxiety, the higher control beliefs reflecting perceived ease of use, self-efficacy and facilitating conditions and the intention to use digital financial services. Second, the health factor had a positive effect on the control beliefs. Third, the higher the control beliefs, the higher the attitudinal beliefs reflecting perceived usefulness and attitude and the intention to use digital financial services. Lastly, the higher attitudinal beliefs, the higher the intention to use digital financial services. The results suggest the need for interventions that can relieve gerontechnology anxiety and strengthen positive perceptions about control beliefs and attitudinal beliefs in order to increase older adults's intention to use digital financial services.

As conversational AI systems such as ChatGPT have become more advanced, researchers are exploring ways to use them in education. However, we need effective ways to evaluate these systems before allowing them to help teach students. This study proposes a detailed framework for testing conversational AI across three important criteria as follow. First, specialized benchmarks that measure skills include giving clear explanations, adapting to context during long dialogues, and maintaining a consistent teaching personality. Second, adaptive standards check whether the systems meet the ethical requirements of privacy, fairness, and transparency. These standards are regularly updated to match societal expectations. Lastly, evaluations were conducted from three perspectives: technical accuracy on test datasets, performance during simulations with groups of virtual students, and feedback from real students and teachers using the system. This framework provides a robust methodology for identifying strengths and weaknesses of conversational AI before its deployment in schools. It emphasizes assessments tailored to the critical qualities of dialogic intelligence, user-centric metrics capturing real-world impact, and ethical alignment through participatory design. Responsible innovation by AI assistants requires evidence that they can enhance accessible, engaging, and personalized education without disrupting teaching effectiveness or student agency.
Why Data Capability is Important to become an AI Matured Organization?

Although firms with advanced analytics and machine learning (which is often called AI) capabilities are considered to be highly successful in the market by making decisions and actions based on quantitative analysis using data, the scarcity of historical data and the lack of right data infrastructure are the problems for the organizations to perform such projects. The objective of this study, is to identify a road map for the organization to reach data capability maturity to become AI matured organizations. First, this study defines the terms, AI capability, data capability and AI matured organization. Then using content analyses, organizations’ data practices performed for AI system development and operation are analyzed to infer a data capability roadmap to become an AI matured organization.

With the introduction of generative artificial intelligence(AI) tools such as OpenAI's Sora into the global film industry, including Hollywood, there has been a simultaneous emergence of innovations in film production as well as various crises. These changes are spreading throughout the entire film production process, including scriptwriting, casting, editing, and acting. This study analyzes the impact of AI on the film industry, particularly Hollywood, and explores how this technology might bring about changes in Korean cinema. AI technologies applied in the film industry offer benefits such as reducing production time and costs. However, they also pose threats to many filmmakers and actors who rely on the traditional production methods, leading to ethical and legal issues. In Hollywood blockbuster films, AI technology is used to create realistic visual effects, analyze scripts, and suggest optimal shooting angles. While these applications improve the qualitative level of films, they also reduce the human resources required in traditional film production processes. The impact on the Korean film industry is also noteworthy. Some Korean film production companies are leveraging AI to create films in a more creative and efficient manner. Efforts are being made to analyze audience data using AI and develop storylines that appeal to a larger audience. However, these technological changes are controversial among many Korean filmmakers who prefer traditional production methods. This study provides an in-depth discussion on whether the adoption of AI in the film industry can bring about positive innovation or inevitably lead to crises. It analyzes how AI technology is transforming traditional roles in the film industry and what new opportunities and challenges this change generates within the industry. Additionally. This study highlights the differences in technology adoption between Hollywood and Korean film industry and explores how each industry is embracing these technological changes.
