In recent years, technological competition in the automobile sector is accelerating. This study analyzes the status of patents from a global perspective of three promising future items that Korea has selected as core technologies in the field of autonomous driving,. And the technological cooperation ecosystem was identified through network analysis centered on scientific metrology. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the growth of individual technologies has been strengthened in recent years, and although key source technologies have been largely preempted in major global countries, a close cooperative ecosystem between institutions, companies, and universities in major countries has not yet been formed. Specifically, the US and Japan have the technological leadership, while China is rapidly rising, and Korea is chasing after it as a latecomer. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously strengthen technological cooperation such as R&D of core technology to overcome technological limitations and strengthening of infrastructure construction, attracting excellent foreign talents and international exchanges. This analysis is meaningful in that it explores the global status of Korea's technology and the possibility of technological cooperation from various perspectives in the future from the viewpoint of preoccupation of future technology, rather than grasping the trend of a specific technology.

In this study, we presented a method to inspect the mechanical defects of 4680 type lithium-ion batteries through image processing method. The raw X-ray images are filtered with CLAHE, then Radon inverse transformations are calculated to reconstruct 3D computed tomography of the battery. Using Haar-cascade, the ROI is targeted automatically, and the template matchings are applied twice. The variations of contrast between template and background show the appropriate values for detecting tabs. It was shown that the proposed algorithm can detect all the tab inside the battery and the distances between tabs. Finally, we successfully found the geometrical defects of battery.

This paper introduces two R&D policy instruments of public R&D and business R&D subsidy into the growth model of endogenous innovation simultaneously, and studies how they respectively affect economic growth, as well as how they interact with each other for the growth effects. Main results are as follow. The growth effects of each instrument are non-monotonous but various depending on the structure of economy. For example, the growth effects of public R&D become positive in the economy of more innovation-friendly structure such as larger marker size, more monopolistic market structure and more patient consumer, but the growth effects of business R&D subsidy become positive in the economy of less innovation-friendly structure such as smaller market size, more competitive market structure and more inpatient consumer. Meanwhile business R&D subsidy does not affect the growth effects of public R&D, but public R&D affects the growth effects of business R&D subsidy. Particularly, in the economy of less innovation-friendly structure public R&D becomes complimentary to business R&D subsidy.

As the used trading market grows centered on online platforms, it is evolving from practical consumption to pursuing various forms of consumption value. Consumers purchase rare products, enjoy the transaction itself with consumers with the same preference, and investment or eco-friendly value consumption is also increasing. In this regard, the transaction of the second-hand transaction app service must have sincerity in order to respond to various consumption values. In addition, it is necessary to study what components the second-hand trading app service should aim for to secure authenticity and how the usefulness and ease of second-hand trading apps affect the relationship. The research used a questionnaire method to test hypotheses and surveyed 215 consumers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who had purchased used clothing online within a year. Among them, 200 responses, excluding outliers, were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation models. This study aims to determine the effect of the authenticity of the online used trading app service on the satisfaction of the used trading app service. To this end, based on the previous research results, the following research hypotheses were established and verified statistically. First, the authenticity of the online used trading app service will significantly impact the satisfaction of the used trading app service. Second, the usefulness of the used trading app service will have a moderating effect on the effect of the authenticity of the used trading app service on the satisfaction of the used trading app service. Third, the ease of the used trading app service will have a moderating effect on the authenticity of the used trading app service on the satisfaction of the used trading app service. As a result of the study, the authenticity of the used trading app service significantly affected the satisfaction of the used trading app service. Appeared to be The results of this study will help understand used transaction app services where consumption of used products occurs from the viewpoint of product circular use behavior and can be used as a strategic plan to promote the use of used transaction apps in the future.

In this paper, we study structural changes and performance gains in condition-based maintenance process redesign when mobile IoT technology is embedded into urban railway rolling stock. We first develop condition-based maintenance To-Be process model in accordance with the IoT deployment scheme. Secondly, we draw upon theoretical framework of redesign process analysis to develop performance evaluation method suitable to predictive maintenance shift from As-Is ordinary maintenance practice. Subsequently, To-Be process performance evaluations are conducted adopting both the quantitative and qualitative method for time, cost, and dependability dimensions. The results ascertain the considerable benefits captured through detection abnormality prior to actual rolling stock failure occurrence, and details of performance improvements and enhancement of standardization level is revealed. The procedures and results presented in this paper offers useful insights in the fields of IoT economic analysis, condition based maintenance, and business process redesign.

As deep learning technology in natural language and visual processing has rapidly developed, collaborative filtering-based recommendation systems using deep learning technology are being actively introduced in the recommendation field. In this study, OCF-GAN, a hybrid collaborative filtering model using GAN, was proposed to solve the one-class and cold-start problems, and its usefulness was verified through performance evaluation. OCF-GAN based on conditional GAN consists of a generator that generates a pattern similar to the actual user preference pattern and a discriminator that tries to distinguish the actual preference pattern from the generated preference pattern. When the training is completed, user preference vectors are generated based on the actual distribution of preferred items. In addition, the cold-start problem was solved by using a hybrid collaborative filtering recommendation method that additionally utilizes user and item profiles. As a result of the performance evaluation, it was found that the performance of the OCF-GAN with additional information was superior in all indicators of the Top 5 and Top 20 recommendations compared to the existing GAN-based recommender. This phenomenon was more clearly revealed in experiments with cold-start users and items.

The rapid development of technology, the spread of information, and the implementation of the government’s start-up support policy exponentially increase the number of start-up companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate each company’s cultural capital’s effect on organization performance by promoting knowledge management activities and forming organization habitus based on Cultural Reproduction Theory and Cultural Mobility Theory. As a result of the study, it confirmed that the relationship between cultural capital, knowledge management activities, habitus, and organization performance was significant. The results of this study have academic implications as follows: First, the field of research has expanded by studying the effects of cultural capital on business administration, which is less active than existing education and sociology. Second, it accepts and supports Cultural Reproduction Theory and Cultural Mobility Theory from different perspectives.

War films are a general term for films that have battlefields as their main background. Although war films as a genre directly deal with combat situations, they also deal with characters or subjects related to war. War films promote patriotism and nationalism, but they also argue against war by highlighting the disastrous war. This study is based on the color theory that the meaning of film color is temporarily and infinitely generated according to the cultural differences, with Eisenstein's creative theory on film color and pathos. I wanted to clarify the pathos effect and the meaning of color green expressed in the Korean war films. In war films, colors are visualized in art forms such as symbols, similes and metaphors. In war films, color green symbolizes life. On the battlefield, the green of nature stands against the catastrophic situation. The green of ecology, which insists on the flow of life, evokes fear in ecological crises such as war, disaster and climate change. The dark green caused by a catastrophe like war warns of the destruction of life. The connotation of color is temporarily and infinitely expands according to the cultural differences. The dark green, which visualizes the battlefield of destruction, is a form and element of pathos that indicates changes in emotions such as sadness, pity, grief and despair. Pathos as an emotional appeal is a leap from the quality to the quality of the means of expression and refers to the departure from Dasein. The green color that dominates the visuals of war films is a symbol of life and functions as a pathos that makes emotional changes take a new leap. A qualitative leap through pathos means all changes that become new.

In this study, we transformed 4680 type lithium-ion batteries to 3-dimensional CAD models and present a methodology to detect defects using Radon inverse transformation. Transparency was applied to the model to make it look like a CT image when viewed from the front. One normal and three defect models were created and analyzed. The models were saved as image files while rotating at a certain angle. Then, we used the Radon inverse transformation to reconstruct the original 3D geometry from the image files. Finally, we successfully found defects in the defect models for three cases.

Climate crisis is one of the most urgent and serious threats to the right to life. As AR picture books are particularly effective for safety education, this study aimed to produce an AR picture book featuring animals that are endangered due to the climate crisis. In order to increase the educational effect and enhance the climate sensitivity, this study developed a children’s activity workbook (with follow-up activities) and a teacher’s guide (with lesson plans) as a package. To this end, market research and surveys were first conducted. Next, through the management and support of the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, this research team produced a climate crisis themed AR picture book package through expert advice, help from outsourcing companies, and field application. The package was promoted through publicity in various forms of media. The contents of the AR-using picture book package of this case study were introduced and then advantages and disadvantages were discussed.
