Recently, following the development of FinTech technology that combines finance and information and communication technology, the need and social demands for a block chain technology-based trading system have increased significantly. In this study, a research model was developed and hypothesized through literature research on the concept of block chain technology, the technology acceptance model, and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The research theories were tested by collecting data through surveys and analyzing the collected data. This study conducted empirical research to identify the factors influencing the user acceptance intention and utilization behavior of the block chain technology in introducing the block chain technology. First, factors affecting the acceptance intention of the blockchain user were performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, and blockchain transparency variables. Second, the facilitation conditions and stakeholder confidence variables were analyzed as factors that did not affect the acceptability of the blockchain users. Third, variables such as blockchain transparency, stakeholder trust and intention of acceptance are factors that affect the usage behavior of the blockchain. Fourth, it was confirmed that the acceptance intention had a very high explanatory power on usage behavior of Blockchain technology.

The Internet of things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computed devices, digital machines and any physical objects which are provided with unique identifiers and the potential to transmit data to people or machine (M2M) without requiring human interaction. IoT devices can be used to monitor and control the electrical and electronic systems used in different fields like smart home, smart city, smart healthcare and etc. In this study we introduce four imaginary IoT devices as a learning support assistants according to students’ dominant learning styles measured by Honey and Mumford Learning Styles: Activists, Reflectors, Theorists and Pragmatists. This research emphasizes the association between students’ strong learning styles and a preference to appropriate IoT devices with specific characteristics. Moreover, different levels of IoT devices’ architecture are clearly explained in this study where all the artificial devices are designed based on this structure. Data analysis of experiment were measured by the use of chi square test for association and research results showed the statistical significance of the estimated model and the impacts of each category over the model where we finally got accurate estimates for our research variables. This study revealed the importance of considering the students’ dominant learning styles before inventing a new IoT device.

In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multireciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.
IT초연결 환경에서 연결되지 않을 권리 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

In this paper, we applied the shape parameters of the exponentialized exponential life distribution widely used in the field of software reliability, and compared the reliability properties of the software using the non-homogeneous Poisson process in finite failure. In addition, the average value function is also a non-decreasing form. In the case of the larger the shape parameter, the smaller the estimated error in predicting the predicted value in comparison with the true value, so it can be regarded as an efficient model in terms of relative accuracy. Also, in the larger the shape parameter, the larger the estimated value of the coefficient of determination, which can be regarded as an efficient model in terms of suitability. So. the larger the shape parameter model can be regarded as an efficient model in terms of goodness-of-fit. In the form of the reliability function, it gradually appears as a non-increasing pattern and the higher the shape parameter, the lower it is as the mission time elapses. Through this study, software operators can use the pattern of mean square error, mean value, and hazard function as a basic guideline for exploring software failures.

As mobile shopping has been increasing, the competition has been also increasing to satisfy various consumers’ needs. Despite such increase in terms of the volume of the consumers who use mobile shopping, there has been very few studies to examine characteristics of mobile shopping malls. The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of mobile shopping malls on consumer loyalty and the interaction effect of the O2O experience on the relationship between the characteristics of mobile shopping malls and consumer loyalty. Using a sample of 276 individuals who have experienced mobile shopping, we found that certain characteristics such as ubiquity, personalization, or convenience have a positive impact on consumer loyalty and a design characteristic solely has an interaction effect on consumer loyalty. As consumer loyalty has a critical factor on mobile shopping mall’s profit, examining which factor has a positive effect on consumer loyalty is beneficial for mobile shopping malls. The results of the study have both practical and empirical implications.
