The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information related to electronic picture books and implications for the development of high-quality in-home child care service programs by examining the perceptions and actual conditions of electronic picture books. A survey was conducted with 216 in-home childcare workers from the one Healthy Family Support Center who participated in the workshop on electronic picture books and 161 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at two Universities as a comparison group. The findings are as follows. First, there was no difference between the two groups in recognition of ICT competencies and satisfaction with electronic picture books. Second, both groups viewed electronic picture books are effective in preparing for the information age and very positive in providing electronic picture books. Third, the valuation of electronic picture books in both groups was higher than that of paper picture books. Fourth, there was no significant difference between the two groups in valuing e-picture books by ICT competence. The results of this study provide implications for the development of systematic educational programs to enhance the job performance of in-home child providers, which will be expanded in the future, by examining ICT competencies, e-picture book actual utilization, and recognition between the in-home childcare providers and ECE students.

In this paper, I was applied the life distribution following linear failure rate distribution, Lindley distribution and Burr–Hatke exponential distribution extensively used in the arena of software reliability and were associated the reliability possessions of the software using the nonhomogeneous Poisson process with finite failure. Furthermore, the average value functions of the life distribution are non-increasing form. Case of the linear failure rate distribution (exponential distribution) than other models, the smaller the estimated value estimation error in comparison with the true value. In terms of accuracy, since Burr-Hatke exponential distribution and exponential distribution model in the linear failure rate distribution have small mean square error values, Burr-Hatke exponential distribution and exponential distribution models were stared as the well-organized model. Also, the linear failure rate distribution (exponential distribution) and Burr–Hatke exponential distribution model, which can be viewed as an effectual model in terms of goodness-of-fit because the larger assessed value of the coefficient of determination than other models. Through this study, software workers can use the design of mean square error, mean value function as a elementary recommendation for discovering software failures.

In this study, factors affecting undergraduate students' dropout intentions consisted of aptitude and career fit of student’s major, employement prospects of student’s major, and graduation attitude were presented in the structural equation model and the moderating effect of academic year on the path coefficeint presented in the research model was verified. Undergraduate students are grouped into senior year (3rd and 4th grades) and junior year(1st and 2nd year) by the year in the university, As a result of analyzing 454 undergraduate students (105 in the junior group and 349 in the senior group), it was found that graduation attitude had a negative (-) effect on the dropout intention in both junior and senior group. The effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was not found in the junior group. However, in senior group, the effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was found to have a positive (+) effect, indicating that moderating effect of academic year does exist.

While youth unemployment has recorded the lowest level since the global COVID-19 pandemic, SMEs(small and medium sized enterprises) are still struggling to fill vacancies. It is difficult for SMEs to find good candidates as well as for job seekers to find appropriate job offers due to information mismatch. To overcome information mismatch, this study proposes the fine-turning model for bidirectional HR matching based on a pre-learning language model called BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers). The proposed model is capable to recommend job openings suitable for the applicant, or applicants appropriate for the job through sufficient pre-learning of terms including technical jargons. The results of the experiment demonstrate the superior performance of our model in terms of precision, recall, and f1-score compared to the existing content-based metric learning model. This study provides insights for developing practical models for job recommendations and offers suggestions for future research.

This research explores how the success of smart factory adoption is influenced by firm’s dynamic capability. This research describes the underlying processes on how organizations manipulate or adapt organizational elements harmoniously to implement smart factory successfully. Although understanding of these processes is essential to many researchers and practitioners in the field, the information system research literature contains very few examples of this type. The research is conducted in the following sequence: first, the concept of dynamic capability is presented followed by research methodology; and then the analyses of case data are presented followed by discussions and future directions. The results of this research show that the firms with higher dynamic capability adopted smart factory more easily through alignment of various organizational elements.

Mobile Grocery Shopping (MGS) has become the New Normal as the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way consumers shop. Drawing on the framework of Customer Journey Map (CJM), this study explores consumers’ MGS by identifying specific stages of Customer Journey and comparing consumers’ satisfaction between PC-based online and mobile shopping experiences at each stage throughout the journey. This study collected 562 responses from subjects who have mobile and PC-based grocery shopping experiences at the major domestic e-Commerce platforms. Independent t-test analysis showed that differences in satisfaction between mobile and online shopping experiences exist in 5 main stages and 16 sub-stages of CJM. The results of service and technological innovation mentioned in the actual industry report were seen as empirical results leading to continued use of MGS as well as customer satisfaction. The findings of this study contribute to the research stream on Customer Journey by adopting the structure of CJM and analyzing specific stages of the journey in the context of MGS. Managerial implications for mobile-based business practitioners are also discussed.

The purpose of this research is to define detailed technologies of smart city based on excellent patents through patent analysis related to major technologies of smart city, and to use quantitative indicators to classify relatively high technology importance and identify related technologies. To achieve the purpose of the study, patent collection is conducted by reflecting literature research and expert opinions based on information related to the smart city Internet of Things/Internet of Things communication core technology. Also, DEA were used to determine the relatively high technology. The inputs and outputs used in the study used quantitative indicators to determine technical value and made up of impact assessment, performance assessment and value assessment. As a result of the analysis, various technology groups were classified into smart city-related platform technologies, information sharing technologies, and network-related technologies, and based on the results of this research, it is expected that it will be able to apply technology patents related to smart cities to research and development strategies through key detailed technologies by major technologies of Smart City.
