Recently, the importance of entrepreneurship based on innovative ideas is being emphasized. Most startup companies misunderstand that a good solution is a good idea, so they try to start a business by choosing an idea that prioritizes solutions, products, and technology rather than problem-first. However, to be a successful startup, it is essential to focus on the quality of the problems your customers are trying to solve. The online community is a place where many people exchange their thoughts and communicate with each other through a network, and communities about consumption, a concern of modern people, are developing. Against this background, this study proposed an integrated methodology that combines big data and netnography analysis so that entrepreneurs can use online community data to derive customercentered startup ideas. The integrated methodology was verified based on the actual start-up case, who derived a startup idea based on the data of domestic cloth diapers online cafe. The case company found customer problems based on online community data and used it to develop startup items and new products. The integrated methodology for deriving entrepreneurial ideas in this study is expected to be an important guideline that explains in detail the consumer-centered idea derivation process.

Korea currently provides long-term care benefits for the elderly with poor functionality, but most of the service providers are private businesses. This is the time when quality management of care services is required, which is just around the corner of the super-aged era. In this study, we would like to look at the case in which ‘A company’, which operates a long-term care institution, attempted to make voluntary changes ahead of social demands. The company tried to transform the social needs of quality management by judging them as opportunities, not threats, and establishing an integrated database of centers. First, the company processed data and built a cloud-based database system. Second, the company automatically linked data from existing systems for the efficiency of data utilization. Third, the company pursued visualization for the convenience of data utilization. This allowed the company to make data-driven strategic decisions internally. This is expected to increase sales as it will soon lead to securing new customers and pioneering new markets. It is also significant in that it can provide best practices for the long-term care industry.

Knowledge is a key resource for organizations to gain and maintain competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important for organizations to motivate employees to share knowledge with each other in order to achieve optimal performance of knowledge resources. Despite the efforts of organizations to share knowledge, knowledge hiding is still prevalent among employees. In this paper, we want to analyze the factors that may cause more general and pervasive knowledge-hiding behavior in organizations through empirical analysis. The results of this study show that, first, the relationship between team cohesion and knowledge hiding has been verified differently depending on the sub-behavior of knowledge hiding : playing dumb, evasive hiding, and rationalized hiding. Team cohesion has been shown to significantly reduce the playing dumb and evasive hiding. On the other hand, it was shown that team cohesion did not have a significant causal relationship with rationalized hiding. Second, the moderating effect of ethical leadership has been statistically significant in terms of team cohesion and relationships with playing dumb and evasive hiding. In other words, the higher the ethical leadership, the stronger the negative relationship between team cohesion and knowledge hiding. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this paper and future research directions are discussed.

Due to the increasing interest in wellness aroused by the aging population and the pursuing feature of active old age, Korean elderly set importance on long life with their healthy condition. Following the change in the paradigm of the medical delivery system from hospital-oriented, treatment-oriented to personal-centered and self-care, Service design application of Smart Healthcare for the elderly became valuable. Smart Healthcare is a healthcare service provided through the fusion of ICT technologies including mobile/wearable devices, IoT, big data, and information technology, and it is utilized to prevent diseases managing abundant health information and living habits. As a methodology for delivering such Smart Healthcare to the elderly, Service design can be adopted. Therefore, this study would like to present the perquisites of Smart Healthcare design for the elderly through analyzing the results from in-depth interview methods between the elderly and medical staff. As a result of this study, guidelines for Service design application of health vulnerability management for the elderly utilizing smart phones were presented. Therefore, this study presented four prerequisites composed of 'high level of supplementation and ethical decision making', 'improvement of inequality in accessibility and experience', 'resolving problems in policy implementation' and 'user-friendliness' for the Smart Healthcare service design for the elderly. Overall, Service design is expected to play an innovative role in improving the quality of life for the elderly through the process of collecting and delivering information on Smart Healthcare centered on the experience of the elderly.

This study aims to establish a foundation for autonomous driving on campus and communication of abundant university information in the HCI environment in a VR environment where college freshmen can freely travel around campus facilities. The purpose of this study is to develop a three-dimensional VR-style campus tour system to establish a media environment to provide abundant university information guidance services to freshmen in non-face-to-face situations. This study designed a three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system to solve the problem of discontinuity in which VR360 filming space does not lead to space like reality, and to solve many problems of expertise in VR technology by constructing an integrated production environment of tour system. We aim to solve the problem of inefficiency, which requires a large amount of momentum in virtual space, by constructing a GUI that utilizes the motion of the field of view focus. The campus environment was designed as a three-dimensional virtual reality using a three-dimensional graphic design. In non-face-to-face situations, college freshmen freely transformed the HMD VR device, smartphone, FPS operation mode of the gyroscope sensor. The design elements of the three-dimensional virtual reality campus tour system were classified as ①Visualization of factual experiences, ②Continuity of space movement, ③Operation, automatic operation mode, ④Natural landscape animation, ⑤Animation according to wind direction, ⑥Actual space movement mode, ⑦ Informatization of spatial understanding, ⑧GUI by experience environment, ⑨Text GUI by building, ⑩VR360, 3D360 Studio Environment, ⑪Three-dimensional virtual space coupling block module, ⑫3D360-3D Virtual Space Transmedia Zone, ⑬ Transformable GUI(VR Device Dual Viewer-Gyro Sensor Full Viewer-FPS Operation Viewer) and an integrated production environment was established with each element. It is launched online (http://vautu.com/u1) by constructing a GUI for free driving mode and college information screens to adapt to college life for freshmen, and designing an environment that can be used simultaneously by current media such as PCs, Android, and iPads. Therefore, it conducted user research, held a development presentation, a forum on excellence in university innovation support projects, and applied it as a system on the website of a particular university. College freshmen will be able to experience university information directly from the web and app to the virtual reality campus environment.

The color gray in the cinema expresses the private or public memory and oblivion in the reminiscence scenes. The aesthetic function and meaning of gray that interacts with other elements in cinematic time and space are expanded in various ways. This study was analyzed the cases in which gray was used as the main visual style by limiting the scope to Korean films. Based on the traditional cultural symbolic meaning of gray, I analyzed how it was applied and transformed in films, and interpreted the cultural-social meaning by the interaction between gray and other elements. In film history starting from monochrome, gray has been used as a visual device suitable for realizing cinematic or imaginary reality. Gray is adopted when dreams or recollections are visualized as imaginary reality, and it is used when dreamy imaginations of daydreaming are demonstrated. Gray, which reproduces the dreamlike reality of imagination, is the concrete and realistic way of expression. First, in Korean films, gray is a flashback visual device that recalls the past, and is an intermediary visual form that materializes the imaginary. In films such as Ode to My Father (2014), DongJu (2015), A Resistance(2019) and The Battle : Roar to Victory (2019), the gray of the past is a visual device for cultural memory that builds the homogeneity and identity of the group. In the era of hyper-visibility, gray in black and white images is intended to be clearly remembered by unfamiliarity rather than blurry oblivion by familiarity. Second, in genre films with disaster materials such as Train To Busan (2016) and Ashfall (2019), the grays of rain, fog, clouds, shadows and smoke highlight other elements, and the gray color causes anxiety and fear. In war films such as TaeGukGi: Brotherhood Of War (2003) and The Front Line (2011), gray shows a more intense brutality than the primary color. In sports films such as 4th Place (2015), Take Off (2009) and Forever The Moment (2007), gray expresses uncertainty and immaturity. Third, gray visualizes the historical memory of A Petal (1996), the oblivion in Oh! My Gran (2020) and Poetry (2010), and the reality of daydreaming Gagman (1988) and Dream (1990). At the boundary between imagination and reality, gray is a visual form of dreams, memories and forgetfulness.
문화도시 요인이 도시정체성과 도시브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향

The value of culture receives the attention of the world in order to solve urban problems and revitalize cities. Cultural city policies are implemented in Korea and EU to revitalize cities by utilizing cultural values. Although the cultural city policy is effective for urban regeneration, it has not been verified whether it has a positive effect in terms of urban identity and customer-based city brand. This study investigated whether cultural and artistic infrastructure and cultural artistry, which are resources of a cultural city, have a positive effect on urban identity, and whether urban identity affects the brand recognition and the perceived quality of a city. For this study, questionnaires were collected from 208 people residing in Seoul, and empirical analysis was conducted on 206 copies of them, excluding 2 copies of insincere answers. The infrastructure and cultural artistry of cultural and artistic resources showed significant results in the positive relationship between the cultural specificity of urban identity, social system and growth potential. Cultural specificity of urban identity also showed a significant positive effect on city brand equity. In the case of the social system and growth potential of urban identity, there was a significant positive effect on perceived quality, but insignificant results were found in the relationship with brand awareness. Through the results of this study, practical implications can be drawn for cultural city policy implementation and city brand management.

For the government of president Moon’s AI SW HRD policy, he proclaimed AI democracy that anyone can utilize artificial intelligence technology to spread AI education for the people of the country. Through cognitive map analysis, this study presents expected policy outcomes due to the input of policy factors to overcome crisis factors and utilize opportunity factors. According to the cognitive guidance analysis, first, the opportunity factor is recognized as accelerating the digital transformation to Covid 19 if AI SW HRD is well nurtured. Second, the crisis factor refers to the rapid paradigm shift caused by the intelligence information society, resulting in job losses in the manufacturing sector and deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand, especially in the artificial intelligence sector. Third, the comprehensive cognitive map shows a circular process for creating an AI SW ecosystem in response to threats caused by untact caused by Corona and a circular process for securing AI talent in response to threats caused by deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand in the AI sector. Fourth, in order to accelerate the digital circulation that has been accelerated by Corona, we found a circular process to succeed in the Korean version of digital new deal by strengthening national and corporate competitiveness through AI-utilized capacity and industrial and regional AI education. Finally, the AI utilization empowerment strengthening rotation process is the most dominant of the four mechanisms, and we also found a relatively controllable feedback loop to obtain policy outputs.

This study aims to find the main factors to influence consumers’ purchase of dairy products. To do so, we examined experts’ opinions to verify the priorities of the factors. The four main factors were derived from the previous studies, product factor, marketing factor, quality factor, and social factor. Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we empirically analyzed and tested the results from survey. Based on the AHP analysis, the expert group recommended to improve the packaging, brand, and shelf lie of dairy products for the marketing factor, for instance. The results of this study can contribute to the development of the dairy products for the future to reveal the importance of the selecting factors.
