Recently, as technology development has accelerated and product life cycles have been shortened, it is necessary to derive key product features from customers in the R&D planning and evaluation stage. More companies want differentiated competitiveness by providing consumer-tailored products based on big data and artificial intelligence technology. To achieve this, the need to correctly grasp the required quality, which is a requirement of consumers, is increasing. However, the existing methods are centered on suppliers or domain experts, so there is a gap from the actual perspective of consumers. In other words, product attributes were defined by suppliers or field experts, but this may not consider consumers’ actual perspective. Accordingly, the demand for deriving the product’s main attributes through reviews containing consumers’ perspectives has recently increased. Therefore, we propose a review data analysis-based required quality methodology containing customer requirements. Specifically, a pre-training language model with a good understanding of Korean reviews was established, consumer intent was correctly identified, and key contents were extracted from the review through a combination of KeyBERT and topic modeling to derive the required quality for each product. RevBERT, a Korean review domain-specific pre-training language model, was established through further pre-training. By comparing the existing pre-training language model KcBERT, we confirmed that RevBERT had a deeper understanding of customer reviews. In addition, all processes other than that of selecting the required quality were linked to the automation process, resulting in the automation of deriving the required quality based on data.

Analysis of Success Factors of Electric Scooter Sharing Service Using User Review Text Mining

This study aims to analyze service improvement and success factors of electric scooter sharing service companies by using text mining after collecting reviews of shared electric scooter service applications among various models of sharing economy. In this study, the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of service users were identified using the term frequency inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) technique, and topics for each keyword were extracted using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) Topic Modeling technique. According to the analysis results, the main topics were entertainment, safety, service area, application complaints, use complaints, convenience, and mobility. Using the analysis results of this study, employees and researchers of electric scooter sharing service companies will be able to contribute to the improvement and success of related services.

Family businesses play a significant role in the overall economy of all countries, and the importance and weight of family businesses are increasing in various fields. Many factors are essential for a family business to grow into a long-lived business, that is, a sustainable business, but the most important one is succession. TRUST Lab at Hanyang University studied the importance of factors influencing the succession of the family business from the standpoint of the successor. As a result, it was confirmed that mutual trust is the most crucial factor, and conflict can destroy that trust. Therefore, in this study, we research conflict as a central topic for successful succession, which is the most fundamental reason for family businesses. This study was conducted as a qualitative research case study. By setting criteria suitable for the purpose of the study, we conducted interviews with ten successors who either worked or planned to work in a family-related company. Through this study, conflict management of key players is the most important to achieve a continuous succession of family businesses.

Efforts to build metaverse platform services and expand profit structure are developing in a more realistic direction. The metaverse, which has been centered on ‘creation and economy' and ‘discovery', will evolve into an ‘experience' metaverse, creating tangible business effects where satisfaction with the user experience leads directly to purchase. In this paper, the condition of the avatar used as a medium of economic activity between the metaverse platformer and the user and the business utilization plan were sought. In addition, a new ‘metaverse business model' was proposed based on ‘experience, discovery, creation and economy', and in particular, it was intended to lay the foundation for the experience metaverse to further develop in the form of ‘business experience'. In addition, a survey was conducted on the ‘application of metaverse service and avatar’ targeting the MZ generation, the main customer base of the current metaverse service. In order to provide a service that satisfies the user, it was concluded that the appearance of the avatar needs to be changed according to the purpose and function. Accordingly, we propose an ‘selective switch mode' that can change the avatar's appearance at the desired timing according to the ‘experience' and ‘purchase purpose' of each metaverse service area. In addition, by strategically utilizing the ‘Digilog’ psychology, we believe that it will be possible to promote the influx of new users while increasing the loyalty of existing users to the platform. Through the establishment of ‘avatar purchase system' by ‘selective switch mode' and ‘avatar decorating system' by ‘digilog' strategy, the experience metaverse, which has been focused on ‘digital twin experience' so far, is As it develops into ‘business experience', it is expected that the user experience can be further satisfied.

This study aims to find the better working environment for the start-ups by tracking and analyzing the data from the firms that have occupied in the business incubator and also the firm that already left the business incubator. To do so, a total of the sixteen firms were responded and ten out of the sixteen were the firm that have occupied in the business incubator and the rest six were the firm already left. Based on the response, the positive things that they earned from the business incubator were renting an office or higher levels of technical skills; however, the negative things were low operating profit can be negative. The results of this study can contribute to the development of the business incubator for the future. The further study regarding satisfaction survey might help to build more creative and constructive environment for the business incubator.
